Performance marketing

Performance marketing agency in Dubai

Adnika is a performance marketing agency in Dubai that judges paid search and social campaigns on cost per qualified enquiry. Impressions, reach and other vanity metrics stay out of the report, and so does a ROAS figure that counts the same sale twice.

The problem

Dubai has some of the most expensive clicks in the region

Property, legal, healthcare and finance clicks here are priced at multiples of what they are in most markets, and they rise every year. That makes waste expensive fast.

Every wasted click in this market costs more than it would anywhere else

  1. A high ROAS can hide a flat business

On paper, return on ad spend can look excellent while the business grows no faster. Two settings do most of it: generous credit for assisted conversions, and a retargeting click that claims a customer who was already coming back.

  2. The landing page was never part of the brief

Most media agencies stop at the auction. The traffic then lands on a page they did not build and are not allowed to change. That matters here, because half the wasted spend in Dubai accounts comes from bidding and the other half from the landing page. Only one of those halves usually has an owner.

  3. Nobody checks what happens after the form

Form fills are cheap to buy, and a campaign judged on them will bring in a hundred enquiries that never buy anything. The fix is feedback: the CRM has to tell the platforms which leads became deals.

What we do

What performance marketing covers

Performance marketing at Adnika means more than the media. It covers the channels you pay for, the pages they land on and the deal data that shows which clicks became revenue.

Capabilities in detail

What we manage and how

Here is what we manage channel by channel, and the strategy and work around each paid campaign that decides whether it pays back.

Google Search Ads

Built around people actively searching for your product, with the negative keyword work that stops a Dubai budget disappearing into irrelevant traffic.

Shopping & Performance Max

For ecommerce brands, feed quality comes first. Most Shopping underperformance across ecommerce accounts is a product feed problem rather than a bidding one.

Display & remarketing

Nothing wastes display spend faster than one banner shown to every visitor for months. So we segment remarketing by behaviour and cap how often anyone sees one.

YouTube advertising

For considered purchases where demand has to be built before it can be captured.

Meta ads

On Facebook and Instagram the creative does most of the work, so we test new ad creative every month instead of fiddling with bids.

LinkedIn ads

Yes, the clicks are expensive. In B2B they often pay for themselves anyway, as long as the targeting is tight and the offer fits someone reading at their desk.

TikTok ads

Where the audience is genuinely there, which in this market holds for some consumer categories and is wishful thinking for others.

Snapchat advertising

Plenty of advertisers write Snapchat off, which is a mistake in the GCC and the wider MENA region if you sell to younger audiences.

Landing page design and build

Pages built and tested for each campaign launch, fast on mobile, instead of an existing page borrowed because it was there.

Conversion tracking and GA4

Before a dirham is spent, we rebuild the tracking in Google Analytics 4 and check each goal ourselves. If this is wrong, every data-driven decision after it is wrong too.

Server-side tagging

For accuracy where browser tracking has been eroded by privacy changes, so the platforms still receive clean performance signals.

Offline conversion import

Your CRM knows which enquiries paid. We import those closed deals back into the platforms so bidding learns from revenue, not form fills.

Creative testing

Most campaigns that slowly get worse are suffering from tired creative. Our creative strategy plans the next round of variations before the current set tires, and we measure each one against the last.

Budget pacing and forecasting

Each month and each quarter starts with a written forecast, and we expect you to hold us to it. Click prices move with the cultural calendar. Ramadan, Eid and the Dubai Shopping Festival each shift the auction, and our spend plan moves with them.

How we work

How we run paid media

The strategy is tracking first, then structure, then spend. Scaling a campaign you cannot measure is the most expensive habit in this market.

Verify before you spend

Most accounts we inherit have conversion tracking that has been broken for months, duplicate conversions inflating results, or a thank-you page firing on refresh. Everything downstream depends on this being right.

  • Conversion tracking rebuilt and verified end to end
  • Duplicate and double-counted conversions removed
  • Wasted spend identified in search terms and placements
  • Baseline agreed in writing before changes

Accounts built to be optimised

We split each account by intent. A brand query and a price comparison should never share a bid, and once they are apart, the bidding strategy follows what performs.

  • Grouped by intent rather than by product list
  • Negative keyword discipline from day one
  • Audience and exclusion lists built before scaling
  • Budget pacing that does not exhaust by mid-month

The page is part of the campaign

Because our team builds the landing page too, the ad and the page make the same promise. The form is short enough that a person will finish it, and this is the half of paid performance most media agencies cannot touch.

  • Landing pages built and tested, not inherited
  • Message match between ad and page
  • Forms designed for completion rather than for data collection
  • Page speed treated as a conversion factor

Feed the outcome back

Deal outcomes pushed back into the ad platforms, so bidding optimises on qualified pipeline instead of raw form fills. You can watch this happen in the Adnika Dashboard, our live view of your ads, analytics and CRM data in one place. When its AI suggests a change, a strategist looks at it first and decides.

