SEO agency in Dubai, UAE: we report enquiries, not just rankings

SEO services across Dubai and the UAE, in English and Arabic, covering Google's results, Maps and AI answers. First we fix whatever stops Google reading your pages. Then each real buyer question gets a page of its own. You'll see enquiries reported beside rankings, which is how any SEO company should be judged.

  • 15+ years in business
  • 140+ brands grown
  • 98 average PageSpeed across client sites

What we do

SEO agency in Dubai: what the work involves

Put simply, an SEO agency gets your pages in front of people searching for what you sell, whether that's on Google, on a map or inside an AI answer. Honestly, most of our work happens before anything ranks. Google has to reach each page and figure out what it's for; SEO in Dubai starts there.

  • Your search data read before any keyword list
  • One search phrase per page, mapped in advance
  • Organic enquiries counted apart from traffic

Ranking for your own brand name is a floor, not a strategy

  1. A page for every real question

Picture a property developer whose site has one Projects page. Can it rank for "off-plan villas Dubai Hills" and "how do off-plan payment plans work" at once? Not really. At best it ranks for one, badly. Those searches come from two different buyers, and you'd want both through the door. Our fix is a page per question. Which pages exist gets settled while the architecture's still on the whiteboard, long before a copywriter gets involved.

  2. Fix the foundations first

You see the copy. Google sees what's underneath, and that half decides whether the copy counts. One stray noindex tag (a line telling Google to skip a page) in a shared template? Whole sections can vanish. Three chained redirects? Slower visits from every old link. Speed? Google recommends good Core Web Vitals, and "good" has numbers. LCP, the main content appearing: within 2.5 seconds. INP, the reply to a tap: within 200 milliseconds. CLS, the layout jumping: 0.1 or less.

  3. Count enquiries, not just visits

Here's a trap we watch for: visits double, enquiries don't budge, and everyone admires the graph anyway. Wrong traffic. The targeting needs rethinking. Broad rankings flatter a report and bring readers who'll never buy. So first we set up GA4 key events (the actions you choose to count, like a sent form), and if you've got a CRM, each lead gets traced into it too. Visits still go in the report. They just don't get the last word.

Services

Our SEO services in Dubai and across the UAE

Start with the card closest to your problem: each service has its own page, and the card title opens it. If you'd rather one SEO services company in Dubai handled all of it, that works too.

How we work

How our SEO process works, from audit to enquiries

We split an engagement into four stages, and you get something to check at the end of each: a written audit, then a page map, then fixes that are actually live, then a report every month. Nobody writes a word until the structure's settled.

Find what's holding your pages back

We open your Search Console before the crawler runs. It's where Google admits which queries find you and which pages it skipped. Then the crawl. We flag cannibalisation (SEO jargon for two of your pages fighting over one query, so neither holds its place). The awkward bit comes last: what you rank for versus what you sell. You'll get it in writing, ranked by impact. Not a raw crawl export.

  • Search Console opened before any crawl
  • Crawl, index and Core Web Vitals measured
  • Pages competing for one query flagged
  • Competitors' page structure mapped
  • Findings ranked by impact, in writing

A page map with one phrase per page

Next comes keyword research, in English and Arabic, sorted by what each searcher is after. Someone comparing options and someone checking a price aren't the same reader, and one page won't satisfy both. Then every page you've got gets a verdict. Keep it? Merge it? Redirect it, or start fresh? URLs and canonical tags (telling Google which copy of a page is the master) get agreed before anyone writes.

  • Keywords grouped by what searchers want
  • Arabic keywords researched separately
  • Merge, redirect or create, page by page
  • URLs agreed before writing starts
  • Your sign-off on the page map

Fixes go live, then the pages get written

Fixes go first. Your developers or ours make them, on WordPress, Shopify, Wix Studio or Astro. Then the new pages get written, each answering its question straight away, whether that's a comparison, a cost or what to expect. Google says its ranking systems aim to reward content made for people first. Fine by us; nothing's written to game the algorithm. Links come later, earned through content and digital PR.

