HubSpot & CRM

Sales enablement built from what happens on real calls

Most sales enablement is a folder of decks nobody opens and a playbook written by somebody who has not been on a customer call in three years. The version that works starts by listening to what reps are actually being asked and building for that.

  • Real calls where the material comes from
  • Less admin not more process
  • Used measured, not distributed

Tell us what you need

A senior person reads this and replies within one working day. No call centre, no drip sequence.

Partners & recognition

The stack we work in, the clients we keep

The platforms we build and run campaigns in, and the clients whose numbers we publish with their names on. HubSpot is the one partnership we claim; the rest are tools we use, not badges.

  • German Medical Center
  • The Reformery Clinic
  • Alma Laser
  • Roxana Aesthetics Clinic
  • Lamel
  • Dotline Studios

The problem

A folder of decks nobody opens

The enablement library has forty assets. Analytics shows six of them have ever been sent to a customer. The reps are using their own version of a deck from two years ago because it answers the objection they actually get.

Why enablement gets ignored

  1. It was written without listening to calls

Material built from what the company wants to say rather than from what prospects ask. Reps know the difference within one meeting and quietly go back to their own version.

  2. It adds work instead of removing it

A playbook that requires more logging, more steps and more fields. Anything that makes a rep slower gets abandoned no matter how good the content is.

  3. Nobody knows what gets used

Assets distributed by email or dropped in a shared drive, with no tracking. So the next batch is commissioned on instinct rather than on what worked.

  4. It goes stale and nobody owns it

Pricing changes, a competitor launches something, a case study becomes out of date. Without an owner the library ages until reps stop trusting any of it.

What is included

What sales enablement covers here

Material, tooling and the process work that decides whether either gets used.

Call review and objection mapping

Listening to recorded calls, or sitting in on live ones, and cataloguing what prospects actually ask and where deals stall. Every asset afterwards answers something from that list.

Sales collateral

Decks, one-pagers, case studies and comparison sheets, written to answer real objections rather than to describe the company.

Battlecards

How to handle the three or four competitors you actually lose to, including where they are genuinely better. A battlecard that pretends a competitor has no strengths gets ignored the first time a rep meets a well-informed buyer.

Email and sequence templates

Written to be personalised quickly, in HubSpot or your CRM, so a rep sends a good email in two minutes rather than a poor one in ten.

Quoting and proposal automation

Templates and workflows so a quote takes minutes. Usually the enablement work reps appreciate most, because it removes real hours.

Onboarding material for new reps

So somebody joining is productive in weeks rather than months, and so the knowledge does not live only in the heads of the two people who have been there longest.

Content usage tracking

Which assets get sent, opened and forwarded. So the next round is built on evidence and the dead material gets retired.

Sales and marketing handover

What marketing passes to sales, in what state, and what sales sends back. Covered further on our sales and marketing alignment page.

Technology

What we build enablement with

Your CRM plus the tooling that makes material findable and measurable.

CRM and enablement

Where reps actually work.

  • HubSpot Sales Hub
  • Salesforce
  • Sequences and templates
  • Document tracking
  • Meeting links

Research

Where the material comes from.

  • Call recording review
  • Win and loss interviews
  • Competitor teardown
  • CRM stage-loss analysis

Material

Built to be used, not admired.

  • Decks and one-pagers
  • Battlecards
  • Case studies
  • Comparison sheets
  • Quote templates

Measurement

So it improves.

  • Document open and forward tracking
  • Sequence performance
  • Stage conversion by asset
  • Ramp time for new reps

How we work

How enablement work runs

Listen first. Almost every failed enablement programme skipped that.

Before writing anything

Recorded calls, win and loss interviews, and the stage where deals actually stall in the CRM. That produces a list of real objections, which is the brief for everything else.

  • Recorded calls reviewed
  • Win and loss interviews conducted
  • Stall points identified from CRM data
  • Objection list built and prioritised

One asset, one job

Each piece answers something on the list. Nothing gets made because a competitor has one or because the library looks thin.

  • Every asset traced to a real objection
  • Competitor battlecards including their strengths
  • Written for use in a call, not for a website
  • Reviewed by the reps who will use it

So reps gain time

Templates, sequences, quote automation and meeting links. The enablement that reps adopt fastest is whatever gives them hours back.

  • Quote and proposal automation
  • Email templates for the common cases
  • Sequences that reduce manual follow-up
  • Logging reduced, not increased

On usage

What gets sent and opened, reviewed quarterly. Unused material is removed rather than left to make the library look substantial.

  • Usage tracked per asset
  • Unused material retired
  • Refreshed when pricing or competitors change
  • Named owner for the library

Why us

Why reps will actually use this

Because it is built from their calls and it gives them time back.

It starts with recorded calls

Not with a workshop about what we would like to say. The objection list from real calls is the brief, and it usually surprises the marketing team.

It removes admin rather than adding it

Quote automation, templates and sequences first. A rep who gets two hours a week back adopts the rest of the programme willingly.

Battlecards admit where competitors are better

A card claiming you win on everything gets discarded the first time a rep meets a buyer who has done their research, and it takes the rest of the material with it.

Usage is tracked and dead material retired

So the library stays small and trusted rather than growing until nobody can find anything.

Start a projectSend us three recorded sales calls. We will come back with the objection list, which is usually enough to show what the material should be.

Questions

Sales enablement, answered plainly

Including what it is and is not.

AED 12,000 to AED 70,000 covers most of what we are asked to build. The number moves on how many assets and battlecards, whether call review and win-loss interviews are included, whether quoting automation is in scope, and how many languages. Anything quoted before those are known is a guess. We scope first, then price, and the scope document is yours whether or not you proceed. These are market ranges rather than a fixed rate card — the proposal carries the real figure.

Everything that makes it easier for a salesperson to have a good conversation and close: the material they send, the answers to objections they get asked, the templates that save them time, and the process around handover from marketing. It is not training, though it often includes some.

No, though they are often sold together. Training changes how someone sells. Enablement changes what they have to work with. A well-trained rep with no usable material and a ten-minute quoting process is still slow.

Yes, and only after listening to calls. A deck written from the objection list looks quite different from one written from a positioning document, and it performs differently in a meeting.

Yes, and it is frequently the highest-return part. Templated quotes generated from the CRM turn a forty-minute task into a five-minute one, and reps notice immediately. Note that proposal software itself is a tool category rather than something we sell — we set up what you have or advise on what to buy.

Recorded calls where you already record them, sitting in on live calls where you do not, or interviews with reps as a fallback. Recordings are best because what a rep remembers being asked and what they were actually asked differ more than people expect.

Four to eight weeks for a first programme. Call review and the objection list take the first fortnight and are the part that cannot be rushed without producing generic material.

Someone has to own it, and we will say so plainly. That can be internal or us on a light retainer. Material that nobody owns goes stale within about two quarters and reps stop trusting all of it, not just the out-of-date parts.

Asset usage and open rates, stage conversion before and after, ramp time for new reps, and time spent per quote. The last one is the easiest to move and the easiest to prove.

Check what they actually send. In almost every audit we have run, reps are using a small number of assets, several of them versions they made themselves, and the official library is largely unopened. That gap is the finding.

Yes. HubSpot most often, and Salesforce, Pipedrive and Zoho too. The templates and automation are built where your reps already work rather than in a new tool they have to learn.
