SEO

SEO content written to win a query, not to hit a word count

A brief that says two thousand words and a keyword three times will reliably produce two thousand words that rank for nothing. We start from the results page for the query, work out what the pages already there are doing, and write something that has a reason to outrank them.

  • Per query one page, one job
  • Written by people, never generated
  • Live SERP checked before writing

Partners & recognition

The stack we work in, the clients we keep

The platforms we build and run campaigns in, and the clients whose numbers we publish with their names on. HubSpot is the one partnership we claim; the rest are tools we use, not badges.

The problem

Two thousand words about nothing in particular

The standard SEO content brief specifies a length and a keyword. Neither is connected to why anyone would rank a page, and the output is text that satisfies the brief and nothing else.

Why the article does not rank

  1. Nobody looked at the results page

The query returns comparison pages, and the brief asked for a how-to guide. The article is well written and answers a question nobody searching that term is asking, so it cannot rank regardless of quality.

  2. Word count as a proxy for depth

Longer correlates with ranking because thorough coverage takes words, not because Google counts them. Padding a thin argument to two thousand words produces a longer thin argument, and readers leave faster.

  3. It reads like it was generated

Because increasingly it was. The tells are consistent — the same three-part sentence rhythm, transitions like 'moreover' and 'in today's fast-paced world', confident claims with no source. Readers notice, and it makes the brand look careless.

  4. Nothing links to it

Published, tweeted once, and left with no internal links from anywhere relevant. A page with no internal links is a page you have told Google not to care about.

What is included

What SEO content covers here

Research, writing and the structural work that decides whether a good page gets found.

Query and intent research

The live results page for every target term, read before anything is briefed. What format ranks, what those pages cover, what they all miss, and whether the query is commercial, informational or a mix that needs a hybrid page.

Page type decision

Whether the query wants a service page, a comparison, a guide, a calculator or a list. Getting this wrong is unrecoverable, and it is decided by looking rather than by preference.

Writing

By writers, with a subject-matter interview where the topic needs one. Specific, concrete and readable, in UK English for the UAE market unless you use US conventions.

On-page structure

Headings that map to the questions the query implies, so an AI answer engine can extract a clean answer, and so a reader scanning on a phone finds their bit.

FAQ blocks from real questions

Taken from People Also Ask and from your own sales calls, not invented. Marked up with FAQPage schema and written to actually answer rather than to tease a call.

Internal linking on publication

Every new page gets in-body links from relevant existing pages on the day it ships. This is the step most content programmes skip and it is close to free.

Refresh of existing pages

Often a better return than new content. A page ranking fifth that is two years stale usually moves further with a rewrite than a new page does from nothing.

Arabic content

Written by native Arabic writers, not translated, with hreflang set correctly. Translated SEO content ranks poorly and reads worse.

Technology

What the research is built on

The live results page first. Keyword tools describe a market average; the SERP describes the specific fight.

SERP research

What is actually ranking today.

  • ValueSERP live SERP data
  • People Also Ask extraction
  • Competitor page teardown
  • SERP feature analysis

Demand

How much there is to win.

  • Semrush
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Keyword Planner
  • Google Trends

Writing

People, with tools for the boring parts.

  • Subject-matter interviews
  • UK English editorial standard
  • Native Arabic writers
  • Fact-checking against primary sources

Structure

So the page can be found and extracted.

  • FAQPage and Article schema
  • Internal link mapping
  • Heading architecture
  • Google Search Console tracking

How we work

How a content programme runs

Research, then a queue, then publication with the linking done properly.

Then decide the pages

Every commercial and informational query in your category, clustered by intent. Clusters become pages, and one page can serve several closely related queries. This is also where we find pages you already have that compete with each other.

  • Full query set, clustered by intent
  • One page per cluster, not per keyword
  • Existing cannibalisation identified
  • Priority set by commercial value

Before writing a word

For each priority cluster, what is ranking, in what format, covering what. The brief comes out of that rather than out of a template, and sometimes the honest conclusion is that the query is not worth a page.

