The window where an event film has its highest value is the first twenty-four hours. A crew without an on-site editor cannot use that window, and it is the single biggest difference between event coverage that works and coverage that archives.

AED 6,000 to AED 45,000 covers most of what we are asked to build. The number moves on event length, crew size and camera count, whether an on-site editor and same-day cuts are included, whether live streaming is needed, and whether stills are booked alongside. Anything quoted before those are known is a guess. We scope first, then price, and the scope document is yours whether or not you proceed. These are market ranges rather than a fixed rate card — the proposal carries the real figure.
Vertical social cuts on the day, usually starting within a couple of hours of the moment being captured if an on-site editor is in the booking. Highlights film within three to five working days. Full session recordings within a week. Without an on-site editor, everything moves to the standard post-production timeline.
Two minimum on any stage content, so speeches can be cut. Three if there is a panel or a large stage. Plus a roaming camera for the room, which is where most of the reusable footage comes from. One camera is only sensible for a very short, very simple event.
Yes. Most Dubai venues have their own filming rules and some locations need permits arranged in advance. Drone work has separate approvals with real lead times. We handle it and flag the deadlines early rather than discovering them the week before.
Yes, with proper encoding and redundancy. It is worth scoping honestly: a reliable stream needs its own crew capacity and a tested connection, and treating it as an add-on to a film crew is how streams fail publicly.
