Inbound marketing in Dubai, measured to revenue and not to traffic

Inbound is a long game that most agencies sell as a short one. It works — German Medical Center went from two disconnected sites to +288% organic traffic — but it takes months before the compounding starts, and any pitch that skips that part is selling you something else.

  • +288% organic traffic, German Medical Center
  • HubSpot partner agency
  • 246 posts migrated and kept ranking

Partners & recognition

The stack we work in, the clients we keep

The platforms we build and run campaigns in, and the clients whose numbers we publish with their names on. HubSpot is the one partnership we claim; the rest are tools we use, not badges.

The problem

Inbound fails in the gap between content and CRM

The blog gets written, the traffic arrives, and then nothing. Not because the content was bad, but because nobody built the part that turns a reader into a conversation.

Where the money leaks out

  1. Content with no commercial job

Twelve posts about industry trends, none about what a buyer types before they buy. Traffic goes up and enquiries do not, which is exactly what you would expect from content written to a calendar rather than to a decision.

  2. Nothing to convert onto

A reader finishes the article and there is a newsletter box. No offer worth an email address, no next step matched to what they were reading. Attention arrives and leaves.

  3. The lead lands nowhere

A form submits into an inbox. No source captured, no owner assigned, no follow-up. By the time somebody replies the reader has spoken to two competitors.

  4. Reported on the wrong number

Sessions and rankings go in the monthly deck because they move early. Closed revenue by source does not, because joining it up takes work. So the programme gets judged on numbers that cannot justify it.

What is included

What an inbound programme actually contains

Four parts. Skip any one of them and the other three underperform, which is the usual reason inbound gets abandoned in month five.

Buyer research first

Sales calls, support tickets, review mining and the questions your team answers every week. The objections that repeat are the article list — and they are almost never on the site already.

Content built around decisions

Comparison pages, cost pages, and the specific questions that come immediately before a purchase. These convert at a multiple of trend pieces and almost nobody writes them, because they are harder and less flattering.

Offers worth an email address

A calculator, a template, a real benchmark — something with standalone value. A PDF of your brochure is not an offer, and gating it teaches people not to trust your forms.

Lifecycle and nurture

What happens between the download and the enquiry. Sequences that answer the next objection rather than chasing, and a scoring model that tells sales who is worth a call.

CRM that catches it

Source on the record, owner assigned, response time committed. We are a HubSpot partner and build this as part of the programme rather than as a later phase.

Technical and structural SEO

Internal linking, page architecture and the crawl basics. Roxana Aesthetics ranks across 72 treatment pages because the structure was designed, not because each page was optimised in isolation.

Distribution

Publishing is not distribution. Email, social, and where relevant paid amplification of the pieces that already proved they convert.

Reporting to closed revenue

Spend, qualified leads, opportunities and closed revenue by source, in one view. It is the only report that survives a budget conversation.

Technology

What we run it on

One system where possible, because inbound breaks in the joins between tools.

CRM and automation

Where the lead lands and what happens next.

  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce
  • Zoho
  • Lead scoring
  • Lifecycle stages
  • Workflows

Research

What to write about, and why.

  • ValueSERP live SERP data
  • Semrush
  • People Also Ask
  • Sales call review
  • Support ticket mining
  • Google Search Console

Publishing

Where the content lives.

  • WordPress
  • HubSpot CMS
  • Storyblok
  • Shopify
  • Webflow

Measurement

Joining content to money.

  • GA4
  • HubSpot attribution
  • Server-side tagging
  • Looker Studio
  • Offline conversion import

How we work

How the programme runs

Ninety days to the first honest read, then it compounds or it gets changed.

Before anything is written

Sales calls, support tickets, reviews and two customer conversations. The repeated objections become the content plan, because those are the questions standing between a reader and a purchase.

  • Sales and support interviews
  • Objection list from real calls
  • Live SERP and PAA per priority topic
  • Competitor content gap

Plumbing before traffic

Offers, forms, routing, lifecycle stages and tracking, live before the content lands. Sending traffic at a page that cannot convert is how a programme gets judged as failing when it was never given a chance.

