Community management, with response times you can actually hold

Most brands post well and reply badly. The comments and messages are where a follower becomes a customer or tells three hundred people not to be, and they are usually handled by whoever has the app open, with no guidance and no escalation path.

  • Agreed SLA response times in writing
  • Arabic + English native in both
  • Escalation a path, before it is needed

Tell us what you need

A senior person reads this and replies within one working day. No call centre, no drip sequence.

Partners & recognition

The stack we work in, the clients we keep

The platforms we build and run campaigns in, and the clients whose numbers we publish with their names on. HubSpot is the one partnership we claim; the rest are tools we use, not badges.

The problem

Excellent posts, unanswered comments

A brand that publishes daily and leaves a week-old complaint at the top of its most-seen post is telling everyone exactly how much it cares. Nobody meant that to happen; it happened because replying was nobody's actual job.

What that costs

  1. Buying questions go unanswered

A comment asking the price or whether you deliver to Abu Dhabi is a lead, sitting in public. Every hour it sits there, the person is also asking a competitor. This is the most direct revenue loss in social and it is invisible in any report.

  2. Complaints escalate because nobody replied

Almost every social crisis we have seen started as one ordinary complaint that was ignored for two days. Acknowledgement within the hour defuses most of them, and it is cheaper than anything that happens afterwards.

  3. Tone is invented per reply

Without guidance, one person is stiff and corporate and the next is overfamiliar. In Arabic and English at once, with different registers in each, that inconsistency is very visible.

  4. Nobody knows who decides

A regulatory question, a refund demand, a journalist in the DMs. Without an agreed escalation path, the person holding the phone either guesses or freezes, and both are worse than a rule agreed in advance.

What is included

What community management covers

Monitoring, replying, escalating, and reporting what the audience is actually saying.

Monitoring across platforms

Comments, direct messages, mentions, tags and reviews, brought into one queue rather than checked app by app. Including the mentions that do not tag you, which are usually the more revealing ones.

Agreed response times

Written into the engagement rather than implied. Different targets for a buying question, a general comment and a complaint, because they do not deserve the same clock.

Tone of voice guidance

A short, usable document with real examples of good and bad replies, in Arabic and English. Long brand voice decks do not survive contact with someone answering forty comments; a page of worked examples does.

Escalation matrix

Who handles what, and at what point it leaves social entirely. Agreed before it is needed, because the moment you need it is the worst moment to design it.

Lead capture and handoff

Buying questions routed to sales with the context attached, rather than answered politely in public and left there. This is where community management pays for itself.

Review management

Google and platform reviews responded to, including the negative ones. A well-handled negative review is more persuasive to a reader than a page of five-star ratings.

Crisis support

A holding position, an agreed spokesperson and a plan for the first two hours. Rarely needed and extremely expensive to improvise.

Insight reporting

What people are actually asking, complaining about and requesting. This is the most underused product research a company has, and it is sitting in the inbox.

Technology

What we manage community with

One queue, clear rules, and the reporting that turns replies into insight.

Platforms

Everywhere the audience actually is.

  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • TikTok
  • LinkedIn
  • X
  • YouTube
  • Google Business Profile

Tooling

So nothing sits unseen.

  • Unified social inboxes
  • Mention and tag monitoring
  • Review management platforms
  • CRM handoff

Guidance

So replies are consistent.

  • Tone of voice document
  • Reply libraries for common questions
  • Escalation matrix
  • Arabic and English registers

Reporting

Because the inbox is research.

  • Response time tracking
  • Sentiment and theme analysis
  • Question frequency reporting
  • Lead handoff tracking

How we work

How community management runs

Rules first, then the daily work, then feeding what you learn back into the business.

Before going live

Response time targets, tone guidance, the escalation matrix and what never gets answered publicly. A fortnight of setup that prevents most of the problems this service exists to solve.

  • Response targets agreed per message type
  • Tone document with worked examples
  • Escalation matrix signed off
  • Topics for private handling agreed

Every working day

Comments, messages, mentions and reviews handled inside the agreed times, in the right language, with buying questions routed to sales rather than closed off politely.

  • One queue across platforms
  • Replies in the language of the message
  • Buying questions routed to sales with context
  • Response times tracked, not estimated

When it is not a social matter

Regulatory questions, legal threats, press enquiries and serious complaints leave social and go to the named person, with an acknowledgement posted so the thread does not look abandoned.

  • Named owner per escalation type
  • Public acknowledgement while it is handled
  • Nothing left visibly unanswered
  • Crisis holding position ready in advance

Not just the volume

The questions people keep asking, the complaints that repeat, the requests you do not yet serve. That is product and content research, and it is the most valuable output of this work.

  • Recurring questions surfaced monthly
  • Complaint themes tracked over time
  • Feature and service requests logged
  • Fed back into content and product

Why us

Why replies stop being an afterthought

Because they are given a clock, a voice and an owner.

Response times are written down

Different targets for a buying question and a general comment, agreed in the engagement and reported against. Without a number, the target is always as soon as possible, which means whenever.

Native Arabic and English

Replies in the language the person used, at the right register. Replying to Arabic in English is a small thing that says a great deal, and it happens constantly.

An escalation path agreed in advance

So a regulatory question or a press enquiry does not depend on the judgement of whoever is on the account at eleven at night.

The inbox is reported as research

The questions people repeat are your content plan and often your product roadmap. Most companies throw that away and commission a survey instead.

Questions

Community management, answered plainly

Including what the role actually involves, since the search results for that are mostly careers advice.

AED 4,000 to AED 18,000 per month covers most of what we are asked to build. The number moves on how many platforms, message volume, how many languages, whether weekend and evening cover is needed, and whether review management is included. Anything quoted before those are known is a guess. We scope first, then price, and the scope document is yours whether or not you proceed. These are market ranges rather than a fixed rate card — the proposal carries the real figure.

Monitors every comment, message, mention and review across your platforms; replies within agreed times and in the right language; routes buying questions to sales with context; escalates anything legal, regulatory or press-related to a named owner; and reports what the audience keeps asking. Searching that question mostly returns careers advice about the job, which is not the same as what the function delivers for a business.

Replying is the visible part. The parts that matter commercially are the routing and the reporting: a buying question that reaches sales the same hour, and a monthly record of what people keep asking that changes your content and sometimes your product.

Yes, Google Business Profile and the platform reviews. Negative reviews get answered too — a calm, specific reply to a bad review does more for a reader deciding between you and a competitor than another five-star rating does.

Yes, at additional cost, and it is worth scoping honestly. For most Dubai consumer brands, evening and Friday and Saturday cover is where a meaningful share of the messages arrive. For B2B it is usually unnecessary.

Within business hours we typically work to under an hour for buying questions and complaints, and same-day for general comments. Anything faster than that promised as a blanket target across all platforms and both languages should be questioned.

A structured onboarding, then a reply library covering the questions that come up constantly, built with your team and expanded as new ones appear. Anything outside it gets asked rather than guessed, which is the rule that keeps this safe.

We follow the escalation matrix agreed at the start: acknowledge publicly so the thread is not left silent, take the detail private, and hand to the named owner. The plan exists before it is needed, because the first two hours matter most and are the worst time to be designing a process.

A named, small team, through your Business Manager with the minimum permission level each person needs. Access is revocable by you at any time and we document who has what.

Response times against the agreed targets, message and comment volume by type, sentiment themes over time, leads routed to sales, and the recurring questions. The last one is usually the section clients find most useful.

Yes, and for some businesses that is the better answer. We build the tone document, reply library and escalation matrix, train the team, and review it after a month. It costs less than an ongoing retainer and we will say when it is the right fit.
