Web design & development

Wix website design in Dubai, editable without a developer

Your Dubai team should be able to change a price or swap a photo without booking a developer. On a Wix Studio build, that's routine. Search settings get filled in, and Arabic and English are each set up properly. Enquiries reach a real inbox. If another website builder would suit you better, we'll say so before any quote.

  • 49 Eden pages, Arabic and Russian corrected
  • 99+ projects delivered
  • 15+ years of experience

Platforms we build on

Website builders and platforms we design and build on

Studio is one of several platforms we work in, and each is judged on what your team needs.

  • German Medical Center
  • The Reformery Clinic
  • Alma Laser
  • Roxana Aesthetics Clinic
  • Lamel
  • Dotline Studios

What we do

Wix website design and development, made for everyday edits

Our Wix website design in Dubai covers Studio builds, redesigns of classic-editor sites, search settings, Arabic and English, and forms that reach someone. Picture an Eid offer that can't go live because only the original designer dares touch the banner. A good build makes that your marketing team's job, done before lunch.

  • Studio layouts that hold up on every screen size
  • Arabic and English, each on its own URLs
  • Every form routed to the right inbox or CRM

Two sites on the same platform can feel nothing alike. The build decides.

  1. A site your team can actually edit

Say your team has to resize the homepage banner on an ordinary Tuesday. In Studio, that's one desktop change: breakpoints (the screen widths where a layout adapts) carry it down to tablet and phone. Older sites built in the classic editor place elements freely, and phone tweaks stay on the phone, so you often fix things twice. Rebuilt in Studio, with saved sections and site styles, yours becomes a website without a developer in the loop.

  2. Wix SEO, filled in page by page

Defaults won't rank a page. Out of the box, most titles are the page name plus your site name, and descriptions are blank. Search engines like Google also use structured data (code labelling a page's content) and canonical tags (marking the main version), both set per page. Redirects sit in the URL Redirect Manager. Search Console links up through the SEO Setup Checklist on a Premium plan with your own domain. Not ranking? Check those fields before blaming the platform.

  3. A straight answer on when to leave

Some sites outgrow a builder, and whoever made yours should say so before it costs you. Watch for a real data model, deep CRM or ERP links, a custom checkout, or workarounds costing more each year than a move. Then WordPress or headless fits better; headless keeps content apart from the site that shows it. Leaving means a rebuild, because the platform won't export your site to another host.

How we work

Our Wix website development process, from first look to handover

The development process starts with a fit check, because some sites belong somewhere else. What that check finds shapes the design process and every stage below.

Still the right platform for your site?

Your current site gets measured against your business goals first. You'll see its mobile speed in PageSpeed Insights, plus the Site Speed dashboard once traffic allows. Then come the search settings and the editor it was built in. Every form gets test-sent. Last, the hard question: what must it handle two years from now?

  • Mobile speed checked
  • Search fields reviewed per page
  • Editor and structure identified
  • Every form test-sent
  • A clear call: stay or move

Page design in Figma, phone first

Designs start on a phone-sized frame in Figma, with your real copy in both languages. Your brand fonts and colours become site styles you can customise, so new pages match by default. Right-to-left pages get their own design decisions, made early. And if a ready-made design already fits your content, it gets a fair look before anything is drawn from scratch.

  • Phone and desktop designs in Figma
  • Real copy in both languages
  • Fonts and colours saved as site styles
  • Reusable sections to copy

Built in Studio, SEO switched on

Your site is built in Studio, with CMS collections for anything that repeats, like offers. Search settings go in as each page is built: titles, descriptions, JSON-LD and canonicals. Any URL that changes gets a 301 redirect, which tells browsers and Google the move is permanent, so you don't lose its visitors. Each form submission becomes a GA4 key event, the label Google Analytics gives an action you value.

