LinkedIn marketing, where the clicks cost what they cost

LinkedIn clicks routinely cost several times what the same click costs on Meta. That is worth paying when you are reaching a procurement director at a company you have named, and it is a waste when you are reaching anyone else. Most of the work is making sure you are in the first case.

  • Named accounts targeting worth the premium
  • Sales-led built with your sales team
  • Pipeline the number we report

Tell us what you need

A senior person reads this and replies within one working day. No call centre, no drip sequence.

Partners & recognition

The stack we work in, the clients we keep

The platforms we build and run campaigns in, and the clients whose numbers we publish with their names on. HubSpot is the one partnership we claim; the rest are tools we use, not badges.

  • German Medical Center
  • The Reformery Clinic
  • Alma Laser
  • Roxana Aesthetics Clinic
  • Lamel
  • Dotline Studios

The problem

Expensive clicks spent broadly

LinkedIn's premium is justified entirely by who you can reach. Spend it on broad targeting and you have bought Meta reach at four times the price.

Where the premium is wasted

  1. Targeting is set to a job title and a country

Marketing Manager, United Arab Emirates. That is hundreds of thousands of people, most of whom will never buy from you. The value of this platform is naming the companies you want, and most accounts never use it.

  2. The offer asks for a meeting immediately

Someone scrolling LinkedIn at a conference is not booking a demo with a company they have never heard of. The gap between the ad and the ask is why cost per lead looks terrifying and why the channel gets abandoned.

  3. Sales was never involved

Marketing runs LinkedIn, sales runs outbound, and neither knows which accounts the other is touching. On a platform built around named accounts that is a significant amount of the value simply left unused.

  4. It is judged on cost per lead against Meta

A LinkedIn lead at AED 400 and a Meta lead at AED 40 are not comparable if one closes at eight percent and the other at half a percent. Without close-rate data by source, the cheaper channel always wins the argument and often loses the business money.

What is included

What LinkedIn marketing covers here

Paid, organic and the account-based work that makes the premium worth paying.

Account-based targeting

Uploading the companies your sales team actually wants, then layering seniority and function on top. This is the reason to be on LinkedIn and it is the feature most accounts never switch on.

Company page and employee advocacy

Organic reach on LinkedIn increasingly comes through people rather than brand pages. Getting a handful of your senior people posting properly usually outperforms anything the company page does.

Thought leadership content

Written with your subject-matter experts rather than about them. The posts that work on LinkedIn take a position and say something specific; the ones that do not are congratulatory and interchangeable.

Lead gen forms and landing pages

Native forms convert well because they pre-fill, and they produce lower-intent leads. Tested against landing pages rather than assumed, with the qualification trade made deliberately.

Sequenced offers

A first touch that offers something genuinely useful, then a meeting request to people who engaged. Asking for the meeting on the first impression is the most common and most expensive mistake on this platform.

Document and video formats

Carousels and native video get materially more reach than link posts, because LinkedIn would rather you did not leave. Content built for that reality rather than against it.

Conversions API and CRM feedback

Server-side conversion tracking plus closed-won data fed back, so the account and the reporting are both working from what actually happened rather than from form fills.

Reporting by pipeline, not leads

Cost per opportunity and influenced pipeline, tracked by source. On a long B2B cycle this is the only reporting that answers whether the premium was worth it.

Technology

What we run LinkedIn with

Platform tooling plus whatever your CRM is, because the outcome data lives there.

Platform

Where it is bought and posted.

  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Matched Audiences
  • Lead Gen Forms
  • LinkedIn Conversions API

Account data

The reason to be here at all.

  • Target account list building
  • CRM account sync
  • Firmographic filtering
  • Sales team account input

Content

Because organic reach comes through people.

  • Executive ghostwriting with interviews
  • Document carousels
  • Native video
  • Employee advocacy programmes

Measurement

Pipeline, not leads.

  • HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Closed-loop reporting
  • Cost per opportunity
  • Influenced pipeline analysis

How we work

How LinkedIn work runs

Built with your sales team, because the target account list is the campaign.

With sales, not for them

The companies worth winning, agreed with the people who have to close them. This is a workshop rather than an export, and it is where the campaign is actually decided.

