Performance marketing

Performance marketing agency in Dubai

Google, Meta and paid social measured on cost per qualified enquiry — not impressions, not reach, and not a ROAS figure that counts the same sale twice.

The stack we work in, the clients we keep

The platforms we build and run campaigns in, and the clients whose numbers we publish with their names on. HubSpot is the one partnership we claim; the rest are tools we use, not badges.

The problem

Dubai has some of the most expensive clicks in the region

Property, legal, healthcare and finance clicks here cost multiples of what they do in most markets, and they rise every year. That makes waste expensive fast.

Every wasted click in this market costs more than it would anywhere else

  1. ROAS flatters, cost per enquiry tells the truth

Return on ad spend is easy to inflate — count assisted conversions generously, attribute a returning customer to a retargeting click, and the number looks excellent while the business grows no faster.

  2. The landing page was never part of the brief

Media agencies optimise the auction and hand traffic to a page they did not build and cannot change. Half the wasted spend in this market is a bidding problem and half is a landing problem, and only one of them usually gets an owner.

  3. Nobody checks what happens after the form

A campaign judged on form fills will happily produce a hundred unqualified enquiries. Without CRM feedback on which leads became deals, optimisation is aimed at the wrong target.

Capabilities in detail

What we manage and how

Channel by channel, plus the work around the campaign that decides whether it pays.

Google Search Ads

Built around intent rather than a keyword list, with the negative keyword work that stops a Dubai budget disappearing into irrelevant traffic.

Google Shopping & Performance Max

Feed quality first — most Shopping underperformance is a product feed problem wearing a bidding costume.

Google Display & remarketing

Segmented by behaviour and capped, because the fastest way to waste display budget is to show everyone the same banner forever.

YouTube advertising

For considered purchases where demand has to be built before it can be captured.

Meta advertising

Facebook and Instagram, with creative treated as the main lever it actually is.

LinkedIn advertising

Expensive per click and often worth it in B2B, provided the targeting is tight and the offer suits a professional context.

TikTok advertising

Where the audience is genuinely there — which in this market is true for some categories and wishful thinking for others.

Snapchat advertising

Still a real channel in the GCC for younger audiences, and frequently overlooked for that reason.

Landing page design and build

Pages built for the campaign, tested, and fast — not an existing page borrowed because it was there.

Conversion tracking and GA4

Rebuilt and verified before spend, because everything downstream is worthless otherwise.

Server-side tagging

For accuracy where browser tracking has been eroded by privacy changes.

Offline conversion import

Deal outcomes fed back from the CRM so bidding optimises on revenue rather than on forms.

Creative testing

Systematic rotation and measurement, because creative fatigue is the most common cause of a campaign quietly getting worse.

Budget pacing and forecasting

Spend planned across the month and the quarter, with a forecast you can hold us to.

How we work

How we run paid media

Tracking first, then structure, then spend. Scaling a campaign you cannot measure is the most expensive habit in this market.

Verify before you spend

Most accounts we inherit have conversion tracking that has been broken for months, duplicate conversions inflating results, or a thank-you page firing on refresh. Everything downstream depends on this being right.

  • Conversion tracking rebuilt and verified end to end
  • Duplicate and double-counted conversions removed
  • Wasted spend identified in search terms and placements
  • Baseline agreed in writing before changes

Accounts built to be optimised

Campaign and ad-group structure that isolates intent, so bids and budget follow performance rather than averaging across everything.

  • Structure by intent rather than by product list
  • Negative keyword discipline from day one
  • Audience and exclusion lists built before scaling
  • Budget pacing that does not exhaust by mid-month

The page is part of the campaign

We build the page the traffic lands on, so the promise in the ad matches what the visitor sees and the form is one a person will finish. This is the half of paid performance most media agencies cannot touch.

  • Landing pages built and tested, not inherited
  • Message match between ad and page
  • Forms designed for completion rather than for data collection
  • Page speed treated as a conversion factor

Feed the outcome back

Deal outcomes from the CRM pushed back into the ad platforms, so bidding optimises on qualified pipeline instead of raw form fills.

  • Offline conversion import from the CRM
  • Cost per qualified enquiry as the headline metric
  • Creative refreshed against fatigue, measured not guessed
  • Monthly written interpretation, not a dashboard export

Why us

Why our paid work costs less to run

Because we own the whole path from impression to deal, the usual places money leaks are all in scope.

We fix tracking before we spend

Almost every account we take over has broken or double-counted conversions. Optimising on wrong data is worse than not optimising.

We build the landing page

Half of wasted spend is a landing problem. Most media agencies cannot change the page and quietly optimise around it.

Bidding optimises on deals

Deal outcomes pushed back into the platforms, so the algorithm chases qualified pipeline rather than form fills.

Compliance planned, not discovered

Healthcare and property advertising here is regulated. Creative planned to the rules beats creative pulled after the media is paid for.

Questions

Paid media in Dubai, answered

What advertisers here ask before handing over a budget.

Management fees are usually a percentage of spend or a flat retainer, commonly from around AED 8,000 a month at the smaller end. Media budget is separate and is the larger number. Be wary of a percentage-only model at low spend — it gives the agency an incentive to spend more rather than to spend well.

Enough to generate statistically useful data inside a month, which in expensive Dubai categories means more than most businesses expect. Below that threshold you are paying for learning that never completes. We would rather tell you the floor than take a budget that cannot work.

A concentrated, high-value market with a lot of competing advertisers and comparatively few searchers. Property, legal, healthcare and finance are the extreme cases. It is also exactly why organic search matters more here than in cheaper markets.

Google when demand already exists and people are searching for what you sell. Meta and paid social when demand has to be created, or when the product is visual and the decision is impulsive. Most established businesses start with Google and add social once the funnel converts.

The audit decides. A well-structured account with broken tracking is worth fixing; an account with tangled campaign structure and years of accumulated negatives is often faster to rebuild. We show you the reasoning rather than defaulting to a rebuild because it bills more.

Meaningless without knowing what a lead is worth to you and what proportion close. A AED 400 lead is excellent at a AED 40,000 deal value and terrible at AED 800. We start from your deal value and close rate, then work backwards to a target.

Because it is the easiest number to inflate. Count assisted conversions generously, attribute a returning customer to a retargeting click, and ROAS looks excellent while revenue is flat. Cost per qualified enquiry, and what proportion of those become deals, is harder to fake.

Tracking verification first, which usually takes days rather than weeks, and we would rather delay spend than scale a campaign we cannot measure. Most accounts we inherit need that fixed before anything else is worth doing.

No questions match — try another search.
