Every box ticked, every hub switched on, a training session delivered to twenty people at once. Two months later three people use it properly and everyone else has gone back to what they did before.

AED 12,000 to AED 60,000 covers most of what we are asked to build. The number moves on how many hubs and users, whether data is migrating from another system, how many teams need training, and whether ongoing support follows. Anything quoted before those are known is a guess. We scope first, then price, and the scope document is yours whether or not you proceed. These are market ranges rather than a fixed rate card — the proposal carries the real figure.
HubSpot's onboarding is competent and it is designed to configure the platform correctly, which is not the same as changing how your team works. It is generic by necessity, it does not know your sales process, and it does not sit with your team afterwards. For a simple setup theirs may genuinely be enough, and we will tell you if that is your case.
HubSpot requires onboarding on certain tiers, which you can take from them or from a partner. Worth checking what your contract actually obliges before paying for both.
Then this is remedial rather than onboarding, and it is common. We audit what was configured, find where adoption broke, and fix the process or the setup. It is usually faster than a fresh implementation because the data is already there.
Four to eight weeks for most mid-market setups. A single-hub sales implementation can be under a month. What extends it is almost always data migration or an unresolved question about the sales process.
A day or two from whoever owns the sales process at the start, then a couple of hours per team for training, then an hour per champion afterwards. The process workshop is the part that cannot be shortened without cost.

We look at why, and it is almost never that people are lazy. Usually the system asks for data that helps management and not the person entering it, or a required field is blocking a common action. We change the system rather than repeating the training.
Yes, either as an ongoing retainer or as an as-needed arrangement. Many clients need a few hours a month for the first six months and then very little, and we would rather structure it that way than sell a retainer nobody uses.
