Architecture first
Seventy-two treatment pages beat one services page every time. Structure is the lever with the largest effect and the one most agencies never touch.
SEO
Search visibility built on structure rather than on volume. Our best organic result is +320%, and the method behind it is the same every time: a page for every real query, and the technical work to make those pages loadable.

Support@adnika.comPartners & recognition
The platforms we build and run campaigns in, and the clients whose numbers we publish with their names on. HubSpot is the one partnership we claim; the rest are tools we use, not badges.
The problem
The standard package in this market is a retainer, a list of keywords and a monthly PDF showing green arrows. It can run for a year without the business receiving a single additional enquiry, because nothing in it is tied to revenue.
Ranking for your own brand name is a floor, not a strategy
Agencies pick twenty head terms because they are easy to report on. But a site with one services page cannot rank for twenty things — it can rank for one, badly. The unit that actually moves organic traffic is a page per real question, and that is an architecture decision long before it is a content one.
You can publish excellent content onto a site that loads in nine seconds, has no internal linking, ships a soft 404 on every missing page and blocks its own canonical tags — and watch none of it rank. Content is the visible half of SEO. The half underneath decides whether the visible half counts.
Rankings for informational terms produce traffic that never buys, and it flatters a report beautifully. The number that matters is whether qualified enquiries went up. If an SEO report never mentions enquiries, it is measuring the wrong thing on purpose.
What we do
Audit, structure, content and the conversion work that turns a visit into an enquiry. Each has its own page.
Winning the direct answer, in AI assistants and in the box above the results.
A full technical and content read of the site, with the findings written down and ranked by impact.
Structure, internal linking, metadata and schema — the work that makes existing pages count.
A page for every real query, written to answer it rather than to hit a keyword density.
Because traffic that does not convert is a cost. Where the visits go once they arrive.
Being cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews — a different game from blue links.
Structured answers built to win featured snippets and the questions Google surfaces directly.
Every capability in one place — strategy, web, search, content, paid, CRM and creative.
Capabilities in detail
Every line here is work we do rather than a deliverable on a slide.
Crawlability, index bloat, Core Web Vitals, redirect chains, canonical conflicts and cannibalisation — written up and ranked by impact rather than exported as a 200-page automated PDF.
The lever with the largest effect and the one most agencies never touch. Roxana's 310% came from seventy-two treatment pages in four linked clusters, not from a bigger budget.
Grouped by what the searcher actually wants, not by volume. A comparison query and a price query need different pages, and one page cannot serve both.
Titles, headings, structure, schema and the internal links that make an existing page count for something.
A page per real query, written to answer it. Comparison and cost content, because that is what buyers search and what competitors avoid.
For clinics, showrooms and anything with a physical location — where the map pack decides the enquiry.
FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, Organization, LocalBusiness. Free eligibility for search features that most Dubai agency sites simply do not implement.
We build sites at PageSpeed 90–97, so the technical half of SEO is not a separate invoice or somebody else's problem.
Replatforming without losing rankings — the single most common way a business loses organic traffic overnight.
English and Arabic done as a proper alternate pair rather than a translated subfolder Google treats as duplication.
Category architecture, faceted navigation and the index-bloat problem every store creates for itself.
Selectively, and never bought in bulk. Paid link networks are widely sold in this market and are the fastest route to a manual action.
Being cited inside ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews. Different surface, similar fundamentals: clear structure and content that answers outright.
Structured answers built to win featured snippets and the questions Google resolves on the results page.
Because traffic that does not convert is a cost. Rankings are the input; enquiries are the number we report.
Qualified organic enquiries separated from total sessions. A ranking report with no enquiry number is measuring the wrong thing on purpose.
Technology
What we actually run, rather than a logo wall of everything with an API.
Where the keyword and position data comes from.
Crawling, rendering and diagnosis.
Measuring what the traffic did next.
Briefing, writing and structuring.
Where the fixes actually get applied.
The surface that did not exist three years ago.
How we work
Structure before content, always. Publishing onto a broken architecture is the most common way SEO budgets disappear.
A technical and content audit covering crawlability, Core Web Vitals, index bloat, internal linking, cannibalisation and the gap between what you rank for and what you sell. The output is a written, prioritised list — not a 200-page automated export.
The decision that produces the results. Roxana Aesthetics runs seventy-two individual treatment pages grouped into four clinical clusters — that structure, not a bigger budget, is what took their organic traffic up 310% in the most contested clinical category in Dubai.
The pages that earn links and hold position are the ones that answer the question properly — comparisons, costs, what to expect. That is also what survives an algorithm update, because it was never engineered for one.
Rankings are a leading indicator and we track them. But the report leads on qualified enquiries, because that is the number the business actually spends against.
Why us
Three published results — +310%, +320% and +288% organic — came from the same approach applied to a clinic, a furniture retailer and a medical centre.
Seventy-two treatment pages beat one services page every time. Structure is the lever with the largest effect and the one most agencies never touch.
We build sites at PageSpeed 90-97, so the technical half of SEO is not a separate invoice or someone else's problem.
In healthcare, aesthetic and medical advertising here is licensed. Planning for DHA and MOHAP rules from the first draft is cheaper than a campaign pulled after the spend.
A ranking report with no enquiry number is measuring the wrong thing. Ours leads with the one the business cares about.

Questions
What businesses ask before starting an SEO engagement here.
Retainers in this market run from a few thousand dirhams a month to five figures, and the range reflects scope rather than quality. The useful question is what the retainer buys: a monthly ranking report and four blog posts is not the same product as an architecture rebuild, technical remediation and content across seventy pages. We publish SEO package pricing rather than making you book a call to hear a number.
They do different jobs. Ads buy you the top of the page today and stop the moment you stop paying — and cost per click here is among the highest in the region in property, legal and aesthetics. SEO compounds and keeps working through a budget freeze. Most businesses need both, with paid covering the terms SEO cannot reach quickly.
Technical fixes can move things in weeks. Structural work — new page architecture, clusters, internal linking — typically shows in three to six months, and compounding gains keep arriving after that. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either targeting terms nobody searches or is about to do something that gets you penalised.
Because that is how people search. Someone comparing two treatments, someone checking a price and someone looking for a supplier are three different queries with three different intents. One combined services page can rank for one of them at best. Splitting them is the difference between competing for a handful of head terms and competing for hundreds of specific ones.
Selectively, and never bought in bulk. Paid link networks are the fastest route to a manual action and they are widely sold in this market. Links that hold come from content worth citing, digital PR and genuine partnerships — slower, and the only kind that survives.
Generative engine optimisation is about being cited inside AI answers — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google's AI Overviews — rather than ranking as a blue link. It does not replace SEO; it runs alongside it, and it rewards much the same things: clear structure, genuine expertise and content that answers a question outright.
Usually fix. Most sites have more upside in structure, internal linking and technical remediation than in a rebuild. We audit first and tell you which — and if a rebuild is genuinely the cheaper path we will say so, because retrofitting architecture onto a broken site costs more than starting again.
Qualified organic enquiries, tracked separately from total traffic, alongside rankings and Core Web Vitals as leading indicators. If organic sessions rise and enquiries do not, the traffic is the wrong traffic and we change the targeting rather than celebrating the chart.
No questions match — try another search.
