We start from a cost
A named process with an annual number attached. Without one there is no way to tell whether the project worked.
AI
AI applied where it measurably reduces cost or time — and a straight answer where it produces output nobody should publish.
A senior person reads this and replies within one working day. No call centre, no drip sequence.
The form did not load.
It is our end, not yours. Email us instead and it reaches exactly the same person.
Support@adnika.comPartners & recognition
The platforms we build and run campaigns in, and the clients whose numbers we publish with their names on. HubSpot is the one partnership we claim; the rest are tools we use, not badges.
The problem
A chatbot gets built because chatbots exist, not because anyone measured what the support queue costs. Six months later it is switched off and the budget is gone.
Start from the cost you are trying to remove, not from the model
'We need AI' is not a requirement. Without a named process, a measured cost and a target, an AI project has no way of being judged and no way of being finished.
Anyone can generate two thousand words or a passable image in seconds. Using AI to produce more of what everyone else can produce for nothing does not create advantage — it erodes it.
An assistant that answers ninety per cent of questions well and invents the other ten per cent is a liability in a regulated category. The interesting design work is entirely in what happens when it does not know.
What we do
The applications we build, each with its own page.
Deciding where AI earns its cost before anybody buys a licence.
Which processes are worth automating, with the cost written down first.
Scoped to a knowledge base, with a designed hand-off when they do not know.
Enrichment, scoring, summarisation and follow-up drafting inside the CRM.
Retrieval over your own documents, which is where AI is most reliable.
Workflows that segment, personalise and route without a person.
Used for scaffolding and research, edited by people before anything ships.
Teaching a team to use it properly, which is usually the highest-return AI spend available.
Generative video where it genuinely cuts cost.
Being cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews.
Every capability in one place — strategy, web, search, content, paid, CRM and creative.
Capabilities in detail
Applications with a measurable before and after.
Which processes are worth automating, priced against what they currently cost, with the ones that are not worth it named.
Scoped to your documented knowledge, with escalation designed before launch rather than added after a complaint.
Retrieval over your own policies, specs and history — usually the highest-value and lowest-risk starting point.
Enriching and scoring enquiries so the sales team calls the right one first.
Notes, next steps and CRM updates generated from the recording, which removes the admin reps most reliably skip.
Research, outlines and first structure — never the published draft, because generic output no longer ranks or persuades.
Arabic and English drafting with human review, which is required rather than optional in a considered purchase.
Segmentation, personalisation and routing that adapts without a person rebuilding the list.
Extracting structure from invoices, contracts and forms, where the accuracy bar is measurable and the saving is real.
Where it cuts production cost without producing something that will embarrass the brand.
Structuring content so AI answer engines cite you — an increasingly material traffic source.
What the team may use, on what data, with what review. Most UAE businesses have adoption and no policy.
Frequently the best return available: a team that uses existing tools well beats a bespoke build.
Into HubSpot, the website and the tools already in use, rather than another separate product to log into.
Technology
Models, tooling and the systems they plug into.
What does the reasoning.
Answering from your content rather than from memory.
Wiring it into the business.
Images, video and voice.
Where it runs.
Keeping it accountable.
How we work
Cost first, model last. The interesting question is never which model — it is which process is expensive enough to be worth changing.
Which task, how many times a week, how long it takes and what that costs annually. If that number is small, we will tell you the project is not worth running.
Built against your actual documents, tickets or records rather than a demo dataset, because that is where accuracy problems appear.
The most important part of the design. Escalation paths, confidence thresholds, human review points and a refusal that is better than an invention.
Monitoring, review and a policy the team understands — because a system that was accurate at launch drifts as the underlying content changes.
Why us
The projects that survive contact with a business are narrow, measured and boring. The impressive demos are the ones that get switched off.
A named process with an annual number attached. Without one there is no way to tell whether the project worked.
An assistant that invents an answer in a regulated category is worse than no assistant. Refusal is a feature.
AI is most reliable when answering from documents you control rather than from what it remembers.
A good share of AI enquiries are better solved by fixing a form or a workflow. Saying so costs us the project and keeps the relationship.

Questions
What businesses here ask before committing to an AI project.
A scoped assistant or automation typically runs from around AED 30,000, with ongoing costs for model usage and maintenance. Model usage itself is usually the smallest line. The honest framing: if we cannot identify an annual cost larger than the project, the project should not happen, and we will say so.
Almost always with an internal knowledge assistant or a document-processing task, not a customer-facing chatbot. Internal use has a measurable baseline, a forgiving audience and no brand risk if it is imperfect — which makes it the cheapest way to find out whether the value is real.
No, and the businesses treating it that way are producing content that no longer ranks. What it changes is the cost of drafting, research and admin. The scarce things — judgement, real numbers, an actual opinion — are exactly what a model cannot supply about your business.
The design question is what happens when the system does not know. We build retrieval over your own content rather than relying on model memory, set confidence thresholds, and make refusal-with-hand-off the default. An assistant that says 'I do not know, here is a person' is far better than one that invents plausibly.
It depends entirely on the architecture, and it is worth asking every vendor. We can build so your data is never used for training, stays in a defined region, and is auditable. That constrains model choice, which is a trade-off worth making explicit before you build.
Unedited generic AI content does, because it is indistinguishable from the enormous volume of it now being published. AI used for research and scaffolding, with a person adding the specifics and the judgement, does not. The distinction Google is getting better at is not how it was made but whether it is worth reading.
Generative engine optimisation — being cited inside ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews rather than ranked as a link. It is becoming a real traffic source, and it rewards clear structure and content that answers outright, which overlaps heavily with good SEO.
An AI readiness assessment: your processes measured, the annual cost of each named, and a ranked list of what is worth automating. It frequently concludes that two things are worth doing and the rest are not, which is a more useful answer than a roadmap.