  • Breakpoints for phone, tablet and desktop
  • Titles, descriptions and JSON-LD per page
  • A 301 for every changed URL
  • Search Console linked and verified
  • Submissions tracked as GA4 key events

Handed over, so you aren't stuck with us

Handover begins with launch-day checks on your live domain, because 301 redirects only work on a custom domain. Forms get re-tested too. Your team is trained on its own pages, with notes on what not to move, like a header block that shifts if it's nudged. Search Console and GA4 get reviewed after launch. Ongoing support is optional; you shouldn't need us for a headline change.

  • Redirects checked again on the live domain
  • Training on your own pages
  • Notes on what not to move
  • Search Console and GA4 reviewed
  • Ongoing support, if you want it

How we use AI

Where AI helps on a build, and who checks its work

01

Reading your current site

AI goes through a crawl of your site and lists the gaps: blank descriptions, duplicate titles, missing alt text, untranslated headings. It's tedious work, and a machine doesn't get bored halfway down the list. Which gaps matter to you, and in what order? A person decides that, with you.

02

First drafts in two languages

From your brief, AI drafts first versions of titles, meta descriptions and alt text for images in both languages. Think of them as rough starting points. A writer then rewrites each one in your brand's voice and checks the facts. The second language gets extra care, since machine translation often reads stiffly. Each line is human-reviewed before anyone pastes it into the editor.

03

Checking redirects and forms

By hand, testing every redirect and form is slow, repetitive work, and on a bilingual site the list doubles. So scripts drafted with AI's help do the checking. Their report goes to a developer, who reads it and signs off before launch. Nothing ships on a script's say-so.

04

The first weeks after launch

In the first weeks after launch, your Search Console data and form submissions are compared with the weeks before the switch. Is a dip real, or just a new site settling in? AI helps tell the two apart. If enquiries fall, the form gets tested first; a broken form can pass for a traffic problem. A person picks each fix and tells you why.

Stage 01 / 04

Why us

Why choose Adnika as your Wix agency in Dubai

15+ years in the work, 140+ brands grown, 99+ projects delivered, and offices in Dubai and Stockholm. Four things follow from that.

You'll hear it when Wix is the wrong tool

Nothing pushes us towards one platform. Client sites run on whatever suits them, and adnika.com itself moved to Astro and Storyblok in July 2026. If yours is holding the business back, you'll see the reasons in writing. And if it's fine as it is? We'll say so, and you skip the cost of a move.

Arabic translations, already fixed on Wix

Case in point: Eden's website, edenderma.com. In October 2026 we corrected its stale Russian and Arabic translations across 49 pages, plus the header, footer and menus. It's a common pattern on multilingual sites: someone edits the English, and the other languages fall a version behind.

Your team keeps control after launch

Keep the site in an account your business owns. Obvious, maybe, but check it before whoever built it moves on. A Studio build is meant to be run by your people, so training happens on your real pages, with a short list of things to leave alone. Bigger changes can come back to us; small ones shouldn't need to.

SEO and lead routing from one team

The team that builds your site also runs SEO, so redirects and search settings in both languages go in during the build. Nobody retrofits them later. Enquiries can land in HubSpot CRM or in another one via REST APIs and webhooks (automatic messages sent when something happens). Before launch, a test enquiry gets traced.

Capabilities in detail

What our Wix web design services include, from website templates to code

Pick the design services your site needs and skip the rest; few sites need every one. Each entry says what the work involves and what your team gets from it.

Wix Studio builds for small teams

You get a Studio site shaped around the people who'll edit it, whether it starts fresh or moves over from another platform. Grid layouts and breakpoints, two of Studio's design features, keep each page responsive on every screen. Saved sections let your team easily create a new service page, while repeating content lives in CMS collections they fill in. Alt text and a sensible heading order go in from day one, for accessibility and usability.

Custom design, or a Wix template done well

A ready-made design can beat a rushed custom one. If one of the website templates on offer suits your content, adapting it leaves more budget for copy and forms. Web design trends date quickly anyway. When none fits, designing a website starts in Figma, where our design team works around your brand. You'll sign off a website that looks right on a phone before the Studio build begins.

