Website copywriting in Dubai, written for a buyer and a query

Adnika researches and drafts the words on your website one page at a time, each aimed at one reader and one query. Most site text talks about the business. Ours names the reader, the problem they arrive with and the proof that settles it. Pages are drafted by people, in Arabic and English.

  • One page for each treatment at Roxana Aesthetics, a Dubai clinic
  • EN + AR drafted by people, never machine-translated

Platforms & clients

The stack we work in, the clients we keep

The platforms we build and run campaigns in, and the clients whose numbers we publish with their names on. These are tools we use, not partner badges.

  • German Medical Center
  • The Reformery Clinic
  • Alma Laser
  • Roxana Aesthetics Clinic
  • Lamel
  • Dotline Studios

The problem

You can tell when nobody was talked to

Weak website text has a signature: everything is a solution, every solution is an innovation and no sentence contains a number.

Where website pages go wrong

  1. It describes the company, not the reader

Twelve paragraphs of history, on a page where the visitor wants one answer: can you do this by their date? History belongs on the About page. A service page has a different purpose, which is to explain directly what you do and for whom.

  2. It was drafted to fit a design

The layout has a 60-character headline slot, so someone fills it with a 60-character headline. The argument follows the grid instead of the other way round, and readers notice. Good UX and UI give an argument its shape and presentation, but they shouldn't decide what it says.

  3. Every page opens the same way

Nine service pages, nine identical openings with only the service name swapped. Search engines treat that as near-duplicate content, and readers are right to see a template in it.

  4. It was generated and lightly edited

Grammatically clean and factually vague, with nothing in it that only your business could say. Generated text averages what already exists, so by definition it can't set you apart from it.

  5. It reads like a press release

Phrases such as trusted worldwide or committed to excellence give the reader nothing to check. The page turns into promotion and leaves the visitor's question unanswered.

What is included

What we write and how it arrives

Each page arrives with its headings, metadata and internal links already decided, so nobody has to invent anything during the build.

Messaging foundation

Before any page exists, it sets out who each page is for, what they believe on arrival and what moves them to act. It also names the proof they will find most persuasive. One page long, and every later deliverable is checked against it.

Page-by-page web copy

Homepage, service and product pages, About and Contact. Each one follows a heading structure rather than a design frame, so the argument holds when the layout has to adapt for mobile.

Search intent built in

Each page is aimed at one query and the intent behind it, found through keyword research before drafting starts. Titles, descriptions and headings come with the text instead of being added later by whoever builds the page.

Proof and specifics

Specific facts carry more authority than any adjective or vague success stories. For Roxana Aesthetics, a Dubai clinic, we rebuilt the site around its treatments rather than the brand, with its own page for each treatment. We look for details like that in your business and put them on the page.

Arabic

Drafted by a native Arabic copywriter, not translated. An argument that works in English doesn't always travel into Arabic, so it gets rebuilt to sound natural. A translated page reads as translated, and your target audience notices.

Microcopy

Buttons, form labels, error messages, empty states and confirmation pages. These small pieces of communication are easy to neglect, yet they decide whether a form gets completed. Better conversion often starts with a clearer button.

Editing and updating old pages

Sometimes the argument is right and the execution is weak. An edit costs less than a rewrite, and we'll tell you when an edit is enough instead of quoting for a full rewrite.

A style guide you keep

Your brand voice and tone, the words you use and avoid, and how you handle numbers and Arabic terms. That keeps your site and your marketing content consistent when someone new picks up the work.

Results in one view

The Adnika Dashboard: one live view of a client's ads, analytics and CRM data, with AI recommendations reviewed by the strategist. When we also manage your campaigns, page conversion rates appear in the same reporting, so ongoing edits start from data.

Technology

How we work on every page

Research and structure come first, and the drafting that follows is the short part.

Research

Where the substance comes from.

  • Customer and sales team interviews
  • Call review
  • Search intent analysis
  • Competitor messaging audit
  • Review and objection mining

Search

So the page has a job.

  • ValueSERP live SERP data
  • People Also Ask
  • Semrush
  • Google Search Console
  • Intent mapping

Delivery

In a form a developer can build from.