  • Fixes made, not just reported
  • Pages that answer the question outright
  • Health-ad rules checked for clinics
  • Every draft read and checked by a person
  • Links earned, never bought in bulk

Enquiries reported alongside rankings

Before the SEO campaign starts, we check your conversion tracking fires. Basic, but skip it and the report's worthless. Organic enquiries get split from total traffic, with a written summary each month, not a dashboard dump. One caveat: Search Console counts AI Overviews and AI Mode (Google's conversational search) traffic inside its normal Web totals, so we'll say what can't be separated. Visits up, enquiries flat? We change the targeting.

  • Tracking checked before day one
  • Organic enquiries split out
  • A written summary every month
  • What didn't work, reported too
  • Rankings reported as early signals

How we use AI

Where AI speeds up our SEO, and who signs off

01

Keyword and SERP research

Search Console data can run to thousands of queries. AI sorts yours by intent in minutes and notes what each SERP (search engine results page) already rewards. This is the part of AI-driven SEO that saves real time. Which groups deserve a page on your site is a judgement call, and a strategist makes it with you.

02

Briefs and first drafts

Outlines, title options and meta descriptions start life as rough machine drafts. Then a writer takes over, rewriting until it sounds like you rather than a template, and checking every fact with you. Is AI help against Google's rules? No. Pumping out lots of low-value pages can count as scaled content abuse, though, which is why nothing goes out in bulk.

03

Fixes and markup

Some of your fixes are repetitive code: JSON-LD (structured data that describes a page to machines), redirect maps with hundreds of rows, title templates. They get drafted faster with AI. A developer then reviews every change and tests it before release. Saving an hour is nice; a wrong redirect costs you far more.

04

Watching after release

Once fixes are live, AI helps sort Search Console movements worth a person's look. A page might drop out of the index overnight, or a query slide from page 1 to page 2. Plenty turn out harmless. Someone on our SEO team checks each flag, decides if it's real and talks the fix through with you first.

Stage 01 / 04

Why us

Choosing the best SEO company in Dubai? Ask four questions

Google publishes questions to ask before you hire an SEO, including how long they've been in business. Ours: 15+ years, 99+ projects and 140+ brands grown. Four more follow.

Can you show me work I can check?

Start with our 7 published case studies: each names the client, so you can check the work yourself. The German Medical Center (GMC) study shows +73% leads and 2x conversions, measured across the whole engagement, not SEO alone. Ask any agency for proof you can verify like that, and be wary of results with no client name attached.

Do you follow Google's rules?

Yes, we work to Google Search Essentials, the published rules for appearing in Google at all. Google says no one can guarantee a #1 ranking, so you won't hear that promise from us. Your links are earned selectively, never bought in bulk, and we use no SEO techniques that Google's spam policies forbid.

Do you know my market and language?

Adnika delivers in Arabic and English from two offices, Dubai and Stockholm. Clinic clients include German Medical Center, Roxana Aesthetics and Elora Polyclinic, and on the property side there's Arabland and Concept Plus. In the Dubai market, health advertising answers to whichever authority licenses a clinic, and those rules shape your pages from the first draft.

Will you show me every change?

You'll be told what changed, on which page, and why. Each month you get a written summary of what moved and what's next. If you run HubSpot CRM, organic leads can be followed through to the deal. What didn't work goes in the report too.

Start a projectSend your URL, and a senior person replies within one working day.

Capabilities in detail

SEO in Dubai, everything an engagement covers

Here's the complete SEO scope, from the first strategy call to monthly reporting. Where a specialism has its own page, the item links to it. Some won't apply to your site, and we'll say which.

SEO strategy and consulting

Strategy decides which searches deserve your budget, starting from what you offer rather than search volume. For a law firm, "UAE labour law" may draw more searches than "employment lawyer Dubai", yet the second is likelier to come from someone ready to hire. SEO strategies built on volume alone chase the first. A good SEO consultant turns it down, then ranks the rest by value and effort within your wider marketing strategy.

Keyword research in English and Arabic

English and Arabic each get their own keyword research, because a translated list misses how Arabic speakers search. Every term joins an intent group. Is your buyer comparing, checking a price or ready to book? Each needs its own page. Volume matters less than you'd think; a modest term with buying intent often earns more.