Wix website redesign and rebuilds

Got a site built years ago in the classic editor? A Studio version can be created as a separate branch: the design is rebuilt, while products, contacts and most apps carry across. Your live site stays up until you publish, but there's no way back afterwards, and both steps need paid plans. Publishing can shift rankings, the help centre warns, so redirects get checked first. Editor X sites already run in Studio.

Wix SEO set-up

Start the SEO set-up with the pages that bring you enquiries, then work outwards. Fill in every title, meta description, heading and JSON-LD block left at its default. Canonicals and robots.txt get checked, not changed for the sake of it. The sitemap builds itself; your job is checking it lists the pages you want found. Premium sites also notify Bing and others of changes through IndexNow. Ranking work after that is a separate, ongoing service.

Redirects and URL changes

Google's guidance is to keep redirects live for a year or longer after you move pages. The URL Redirect Manager handles 301s, and changing a page's slug (the end of its address) creates one automatically. Blog posts are the exception: change a post's URL and you'll add the 301 by hand. Bigger changes get a full redirect map. Send everything to the homepage instead and you throw away what those pages had earned.

Wix Multilingual in Arabic and English

Each language gets its own URLs, in subdirectories by default. Hreflang tags, the code that steers each searcher to the right language, are added automatically. You can set titles, descriptions and slugs per language, and a translated slug redirects from the old one. Translations need upkeep. On Eden's site, stale Russian and Arabic translations were corrected across 49 pages plus the header, footer and menus in October 2026.

Right-to-left Arabic layouts

What gets flipped when you add Arabic? The text: auto-translated copy is realigned and switched to right-to-left (RTL). The layout isn't mirrored, so single images are flipped by hand, and galleries, social icons and videos are reworked per language. Some apps, Stores included, keep one direction for every language. For a site mixing Arabic and English, the help centre suggests centred text. Pick an RTL-ready font, and keep phone numbers reading left to right.

Wix speed optimization and image hygiene

Speed starts from a decent base here: uploads are compressed, WebP is served where supported and off-screen images load lazily. Oversized source files and heavy galleries can still drag your load times down. The Site Speed dashboard shows Core Web Vitals (Google's user-experience measures) from real visitors once traffic allows. Aim for LCP (main content shown) within 2.5 s, INP (tap response) within 200 ms and CLS (layout shift) no higher than 0.1.

Forms that reach the right person

Picture a week of form enquiries landing in the inbox of whoever first set up the site. By default, each submission is emailed to the site owner, so choose recipients on purpose, form by form. Each sender's mapped details also land in your contacts, ready for your CRM or email marketing if they've opted in. Lead routing ends with tracking: the GA4 key event fires only when a submission succeeds.

HubSpot forms and CRM routing

Two routes get your enquiries into the CRM. One embeds its own form through an HTML iFrame element, which needs its tracking and phone styling tested. The other keeps the built-in forms and passes each submission on through REST APIs and webhooks, a route that suits other CRMs as well. Whichever you choose, you'll see a test enquiry followed into the CRM before launch.

Wix developer work: code and integrations

You need a Wix developer in Dubai when the editor alone can't do what your site needs. For advanced features, Studio has a code panel for JavaScript, plus a full code editor based on VS Code, with Git, for bigger work. APIs and webhooks connect your site to other systems. Once a feature grows into an application, with logins or complex calculators, it belongs in a custom web application.

Wix Stores, and when Shopify fits better

Wix Stores suits a small catalogue. Before you build an online store on it, check payments: Stripe is listed for the UAE, and methods and currencies vary by country. You'll also need a plan that accepts payments. If you expect to grow your business into a large catalogue, Shopify handles that kind of ecommerce better. It's what Adnika used for Bafco and Designer's Empire.

Moving from Wix to WordPress

Plan the move as a rebuild, because you can't export the site to another host. Blog posts can't come out either; blog export is still a feature request, so each post gets recreated. CMS collections, products, contacts and form submissions do leave as CSV files. Every page is rebuilt and every old URL mapped to a 301, so your rankings have somewhere to go.