  • Offers built, not brochures gated
  • Forms to CRM with source captured
  • Lifecycle stages agreed with sales
  • Attribution verified end to end

The part that compounds

A cadence you can hold, weighted toward decision-stage pieces early so there is something to show before the organic curve turns. Then distribution, because publishing alone is not a channel.

  • Decision-stage content first
  • Cadence set to capacity, not ambition
  • Email and social distribution
  • Internal linking maintained as it grows

Monthly, against revenue

What converted, what did not, and what to stop. Traffic appears as a diagnostic. The number that matters is qualified pipeline by source.

  • Monthly review on pipeline, not sessions
  • Content pruned as well as added
  • Nurture sequences revised on real behaviour
  • Stopping rules honoured

Why us

Why our inbound is different

Mostly in what we insist on before writing anything.

The CRM is built first, not last

HubSpot partner. Source, owner, lifecycle and attribution live before the first article publishes, so month one produces usable data instead of a gap you cannot reconstruct.

Decision content before thought leadership

Cost pages, comparison pages, the awkward questions. They convert far better and almost nobody writes them, which is precisely why they are available.

Published numbers behind it

+288% at German Medical Center, +310% at Roxana across 72 treatment pages, 246 posts migrated without losing rankings. Written up on this site with what did not work included.

Honest about the timeline

Meaningful organic contribution is month four to six. Anyone promising it sooner is either buying the traffic or describing a different programme.

Questions

Inbound marketing, answered plainly

Starting with the definition question, which is what Google shows most for this subject.

Earning the enquiry instead of interrupting to get it. You publish the answers your buyers are already searching for, offer something worth an email address, and follow up in a way that is useful rather than pushy. The distinction that matters commercially is that inbound assets keep working after you stop paying, and interruptive ones stop the day the budget does.

Outbound goes to the buyer before they have asked: cold email, cold calling, display, paid interruption. Inbound waits for them to look and makes sure you are what they find. Most businesses in this market need both, and the useful question is the split, which depends on how long your sales cycle is and how much demand already exists.

A clinic publishing an honest page on what a treatment costs and what affects the price, which ranks, answers the question a patient actually has, and produces enquiries from people who have already accepted the number. That single page tends to outperform a year of trend posts.

AED 12,000 to AED 60,000 per month covers most of what we are asked to build. The number moves on publishing volume, how many offers are being built, whether the CRM work is included, and whether Arabic is in scope. Anything quoted before those are known is a guess. We scope first, then price, and the scope document is yours whether or not you proceed. These are market ranges rather than a fixed rate card — the proposal carries the real figure.

Month to month it often is not. The difference is what you own at the end: ads stop the day you stop paying, and a page that ranks keeps producing. Most sensible programmes run both, with paid buying the demand that exists now and inbound building the demand that compounds.

First useful signal at eight to twelve weeks, meaningful organic contribution at month four to six, and the compounding after that. Decision-stage content converts earliest, which is why we front-load it — it gives you something real to look at before the traffic curve turns.

No, but you need something that does the job: source captured, owner assigned, lifecycle tracked and attribution reaching closed revenue. We hold the HubSpot partnership and use it daily, and we will happily build the same on Salesforce or Zoho if that is where you already are.

It suits it better than almost anything else. A ninety-day cycle means the buyer does months of unsupervised research, and inbound is how you are present for that. Bafco sells to both a single-chair buyer and a procurement team, and the content had to serve both.

We do, and a person does. We use AI for research and clustering, never for the draft — generated copy is an average of what already ranks, which is a structural reason it cannot make you sound different from the pages it averaged.

Then we say so and we look at why: wrong topics, a site that does not convert, or a category with less demand than assumed. Stopping rules are agreed at the start precisely so that conversation is factual instead of defensive.

No questions match — try another search.