Crawling, indexing and site speed

Google has to reach your pages, render them with their scripts and keep them in its index. If it can't, even advanced SEO strategies further down this list count for nothing. Speed matters too: Google recommends good Core Web Vitals and says they align with what its ranking systems aim to reward. Slow templates get fixed once, so every page built on them speeds up.

Site architecture and internal links

Nobody notices good architecture, which is a shame, because it often matters most. It's how your pages cluster into topics and link to one another. We point the most internal links at the pages that bring enquiries. Two pages chasing one query? We'll merge them or redirect one; leave them be and they'll just keep taking turns in Google's results.

Titles, headings and page content

A title should promise what the page delivers, and every heading should say what its section's about. Sounds obvious. We put the answer high up, where a skimming reader (or Google) spots it fast. Keywords go where you'd expect to read them; that's SEO best practice, and stuffing them in just reads badly. Buyers read comparison and cost pages before they call, so you'll get those too.

Google Maps and local search results

On 12 October 2026 we checked 7 Dubai searches for agencies like ours, and every one showed a map pack of 3 businesses. According to Google, local results rest mainly on relevance, distance and prominence. You can't move your office for a ranking, obviously. So the effort goes into the other two: your Google listing, your branch pages and the reviews your customers leave.

AI Overviews, AI Mode and ChatGPT

Google's line on AI Overviews and AI Mode is plain: no extra requirements. Be indexed, be eligible for a snippet, and you're a candidate. That's all it is, a candidate; nothing's guaranteed. ChatGPT and Perplexity pick their sources their own way. Clear, well-built pages still help there, as far as anyone can tell.

Answers for People Also Ask and snippets

We word each heading the way your customers would ask it, then answer it in the very first sentence below. Easy to quote, in other words. Whether Google quotes it is up to Google; its systems pick featured snippets themselves. And FAQ markup won't buy you extra space any more. Google stopped showing the FAQ rich result on 7 May 2026, so the copy has to carry the answer on its own.

Arabic SEO and bilingual search

An Arabic page has to be written for the way people search in Arabic, then wired to its English twin. The wiring is hreflang, a small tag that tells Google which language versions of a page exist. Here's the catch: both pages must point at each other. If one forgets, Google ignores the tags.

Link building and digital PR

Links made mainly to manipulate rankings count as link spam in Google's book, and it names bought links, heavy link swaps and automated link creation. In May 2026, Google clarified that its spam policies also cover attempts to manipulate AI answers in Search. Our approach is dull by comparison. We earn your links selectively, from content worth citing, digital PR and genuine partnerships, and we never buy them in bulk.

Ecommerce SEO for Shopify stores

Online stores have a sneaky habit of bloating Google's index. Each filter a shopper clicks can produce a fresh address, until one category exists as hundreds of near-duplicates. The fix is choosing which filtered pages people really search for and keeping the rest out. We built Bafco's and Designer's Empire's Shopify stores, so the platform's habits are familiar.

Healthcare and real estate SEO

Healthcare pages start with compliance: medical claims get checked against the licensing authority's rules while your page is still a plan. Depending on your clinic, that's the Dubai Health Authority, Dubai Healthcare City's regulator or the federal health ministry. Property pages live on freshness. For Concept Plus Real Estate and Arabland, a plugin on WordPress pulls listings from the Goyzer CRM every hour and sends website leads back.

Structured data and schema

Structured data labels things for machines: this text is your business name, that one a service. JSON-LD for Organization, Service, BreadcrumbList and FAQPage goes in only where it matches what's visible. Does it help Google read the page? Yes. Is it a ranking shortcut? No. One limit worth knowing: on pages with LocalBusiness or Organization markup, review stars can't come from reviews a business controls about itself.

Migrations and redirect mapping

In a site move, an old URL with no redirect loses the value of links pointing at it. So a migration needs a map that settles each old address: kept, retired or sent on by a 301 redirect (a permanent move). Google advises keeping redirects for at least 1 year. When we moved adnika.com from WordPress to Astro and Storyblok in July 2026, every old URL was mapped before launch.

Reporting, tracking and attribution

Reliable SEO reporting should show which of last month's organic visits became customers. So GA4 key events, Search Console and your CRM (HubSpot CRM if you run it) get connected before work starts. Where tracking allows, each enquiry is tied to the page it started on. Rankings and impressions still appear, but as early signals.

