Funnel analytics in Dubai, to find the leak before you buy more traffic

Search this and every result sells you software — Amplitude, Mixpanel, Funnel.io, Userpilot. Buying the tool is the easy part. The work is trusting the numbers it produces, then deciding what to do about them, and no dashboard has ever done that second part for anyone.

  • conversions, German Medical Center
  • +320% organic traffic, Bafco
  • Fix list priced and ordered, not a dashboard

The stack we work in, the clients we keep

The platforms we build and run campaigns in, and the clients whose numbers we publish with their names on. HubSpot is the one partnership we claim; the rest are tools we use, not badges.

The problem

More traffic into a leaking funnel

The instinct when enquiries are flat is to buy more visitors. If the funnel loses eighty percent at one step, more traffic just makes that loss more expensive.

What we find most often

  1. The tracking is wrong

Duplicate events, conversions firing on page load, cross-domain sessions splitting in two. Every funnel analysis starts by proving the data before believing it, because roughly half the accounts we open have at least one of these.

  2. The funnel was never defined

Six people describe the customer journey six ways, so the analysis measures whatever the tool defaults to. A funnel has to be agreed as steps before it can be measured as one.

  3. The biggest drop is invisible

Between the ad and the page, between the form and the CRM, between the enquiry and the call back. The largest leaks are frequently in the handoffs, which is exactly where nobody owns the number.

  4. A dashboard instead of a decision

The output is a beautiful board that everyone looks at once. What was needed was a short list of fixes in priority order with an estimate of what each is worth.

What is included

What the engagement produces

Verified data, the leak identified, and a fix list. Not a dashboard subscription.

Tracking audit and repair

Every event checked against what actually happens: duplicates, misfires, cross-domain loss, bot traffic and consent-mode gaps. Analysis on unverified data is worse than none, because it is confidently wrong.

Funnel definition, agreed

The steps, written down and signed off by marketing and sales together. Most disagreements about performance are really disagreements about what the steps are.

Step-by-step drop-off

Where people leave, segmented by source, device and new versus returning. The averages hide the problem — mobile paid traffic frequently behaves nothing like desktop organic.

The handoffs

Ad to landing page, form to CRM, enquiry to first human contact. These are usually unowned and frequently the largest single loss in the whole funnel.

Qualitative alongside quantitative

Session replay and on-site survey against the step that leaks. The numbers say where; watching twenty sessions says why, and it takes an afternoon.

Server-side and offline conversion import

Where browser tracking has become unreliable, and where the real outcome happens in the CRM weeks later rather than on the site.

A prioritised fix list

Each item with the estimated value of fixing it and the effort to do so. Ordered, so the first thing on it is the first thing to build.

Reporting that survives

One view from spend through to closed revenue by source, that a non-analyst can read and act on without a translator.

Technology

What we work in

We fix and use what you already have wherever possible, rather than selling a migration.

Analytics

Where the funnel data lives.

  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Server-side tagging
  • Mixpanel
  • Amplitude
  • Looker Studio

Qualitative

Why people leave.

  • Hotjar
  • Microsoft Clarity
  • Session replay
  • On-site surveys
  • Form analytics

CRM and revenue

Where the outcome actually happens.

  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce
  • Zoho
  • Offline conversion import
  • Shopify

Verification

Proving the data first.

  • Tag audits
  • Event QA
  • Consent mode review
  • Bot and spam filtering
  • Cross-domain checks

How we work

How the work runs

Prove the data, define the funnel, find the leak, price the fixes.

Before believing any of it

Every event tested against reality. Duplicates, misfires, cross-domain splits, bot traffic and consent gaps. This is unglamorous and it is why the rest of the analysis can be trusted.

  • Event-by-event verification
  • Duplicate and misfire detection
  • Cross-domain and consent review
  • Bot and spam exclusion

Agreed, not assumed

The steps written down with marketing and sales in the room together. Most arguments about funnel performance are really arguments about what counts as a step.

  • Steps agreed in writing
  • Definitions of each conversion
  • Segments that matter identified
  • Baseline recorded

Quantitative then qualitative

Drop-off by step and segment, then session replay and survey against the worst step. Numbers give you where; twenty replays give you why.

  • Drop-off by step, source and device
  • Handoffs measured, not assumed
  • Session replay on the worst step
  • Hypotheses formed from evidence

So it converts to action

A short ordered list, each item with an estimated value and an effort. That is the deliverable — the dashboard is a by-product.

  • Fix list in priority order
  • Estimated value per fix
  • Effort and owner per item
  • Reporting handed over and explained

Why us

Why this is not another dashboard

Every result on this SERP sells software. The software is not the problem.

We prove the data before using it

Roughly half the accounts we open have duplicate events, misfiring conversions or cross-domain loss. Analysis built on that is confidently wrong, which is worse than having no analysis.

The handoffs get measured

Ad to page, form to CRM, enquiry to first call. Nobody owns these numbers and they are frequently the largest single loss in the funnel.

You get a fix list, not a board

Ordered, with an estimated value and an effort against each item. A dashboard tells you something is wrong; this tells you what to do first.

Measured through to revenue

Offline conversion import where the real outcome happens in the CRM weeks later. Optimising to form fills when the money is in closed deals is how budgets go to the wrong channel.

Questions

Funnel analytics, answered plainly

Including whether you need another tool, which you probably do not.

AED 15,000 to AED 60,000 covers most of what we are asked to build. The number moves on how many funnels and segments are in scope, how much tracking has to be repaired first, and whether server-side tagging or offline conversion import are included. Anything quoted before those are known is a guess. We scope first, then price, and the scope document is yours whether or not you proceed. These are market ranges rather than a fixed rate card — the proposal carries the real figure.

Usually not. Most of what businesses at this size need is available in a properly configured GA4 with server-side tagging and the CRM joined up. Product analytics tools earn their cost when you have a genuine product with in-app behaviour to analyse, and we will say when that is you.

Because roughly half the accounts we open have duplicate events, conversions firing on page load or cross-domain sessions splitting in two. Analysing that data produces confident, wrong conclusions, and acting on them is expensive.

Almost always attribution windows, session definitions and consent handling rather than one of them being broken. Ad platforms count a conversion they influenced; analytics counts a session it saw. They will never match, and the fix is agreeing which one you make decisions on.

Both. The fix list is priced and ordered, and we can execute it — landing pages, forms, CRM routing, tracking. Some clients take the list in-house, which is a fine outcome and the list is written to make that possible.

As far as closed revenue where the data exists. Stopping at the form is what lets a channel that produces cheap unqualified leads look like the best performer.

Two to four weeks for the audit, definition and analysis. Tracking repair can add time and is worth doing first, because everything after it depends on it.

Read access to analytics, tag manager, ad platforms and the CRM, plus an hour with whoever owns the sales process. Individual accounts per person, never a shared login.

It depends entirely on where the leak is. Fixing a broken handoff between form and CRM can be transformative; a well-run funnel with no obvious break might yield ten to twenty percent through steady work. We will tell you which of those you look like after the audit, not before.

Then the audit was short and we move straight to analysis, and we say so rather than inventing work. It is not the common case, but it happens.

No questions match — try another search.