  • Target accounts agreed with sales
  • Seniority and function layered on
  • Existing customers and open deals excluded
  • List sized against realistic budget

Useful first, meeting later

A first touch worth someone's attention, then a direct ask to the people who engaged with it. Retargeting on engagement rather than on site visits, since most of the audience never leaves the platform.

  • First-touch offer built to be genuinely useful
  • Engagement-based retargeting
  • Meeting request only to warm audiences
  • Frequency capped to stay tolerable

Not only the company page

Executive posts written from interviews rather than invented, plus a simple advocacy rhythm for the wider team. This carries most of the organic reach available to you.

  • Executive posts from real interviews
  • Company page as support, not lead
  • Advocacy made easy rather than mandated
  • Positions taken, not platitudes

Not on cost per lead

Closed-loop from the CRM, showing cost per opportunity and influenced pipeline by source. This is what makes the LinkedIn premium defensible to a finance director, and without it the channel loses every budget argument.

  • Closed-loop CRM reporting
  • Cost per opportunity by source
  • Influenced pipeline tracked
  • Close rate compared across channels

Why us

Why the premium becomes worth paying

Only through precision. There is no other justification for the price.

We target named accounts

Your sales team's actual target list, uploaded and layered with seniority. Broad job title targeting on LinkedIn is buying the most expensive impressions in digital advertising for no reason.

Built with sales in the room

The account list, the offer and the follow-up agreed together. A LinkedIn campaign that marketing runs alone is not using the feature that makes the platform worth its price.

Reported in pipeline

Cost per opportunity and influenced pipeline, not cost per lead. Comparing a LinkedIn lead to a Meta lead without close rates is how good B2B channels get cut.

Content through people

Executive posts written from real interviews. LinkedIn's reach flows through individuals now, and a company page posting alone is working against the platform.

Questions

LinkedIn marketing, answered plainly

Starting with the price, because it is the first objection every time.

AED 6,000 to AED 25,000 covers most of what we are asked to build. The number moves on how many target account segments, whether content and executive ghostwriting are included, whether CRM closed-loop reporting needs building, and how many markets. Media spend is separate. Anything quoted before those are known is a guess. We scope first, then price, and the scope document is yours whether or not you proceed. These are market ranges rather than a fixed rate card — the proposal carries the real figure.

Because you are buying access to a professional identity graph, and the auction is competitive among companies with high-value products. A click can easily cost five to ten times a Meta click. That is only defensible when the targeting is precise enough to be worth it, which is why we push so hard on account lists.

Around AED 15,000 a month of media is a reasonable floor for a serious test in the UAE. Below that, the audience sizes that make LinkedIn worth using are too small to generate enough data in a sensible timeframe, and you end up paying the premium for a sample too small to learn from.

Not necessarily, and this comparison is the most common reason good B2B programmes get cut. The question is cost per closed customer, not cost per lead. We have seen LinkedIn leads close at many times the rate of paid social leads, which inverts the comparison completely. If you cannot measure close rate by source, that is the first thing to fix.

It follows your sales cycle, and for most Dubai B2B that is three to nine months. Judging LinkedIn on a one-month window measures form fills rather than business, which is why we insist on pipeline reporting before making claims about performance.

Test both. Native forms convert at a much higher rate because they pre-fill from the profile, and the leads are correspondingly less considered. Landing pages qualify harder and cost more per lead. Which is right depends on whether your constraint is lead volume or sales team time.

Yes, from interviews with them rather than invented. The distinction matters — posts written without talking to the person read as generic and the people who know them notice. Twenty minutes of interview usually yields several weeks of material.

For B2B in Dubai, yes, and more so than the company page suggests. Reach flows through individual profiles far more than brand pages, so a few senior people posting consistently will outperform any amount of company page activity.

We do not run automated connection or message campaigns. They breach LinkedIn's terms, risk the account, and the response rates have collapsed as everyone started doing it. Ads plus genuinely useful content plus your sales team doing manual outreach is slower and it works.

A workshop with your sales team. The companies they want, the ones they are already working, and the ones to exclude. Usually between two hundred and two thousand accounts depending on your market, then layered with the seniority and functions that matter.

Yes, and we would push for it. HubSpot and LinkedIn integrate well enough to report cost per opportunity by campaign, which is the reporting that makes the budget defensible. We run a HubSpot practice, so this is not a hand-off to someone else.