Monthly retainers or one-off projects

We don't sell boxed SEO solutions; scope sets the format. If your audit finds a few faults on a sound structure, a one-off fix list may be all you need. A retainer suits work that carries on month after month: content, links, reporting. The packages guide lists what each option includes. Investing in SEO on a retainer only makes sense while there's real work each month.

FAQ

Hiring an SEO company in Dubai: your questions about SEO agencies, answered

Choosing an agency and cost come first, then timing, AI search and how we work. Any result we quote has a source.

There's no single best SEO agency in Dubai, only the best fit for you, and finding the right SEO company in Dubai comes down to five checks. Do they ask for your Search Console data before quoting? Will you get a written audit? Are any links paid for? Who actually does the work, and who keeps your accounts if you leave? Walk away from SEO agencies in Dubai that guarantee rankings or hint at a special relationship with Google; Google's own guide warns against both. A "top SEO agency in Dubai" badge proves nothing. Looking for the best SEO services in Dubai? Start with whoever passes all five.

It depends on scope, which is annoying to hear but true, and it's why an honest quote comes only after someone has looked at your site. Take two cases. One's a small English site in a quiet sector. The other's a bilingual store with hundreds of products and years of tangled redirects; it needs more fixing, more writing and more digital PR, for longer. We scope after an audit. Want a feel for it first? Our packages page shows what each one covers.

Honestly, the number on its own tells you very little. What does the monthly fee pay for? You'll usually see SEO priced as a monthly retainer, a project fee or a one-off audit. With professional SEO services you're paying for things you can point at: fixes shipped, pages written, links earned. If a month's work amounts to a ranking report, you've bought a chart, whatever the "top SEO services" label says. And affordable SEO, done properly, tends to mean a narrower scope rather than cheaper work.

Nobody can give you an honest fixed date, and Google's own guide actually tells you to ask whoever you hire what to expect, and when. What we can tell you is the order things happen in. Technical fixes register once Google recrawls your pages. New pages and earned links take longer. Crowded sectors take longest of all. Early signs, such as more pages indexed, show up before the enquiries do. There's more in our guide on how long SEO takes in the UAE.

Put plainly, an SEO agency helps you get found when people search for what you do (and, ideally, chosen). Note the word "helps": Google has the final say. Day to day, ours covers the full spectrum of SEO: technical fixes, keyword research, a page plan, the writing, your map listing, AI search and earned links, and a monthly report ties it back to enquiries. Some agencies sit inside a wider digital marketing agency or marketing company, with other digital marketing solutions on offer. Adnika does, so Google Ads, web development and HubSpot CRM can work off one plan, and your SEO and marketing pull the same way.

It's the work of getting your pages to show up, and get clicked, in the unpaid search results. (People also search for "SEO optimization", which says optimisation twice, but never mind.) On the SERP, the page Google shows after you search, an unpaid search engine result usually sits under the top ads, and often under a map too. Why bother, for businesses in Dubai? Many buyers search before they call. And an organic listing costs nothing per click, so it keeps working when the ad budget's paused.

Mostly diagnosis; expert SEO services start there. They work out what's holding your site back, then pick what to fix first and tell your team how. An SEO specialist is a narrower hire who usually lives in one corner, technical fixes for instance, or local search. Whichever you go for, get the advice as a ranked list, written down. Your team can work through a list. A clever slide deck, not so much.

Torn between searching "SEO consultant", "SEO company Dubai" or "SEO services Dubai"? Start with who's going to do the work. Got developers and writers in-house? Then a capable consultant or freelancer can steer them, usually for less. If nobody on your side can ship code or write pages, though, advice just sits in a document gathering dust. That's when an agency, with a team of SEO, content and development people, earns its fee. Mixing the two works as well, and you can add hands later.

No. Not even trusted SEO agencies can, and a top SEO company that promises it is guessing. Google's own guide is blunt about it: "No one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google." Its Business Profile help pages add that nobody can request or pay for a better local ranking either. So the top of the search engine results isn't something anyone can sell you. What we can promise is the work, plus reporting that admits when something didn't move. If an agency does offer you a guarantee, ask what happens to your fee when it fails.

