Privacy policy

What this website collects, who processes it, and how to reach us about it. Written to describe what adnika.com actually does — not a template.

Last updated: 26 July 2026. This policy covers the website at adnika.com. It does not cover services Adnika delivers to clients under a separate agreement, or third-party websites we link to.

In short

We do not run advertising or marketing trackers on this website. We do not set cookies for advertising, and we do not sell or share personal data with advertisers. The only information collected automatically is the aggregate, privacy-preserving traffic measurement described below. If you email us, we hold what you send us so we can reply.

Information you give us

There is currently no contact form on this website. If you contact us, you do so by email, telephone or WhatsApp, and we receive whatever you choose to include — typically your name, your email address or phone number, your company, and the content of your message. We use that information to respond to you and, if we go on to work together, to manage that relationship. We do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us.

Information collected automatically

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure traffic. It is a privacy-first analytics product: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and reports aggregate figures such as page views, referrers, country and device type rather than identifying individuals. We use it to understand which pages are useful.

As with any website, our hosting provider processes technical data — including your IP address — in order to deliver pages to you and to protect the site from abuse. This is handled by Cloudflare as part of hosting and security.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies for analytics, advertising or personalisation, which is why you will not see a cookie consent banner. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and to keep the site available. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so will not stop this site working.

Third parties that process data when you visit

These are the services this website actually loads. Each has its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to read them.

  • Cloudflare — hosting, content delivery, security and Cloudflare Web Analytics.

  • Storyblok — the content management system that stores this site's content, and its image delivery network (a.storyblok.com).

  • Google Fonts — serves two typefaces used on this site (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com).

  • Fontshare — serves the display and body typefaces (api.fontshare.com).

We link to our profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook and X. Those links load nothing until you click them; once you do, that platform's own privacy policy applies.

How we use information

  • To reply to enquiries and provide the services you ask us about.

  • To operate, secure and improve this website.

  • To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.

Sharing

We share personal data only with the service providers we rely on to run the business — for example hosting, email and, where relevant, our customer relationship management system — and where we are required to by law. Service providers act on our instructions.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email us using the address below and we will respond.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

This site is served exclusively over HTTPS with HTTP Strict Transport Security enabled, so traffic between your browser and this site is encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here rather than announced individually.

Contact

Questions about this policy, or a request about your data, can go to Support@adnika.com. You can also reach us on +971 4 280 9806. Our contact page has all the current routes.