  • Live SERP pulled per cluster
  • Format and depth benchmarked
  • Gaps identified in what ranks
  • Queries we recommend skipping, with reasons

By people

Drafted, edited, fact-checked. Where the subject needs expertise we interview someone who has it rather than paraphrasing competitors, which is how factually wrong articles propagate through an industry.

  • Written and edited by people
  • Subject-matter interview where needed
  • Claims checked against primary sources
  • Read once more for AI tells before it ships

The step everyone skips

Schema applied, internal links added from relevant existing pages, and the page tracked in Search Console against its target cluster from day one.

  • Internal links added on publication
  • Schema applied and validated
  • Tracked against its query cluster
  • Refreshed rather than replaced when it stalls

Why us

Why this content stands a chance

Three habits, none of them complicated, most of them skipped.

We read the live results page first

Every brief starts with what is actually ranking for that query in Dubai today. Keyword volume tells you the size of the prize; the SERP tells you what winning it requires.

Written by people, and we mean it

Generated text is cheap and it reads that way. Every page here is drafted and edited by a person, and read once more specifically for the tells before it ships.

One page per intent, not per keyword

Writing a page for every keyword variant is how sites end up competing with themselves. Clusters become pages, and the page is written to serve everyone in the cluster.

Linked on publication

In-body internal links from relevant existing pages, on day one. It costs nothing and it is the difference between a page Google finds and a page it ignores.

Questions

SEO content writing, answered plainly

Starting with what the search term itself returns, because it is worth knowing.

AED 5,000 to AED 22,000 per month covers most of what we are asked to build. The number moves on how many pages a month, whether research and internal linking are included, how many languages, and whether subject-matter interviews are needed. Anything quoted before those are known is a guess. We scope first, then price, and the scope document is yours whether or not you proceed. These are market ranges rather than a fixed rate card — the proposal carries the real figure.

Writing a page designed to be the best answer to a specific search query, structured so a search engine can understand it and a reader can use it. It is not writing normally and then adding keywords, which is what the term is often taken to mean.

Because most people searching 'SEO content writing' want to learn how to do it, not to hire someone. The first page is Semrush's writing assistant, Ahrefs' guide and several how-to articles. We are telling you this because it is the honest read on the term: if you are here to hire, you probably arrived from somewhere more specific, and that is the traffic this page is written for.

Not for the writing. We use it the way any team does for boring mechanical work — reformatting, first-pass research triage. The drafting and the editing are done by people, and every page is read once more specifically for the generated-text tells before it ships. If you want AI-written content at volume, we are the wrong supplier and there are cheaper ones.

Blog and article writing is the ongoing publishing programme — a rhythm of articles that builds topical coverage over time. This is the query-first work: a specific page built to win a specific search result, often a service or comparison page rather than an article. Many clients need both and they run from the same query map.

As long as covering the subject properly takes, which the ranking pages usually indicate. That has ranged from six hundred words to over four thousand in our own work. We do not brief a word count, because writing to a number is how padding gets in.

Fewer and better beats more and thinner, almost always. Four to eight substantial pages a month is a realistic programme for most Dubai businesses. Twenty thin ones will underperform four good ones and cost more.

Check the old first. A page sitting fourth or fifth for a valuable query will usually move further with a serious rewrite than a brand new page will from position zero, and it costs less. We audit what exists before proposing anything new.

Three to six months for a competitive Dubai commercial query, sometimes faster on a long-tail term or on a site with existing authority. Anything ranking in a fortnight was a term with very little competition, which is worth knowing before you celebrate.

Impressions and clicks for the target query cluster in Search Console, position for the priority terms, and enquiries attributed to the page. Not aggregate blog sessions, which can rise while the commercial pages go nowhere.

Yes, by native Arabic writers rather than by translation, with hreflang configured properly. Translated SEO content ranks badly and reads worse, and both are noticed.
