We check you have the traffic first
Power calculation before the proposal. Most sites in this market cannot support a meaningful testing programme on their key pages, and saying so costs us a retainer we would not have earned.
Growth marketing
Most testing programmes in this market are underpowered. A test runs for a week, one variant is four percent ahead, somebody declares a winner and it goes live. That is not an experiment, it is noise being promoted to strategy — and it is the single most common thing we are asked to unpick.

The platforms we build and run campaigns in, and the clients whose numbers we publish with their names on. HubSpot is the one partnership we claim; the rest are tools we use, not badges.
The problem
Before anything else, a test needs enough traffic and enough conversions to distinguish a real effect from chance. A great many programmes never check.
Where testing goes wrong
Detecting a ten percent lift usually needs hundreds of conversions per variant. A page with forty conversions a month cannot resolve that in a fortnight, and running it anyway produces a number that feels like evidence and is not.
Peeking at a running test and stopping when it is ahead inflates false positives dramatically. The stopping rule has to be set before the test starts, and then honoured when it is inconvenient.
Small cosmetic tests move small numbers and eat the traffic you needed for the tests that matter. The big movers are usually the offer, the price framing, the form length and what the page asks for.
Twenty tests run, no record of what was believed beforehand or what changed. The programme accumulates activity instead of knowledge, and the same idea gets tested again in a year.
What is included
Prioritisation, statistics and a record. The building of variants is the easy part.
Your traffic, your baseline conversion rate, and the smallest lift worth detecting. That arithmetic tells you what is testable and what is not, and it is the honest first conversation.
Each idea scored on expected impact, confidence and effort. It stops the calendar being filled by whoever spoke last, and it puts the high-traffic, high-intent pages first.
Written as a claim with a reason and a predicted direction, so a result teaches you something whichever way it goes. Change the button to green is not a hypothesis.
Variants built to not flicker, checked across browsers and devices, and validated so the test does not break tracking or the page for a third of your traffic.
Pre-registered stopping rule, significance and confidence interval reported, and the practical difference stated in money rather than percentages.
Most tests do not win, and a programme that only reports wins is not measuring. The losses are where the expensive assumptions get killed.
Where the change is functional rather than cosmetic, or where a client-side flicker would distort the result.
What we believed, what we tested, what happened, what changed. It is the compounding asset — the programme should get smarter, not just busier.
Technology

How we work
The first month is arithmetic and evidence. Tests start when they can conclude.
Traffic, conversions and baseline rate against the smallest lift worth finding. If the numbers do not support testing we say so and point you at the work that will move things instead.
Funnel drop-off, session replay, on-site search, support tickets and sales calls. The biggest opportunities are usually further up than the button everyone wants to change.
Hypothesis written, sample size fixed, stopping rule pre-registered. Then it runs to the end, including the weeks where somebody wants to call it early.
Result in money, confidence stated, learning written down. Losers get the same write-up as winners, because that is where the assumptions die.
Why us
Largely because we will tell you when it is not.
Power calculation before the proposal. Most sites in this market cannot support a meaningful testing programme on their key pages, and saying so costs us a retainer we would not have earned.
Peeking and stopping when a variant is ahead is how underpowered programmes generate confident nonsense. Ours is fixed before launch and honoured afterwards.
Price framing, form length, what the page asks for, the guarantee. These move real numbers. Colour tests consume the traffic those tests needed.
Most tests lose. A programme that only reports wins is not measuring anything, and the losses are usually where the expensive assumption gets killed cheaply.

Questions
Starting with how long a test should run, which is what Google shows people asking most.
Long enough to reach the sample size the arithmetic requires, and never fewer than two full weeks regardless. Two weeks covers both weekend patterns and the weekly business cycle; stopping earlier because a variant is ahead is the single most common way testing produces confident nonsense. Calculate the sample size first, then run to it.
For a page with a few hundred conversions a month, a properly powered test typically runs three to six weeks. Below roughly 200 conversions a month per variant, most tests cannot resolve anything smaller than a very large effect, and the honest answer is to fix the obvious problems rather than test.
When it is powered, yes — and when it is not, it is worse than useless, because it produces a number that looks like evidence. Most tests lose or come out flat. The value is in the small number of real wins plus the assumptions you stop paying for.
AED 12,000 to AED 45,000 per month covers most of what we are asked to build. The number moves on how many tests run in parallel, whether variants need development rather than visual editing, and whether server-side testing is involved. Anything quoted before those are known is a guess. We scope first, then price, and the scope document is yours whether or not you proceed. These are market ranges rather than a fixed rate card — the proposal carries the real figure.
That is the first thing we check, before quoting. If your key pages produce under a couple of hundred conversions a month, a testing retainer is not the right spend and we will point you at the work that is — usually the offer, the page structure or speed to follow-up.
95 percent as standard, with the confidence interval reported rather than just the p-value, because the range matters more than the threshold. Where a decision is low-risk and reversible we will sometimes agree 90 percent in advance — in advance being the important part.
Not without a sequential testing design agreed at the start. Peeking and stopping on a good day inflates false positives substantially. If early stopping matters to you, we set the programme up for it properly rather than doing it informally.
Almost never the button. The offer, the price framing, the length of the form and what the page asks a visitor to commit to. Those move numbers large enough to detect at real traffic levels.
Yes, and we QA them across browsers and devices. A variant that flickers on load or breaks on Safari does not produce a clean result, and that is a surprisingly common reason programmes generate noise.
Most tests do lose, and that is a normal working programme rather than a failure. Each loss removes an assumption you were otherwise going to build on. We report them in full, which makes our monthly reports less flattering and more useful.

Next step
Send us the monthly conversions on the page you want to test. We will run the arithmetic and tell you honestly, before anyone quotes.