What a Wix website costs: plan vs build

Expect two separate costs. First, the plan: a subscription you pay directly, priced by tier and by your country. Then our build fee, which scope sets. A small English site and a bilingual store wired to a CRM are very different jobs, after all. Rebuilding an older site also prices differently from making a website from scratch. The pricing page explains what moves a web build's cost.

Ongoing support after launch

You won't patch servers, because Wix provides the hosting and platform updates. Your share is what you've added, and every website collects clutter. Think apps you stopped using, forms whose recipients have left, search settings on pages edited since launch, and a second language falling behind the first. Ongoing support can keep watch for you.

FAQ

Wix website design in Dubai: frequently asked questions

Answers on cost, plans, Arabic, stores and leaving, with platform facts checked against the official help pages in October 2026.

Website design fees depend on scope, and they're billed separately from your site plan, which varies by tier and country. Five things move the build fee: page types, a second language (right-to-left adds work), who writes the copy, CRM links or online sales, and new build versus rebuild. A fair quote itemises each before showing a number. The web design pricing page goes into the rest.

Yes, it's free to design a website on Wix and publish it, with free hosting on an address that carries platform branding and ads. A business website needs its own domain and no ads, which means a paid Premium plan. Taking payments needs a plan that includes them. You can still create a website for free and test an idea first. Check current plans on wix.com before you budget.

No, building in Studio is free, though you'll pay once the site needs your own domain. A Studio plan connects that domain and removes Studio branding. Running a Wix business that sells online? The Basic plan can't accept payments; Standard and the tiers above it can. Turning an older Editor site into a Studio version needs a Premium plan to create it and a Studio plan to publish it. Plan names and features change, so check them on the day you buy.

Build your website yourself if it's simple, in one language, and you can spare the time. The Wix website builder exists to let you create your own website. Its drag-and-drop editor, AI tools and gallery of templates mean you don't need to design from a blank page. For a basic online presence, that's fine, and not every business needs to hire. Professional Wix help pays off once you need two languages, CRM forms, a proper search set-up or an Editor rebuild. It also pays when your hours cost more than the fee.

A Wix designer plans your pages, designs each one at every breakpoint, then builds them in the editor. Building a website also has a quieter half: styles saved for reuse, search settings filled in, forms and apps connected, and your team trained. Custom code and integrations are a developer's job. On a small site, one person might do both, so ask exactly what a quote covers.

Plenty of professionals use builders like Wix, and Studio was made with agencies and freelancers in mind. Some prefer hand-written code, and on complex sites they may be right. A professional web designer will still ask who'll run your site after launch, and whether they can, before picking a tool.

For a business site your team will edit and grow, build on Studio. Each editor answers a different question. With Studio, it's whether the site will hold up as you grow. Wix Harmony, launched in January 2026, answers whether you can get something live today, on your own. It's aimed at self-creators working without code. It runs no site code, can't take in sites made using the Wix Editor, and still lists Multilingual as coming (October 2026). The classic editor places elements freely and builds the phone view from desktop; those sites can get a Studio version instead.

The AI website builder, Harmony, can get a simple site live quickly, and for some businesses that's enough. The developer docs describe it as designed for self-creators: people who want artificial intelligence, through an assistant called Aria, to help them create a site without coding. Check the gaps first. It runs no site code, though HTML, JavaScript and CSS snippets can still be added as custom code. As of October 2026, the CMS and Multilingual are still listed as being added, which matters for a bilingual site. You still decide the structure, and where enquiries go.

Wix is best for business sites that a small team runs itself, without looking after hosting or platform updates. A service firm's site in one or two languages fits well, as does a small shop. The downsides deserve a look before you commit. Sites can't be exported to another host, and blog posts don't export either. Right-to-left layouts also take manual work, and a large data model or deep CRM links usually point to another platform.