  • Google Docs with heading structure
  • Storyblok
  • WordPress
  • HubSpot CMS
  • Figma annotation

Languages

Drafted natively, not translated.

  • English
  • Arabic
  • Swedish

Quality

Before it reaches you.

  • Fact-check against source
  • Reading level check
  • Duplicate opening check
  • Second-editor proofreading pass

How we work

How each page comes together

Research is most of the job, because good ideas come from what customers say and drafting goes quickly once you know what is true.

Talking to people who know

We talk to your salespeople, one or two customers if possible, and whoever handles complaints. Sales calls are the richest source in any business. The objections on them are real and repeated, and the current site rarely deals with them.

  • Team and customer interviews
  • Objection list from real calls
  • Review and complaint mining
  • Competitor messaging audit

Choosing the argument

We agree a page map, the job of each page, its heading structure and the query it serves. You sign this off before any paragraphs exist, because changing an argument late is expensive and changing a sentence is not.

  • Page map with a job per page
  • Heading structure per page
  • Main query and intent per page
  • Internal link plan

Drafts, then edits

First draft, your comments, then a second draft, with two rounds included. If a third is needed, the brief was wrong, and that's on us rather than your budget.

  • Draft with headings and metadata
  • Two rounds of revision included
  • Second-editor pass before delivery
  • Facts checked against source

So it survives you

You keep the style guide, the source research and the reasoning behind the structure. Whoever drafts the next twenty pages or posts shouldn't have to guess. The same guide keeps your next marketing campaign in step with the site, from the ad to the event banners.

  • Style guide with voice and vocabulary
  • Research pack handed over
  • SEO-friendly metadata per page
  • Guidance for future pages and topics

Why us

Why our copy reads differently

Largely because of what we refuse to do.

We interview before we draft

Calls, customers and complaints come first. The objections that keep coming up are rarely answered on the existing site. A sharp answer to each one does more for engagement than any slogan.

No generated filler

A person drafts every page after the interviews, and our copywriters and strategists use software for research, never for the draft. Text generated from what already ranks can only sound like the pages it learned from.

Aimed at a real query

We pull the live SERP for each page before drafting, so the page covers what people look for, not what sounds right internally. Search-focused content has to earn a reader's attention as well as a crawler's.

Arabic by a native specialist

A native copywriter rebuilds the argument for readers across the Gulf, where a translated page gets noticed at once.

Questions

Website copywriting, answered plainly

Including cost, timing and what we use software for.

We price each project after scoping it, not from a rate card. The cost depends on how much research each page needs and whether it's a homepage or a service page. Arabic versions and technical subjects such as healthcare add work too. You get a detailed proposal with the real figure, and the scope document is yours whether or not you go ahead.

Its role is to carry the whole positioning argument, and every other page inherits from it. We draft it last for that reason, once the service pages have shown what the argument is.

No, software can only assist with research, with clustering queries and with sorting notes, while the draft always comes from a person. Engaging content needs things a generator doesn't have, such as your customers' objections and your own proof.

Two rounds are included, and a third usually means the brief or the interviews were wrong. That's our problem to fix, not yours to pay for.

Ideally two or three conversations: someone in sales, someone who has helped with complaints and, if possible, a customer. That's about ninety minutes in total. Without those calls we'd be drafting from your current website, which is the thing being replaced.

Yes, and it happens often. You get one document with the heading structure and metadata marked up. Internal links are marked as well, so any developer or advertising agency can build from it without guessing.

Yes, through a native Arabic copywriter rather than a translator. If the budget only covers one language, we'll suggest doing English properly first. A weak page in two languages is still a weak page.

Yes, though that sits under our content writing services rather than here. Website copy, social media content and an informative article each need different skills and different measures of success. Treat them as one and the blog starts to read like a brochure.

Yes, each page is built around one query, with the intent taken from the live SERP and the metadata delivered with it. That's on-page optimisation, and it fits into your wider SEO strategy rather than replacing it. We won't repeat a phrase to hit a density figure, because keyword-rich filler reads badly and no longer helps rankings.

Interviews and structure take one to two weeks. Drafting then runs at about three to five pages a week, plus revision rounds. A ten-page site is typically four to six weeks end to end.