  • Offline conversion import from the CRM
  • Cost per qualified enquiry as the headline metric
  • Creative refreshed against fatigue, measured not guessed
  • Monthly written interpretation, not a dashboard export

Why us

Why our paid work costs less to run

Because we own the whole path from impression to deal, the usual places money leaks are all in scope.

We fix tracking before we spend

Almost every account we take over has broken or double-counted conversions. Optimising on wrong data is worse than not optimising.

We build the landing page

Half of wasted spend is a landing problem. Most media agencies cannot change the page and quietly optimise around it.

Bidding optimises on deals

Revenue data goes back into the platforms, so the algorithm chases qualified pipeline and stronger returns rather than form fills.

Questions

Paid media in Dubai, answered

What a marketing manager or founder in Dubai usually asks before handing a performance marketing agency the budget.

Management fees are usually a percentage of spend or a flat monthly retainer, and we quote ours after an audit of current performance. Media spend is separate and is the larger number. Be wary of a percentage-only model at low spend, because it gives the agency an incentive to spend more rather than to spend well.

Enough to generate statistically useful data inside a month, which in expensive Dubai categories means more than most businesses expect. Below that threshold you are paying for learning that never completes. We would rather tell you the floor than take a marketing budget that cannot work.

Dubai is a concentrated, high-value market with a lot of competing advertisers and comparatively few searchers. Property, legal, healthcare and finance are the extreme cases. It is also why SEO and organic rankings matter more here than in cheaper markets.

Search comes first when people are already actively searching for what you sell. If demand has to be created, or the product sells on looks and impulse, Meta and paid social go first. Most established businesses we see start there and add a social campaign once the funnel converts. After that, the channel mix depends on your margins.

The audit decides, whether the account was run in-house or by your current agency. A well-built account with broken tracking is worth fixing. An account with tangled campaigns and years of accumulated negatives is often faster to rebuild. We show you the reasoning rather than defaulting to a rebuild because it bills more.

It is meaningless without knowing what a lead is worth to you and what proportion close. A lead that looks expensive can be cheap against a large deal value, and a cheap one can still lose money on a small sale. So we work backwards. Your deal value, close rate and customer acquisition cost (CAC) give us a target CPA we will stand behind.

Because a ROAS figure can look healthy while revenue stays flat, and nobody can steer spend by that. ROI tied to closed deals, and the enquiry numbers behind it, is much harder to fake.

First we verify the tracking, which usually takes days, not weeks. We would rather hold your spend for a few days than scale a campaign nobody can measure. Most accounts we inherit need that fixed before anything else is worth doing.

A lot of it is unglamorous: reading query reports, cutting waste, testing ads, fixing tracking. Reach is nice to have, but the marketing campaigns are there for business outcomes like leads and sales. At Adnika the media buying, the landing pages and the creative strategy sit with one team, which leaves no other supplier to point at.

Two numbers matter most to us: what each qualified enquiry costs, and how many of those enquiries become deals. Platform dashboards can be argued with, but measurable results tied to revenue are much harder to dispute. Where customers buy again, lifetime value matters too. Each monthly report says what changed and why, in plain words, which is our idea of transparent reporting.

In two places. First, inside the ad platforms, where AI-powered bidding runs every auction and learns from whatever deal data we feed it. Second, in the Adnika Dashboard, which surfaces insights and suggested changes for a strategist to accept or throw out.

It can, if the spend matches the category. A small local business in a cheap category can learn fast on a modest spend. A clinic or a property brand needs more data before the results mean anything. We will tell you which side of that line you sit on before you spend.

Search is the quickest to read: with tracking that works, the first useful signals tend to appear within a few weeks. Paid social and awareness work is slower, because the platforms need enough results before they learn anything, and the short-term numbers can mislead. We agree the strategy and the definition of success before launch, which saves everyone from judging a campaign on its first week.

Yes, healthcare is one of our main sectors, with clients such as German Medical Center. In high-trust categories like these, each ad is planned to the health authority's rules before it runs. Finance and property campaigns follow their own advertising rules in the same way.

No. Paid media sits on top of everything else you have: SEO, the website and how fast someone calls a lead back. If any of those is weak, every lead gets more expensive. Unlike traditional agencies that only buy media, we work on all three, with full-funnel strategies that treat them as one system.

Not quite. Digital marketing covers everything from SEO and content to email and social media. Performance marketing is the slice where each campaign has a measurable impact you can check against money spent. We do both, and in our experience the performance campaigns work better when the organic side is strong.