Yes, it's good for SEO in the sense that matters: the controls are there, and results depend on whether anyone uses them. You can edit titles, descriptions, structured data and redirects. Product, blog and CMS item pages take titles from patterns, so one setting shapes a whole collection. Connecting Search Console takes a Premium plan and your own domain. Still, no builder makes a page rank higher on search engines by itself. Useful content does that.

Not by default. Much of the image work is done for you, with compression, WebP and lazy loading switched on without anyone asking. The weight comes later: a camera-sized hero photo, a pile of apps, extra fonts, video that plays on load. Test your pages in PageSpeed Insights on mobile settings, then check the Site Speed dashboard once traffic allows. Google's targets: LCP within 2.5 s, INP within 200 ms and CLS at 0.1 or less.

It can: Wix offers Multilingual, which runs a site in Arabic and English with each language on its own URLs. Say a visitor in Sharjah searches in Arabic: hreflang, added automatically, helps Google send them to that language's page, with its own title and slug. You should expect manual work on layout. Auto-translated text switches to right-to-left, but images, galleries and icons get adjusted per language, and Stores keeps one direction for both. One catch: Harmony doesn't offer Multilingual yet (October 2026), so build on Studio or the classic editor.

Form enquiries can reach your CRM, and the right route depends on your set-up. Embedding the CRM's own form is quickest, though its styling and tracking need testing on a phone. Keeping the built-in forms and passing each submission on through an API keeps the native look and the contact record. Either way, send a real test enquiry and follow it all the way into the CRM. Does the GA4 key event count only completed submissions? Worth checking too.

For a small catalogue, yes, a store works in the UAE, but sort out payments before design. Wix Payments isn't available here; Stripe is listed for the UAE instead, and the methods on offer depend on your country. Your plan has to include payments too. If you expect a large catalogue with complex variants, Shopify will serve you better from the start; it runs the Bafco and Designer's Empire stores we built.

Switch to WordPress when your site needs more control than a hosted builder gives, usually over data or deep integrations. The trade is ownership. Stay, and the hosting and updates come included. Move, and you're on the platform behind client sites such as Roxana Aesthetics, Concept Plus and German Medical Center, with the code and its security yours to manage. Cheaper to build isn't always cheaper over five years, so price both before you decide.

Either move works, but only as a rebuild: the platform doesn't export sites to other hosts. Some of your data travels: CMS collections, products, contacts and form submissions export as CSV files. The design doesn't, and neither do Wix Blog posts, whose export is still a feature request. Your domain can come with you too, though one bought in the last 60 days can't transfer yet. Every old URL then needs a 301 to its new home, kept running for at least a year.

Most website builds take 4 to 12 weeks, and a website with Wix falls in that range. Where you land depends on four things: how early your content arrives, whether there's a second language, how many systems the forms connect to, and how long sign-off chains run. Rebuilding an old Editor site in Studio counts as a full redesign, because the design doesn't carry over.

Choose an agency by checking its live work on your phone, then asking direct questions. Whose account will own the site? Who fills in the search settings and redirects? How is right-to-left handled? Where do enquiries go, and who tests that? What happens if you outgrow the platform? The same questions apply to a design agency and to a freelancer found on the Wix Marketplace. The best Wix web designer for you will answer every one without squirming. And be wary of anyone who promises you rankings.

We'll take over a site someone else built, once we've checked how it was put together. You'll need owner or admin access, and ideally the site moves into your own account. The first look covers the editor, the apps, the SEO fields and each form. Some builds have design issues that are safer rebuilt than patched; if yours does, you'll see the evidence before work starts.

Your team can edit text, images, blog posts and repeating content after launch, without a line of code. The dashboard and CMS collections hold everything you need for day-to-day edits. Studio can also limit a team member's role to a content-only mode for text and media, so the design can't be knocked out of place by a stray click. Training on your real pages comes with the handover. New sections or integrations are where a designer or developer still earns their fee.