Search "SEO agency Dubai UAE" and you'll find a list of the best SEO companies in Dubai, sometimes a "top 100 SEO" roundup of top SEO agencies. A few are useful, such as directories of reviewed SEO companies with verified reviews. Others come from an agency ranking itself first; some places are sold. Who published it, and are they on it? Are paid spots labelled? Do the agencies listed name clients you could actually check? Labels like "leading SEO agency in Dubai" or "among the top SEO firms" turn up almost everywhere, so they prove little. Then talk to each SEO firm in Dubai you shortlist, in person.

We'd say neither wins outright. They do different jobs, and what you need this quarter decides it. Google Ads is PPC, short for pay-per-click: each click costs you, ads can appear above the organic results almost immediately, and the moment the budget stops, they're gone. Organic pages are the slow route. Once a page earns its spot, though, the visits keep coming with no click fee attached. Plenty of digital marketing strategies use both. Our post comparing the two goes into it properly.

Yes, it can, provided your pages match buying searches and tracking proves it. A page ranking for a broad question may draw readers who never enquire; one about your service and price brings people ready to talk. German Medical Center's case study records +73% leads and 2x conversions across the whole engagement, not SEO alone. It's one client's story, mind you, not a forecast for yours.

The work itself? Not as much as all the talk of a changing digital landscape suggests. Where the answer appears is what's changing. Google's AI Overviews and AI Mode, along with assistants such as ChatGPT and Perplexity, now settle some questions before anyone clicks. Does Google ask for anything extra? No. Its AI features need normal indexing and snippet eligibility, nothing more, and even meeting those guarantees nothing. The real change is in measurement. If a search ends inside the answer, counting enquiries tells you more than counting visits. There's more on our AI SEO page.

Yes, both. But we don't translate the English keyword list and call it done. Arabic speakers often phrase a search quite differently, so the Arabic side gets researched from scratch. Each Arabic page is then linked to its English twin with hreflang tags, and those have to point both ways or Google ignores them. Oh, and a small tip: choose one Arabic and one English spelling of your business name. Use them everywhere.

If people visit your premises, or you only serve a certain area, then probably yes. Think of a business located in Dubai with a walk-in counter: for them, the map can matter as much as the ordinary rankings. Those searches usually put 3 businesses on a map near the top. Missing from it? Then you're starting behind 3 competitors. An online store shipping across the UAE needs a lot less of this. You won't need a separate local SEO agency in Dubai for it; the Google Maps work has its own page in our services list.

Yes, we do link building, selectively and never bought in bulk, and it stays inside Google's rules when links are earned on merit. Google classes links made mainly to manipulate rankings as link spam, and it names buying links for ranking outright. Your links come from content other sites want to cite, from digital PR and from partnerships your business already has. It's slower. It also holds.

Yes, for a small business in Dubai it's worth it, as long as your customers actually search for what you offer. You probably won't need everything at once. Small and medium enterprises can start with a complete map listing and three or four strong service pages, which makes a sensible start. In some cases a one-off fix list does the job. The packages page sets out what each package includes, so compare before you commit.

In most cases the site you have can be fixed; the audit tells us what's wrong first. The gains tend to hide in structure, internal links and technical repairs rather than in a shiny new build. Would a rebuild genuinely cost you less? Then we'll say so. Moving anyway? You'll get a full redirect map, and Google advises keeping those redirects for at least 1 year. Rebuilds are covered on our web design and development page.

Qualified organic enquiries going up, counted separately from total traffic. That's the real test. Before it shows, there are three early signals worth watching: more of your pages indexed, rankings climbing for the phrases on your page map, and Core Web Vitals sitting in Google's good range. Your monthly report covers the lot. If enquiries stall, the report says so plainly and names the next change we'd make.

Yes. Businesses in Abu Dhabi, and anywhere else in the United Arab Emirates, can use our Dubai SEO services, in English or Arabic. Maps are the exception to "anywhere", though. Google weighs how far a business is from the person searching, which means a listing in Dubai, UAE starts at a disadvantage for searches made in Abu Dhabi. The fix? An Abu Dhabi branch needs its own Business Profile and its own page.
