Why this is different

B2B in the UAE breaks three assumptions consumer marketing runs on

A B2B deal here is decided by a committee, over months, often inside a procurement process, and frequently in two languages. Campaigns built on consumer logic generate volume that never becomes pipeline.

We plan for these instead of explaining them away at the quarterly review

  1. Nobody buys alone

A meaningful B2B purchase is signed by one person and blocked by four others. The technical evaluator, the finance owner, the operational user and the executive sponsor each want different evidence, and a single landing page written for one of them stalls with the rest. The work is producing the material that survives an internal forward, not just the one that converts a click.

  2. The cycle outlasts the campaign

If the sales cycle is six months and the reporting cadence is monthly, the first five reports show cost with no return, and the budget gets cut in month three. That is a measurement failure, not a marketing failure. Leading indicators — meetings booked, accounts engaged, stage progression — have to be agreed before spend starts.

  3. Procurement and free zones change the route

Government and semi-government work runs through tenders and supplier registration, where visibility at the shortlist stage matters more than any ad. Free-zone and mainland entities face different customers and different constraints. And a serious share of decision-makers do business in Arabic. None of that is a targeting setting.

Our expertise & services

End-to-end pipeline for B2B teams

Twelve services across three disciplines, delivered by one team. No hand-offs between a media buyer, a design studio and a developer who have never spoken.

Who we work with

B2B is not one market — and the plan should say so

What moves the number for a SaaS company selling seats is not what moves it for a manufacturer selling a fit-out. Pick a model to see what actually changes.

SaaS and technology

Self-serve and sales-led motions pulling in different directions, a product that has to be understood before it is bought, and a churn number that quietly decides whether acquisition was worth it. PaceUP!, a gamified corporate wellness platform, needed qualified B2B leads and closer sales-marketing alignment — that engagement recorded a 400% revenue increase and a 50% conversion-rate increase.

  • Content that teaches the category, not just the product
  • Lead scoring that separates a trial tourist from a buyer
  • Retention treated as a marketing responsibility, not only a CS one

Manufacturing and industrial

Long specification cycles, distributor and dealer relationships, and buyers who want to see the plant before they trust the pitch. Bafco, a Dubai manufacturer and supplier of office furniture and seating, worked with us on its digital infrastructure and recorded a 50% website performance improvement and a 60% increase in leads.

  • Specification-grade content: dimensions, lead times, compliance
  • Facility and product photography that carries the credibility
  • Dealer and distributor enquiries routed separately from direct

Professional services and consultancies

You are selling judgement, so the firm's visible expertise is the product. Referral still drives most of it, which means the job is making the firm findable and credible at the moment someone asks a peer for a name.

  • Named-expert visibility rather than a faceless firm brand
  • Search presence on the problems clients describe, not services you list
  • Referral and repeat-client nurture handled deliberately

Logistics and supply chain

Price-sensitive, relationship-heavy and heavily dependent on regional footprint. Winning is usually about proving reliability and coverage faster than the incumbent can defend the account.

  • Coverage, capacity and reliability proven with evidence
  • Account-based targeting of the shippers that matter
  • Fast quoting flows, because response speed decides many of these

Recruitment and staffing

A two-sided market where you are marketing to clients and candidates at once, with different messages and different channels. Permizon, placing international personnel, needed qualified leads for its sales team — that engagement recorded a 300% increase in MQLs and a 20% revenue increase.

  • Client and candidate funnels kept genuinely separate
  • Decision-maker targeting rather than blanket company targeting
  • CRM built so a slow client cycle is nurtured, not forgotten

What's included

Everything a B2B team needs, in one place

No hand-offs between a design agency, a media buyer and a developer who have never spoken.

  • 01

    Account-based targeting

Named accounts tiered one-to-one, one-to-few and one-to-many, worked jointly by sales and marketing.

  • 02

    Search visibility

Technical SEO and content built around the problems your buying committee researches before contact.

  • 03

    Buying-committee content

Material for the technical evaluator, the finance owner and the executive sponsor, not just one of them.

  • 04

    CRM and sales alignment

One shared definition of a qualified lead, one pipeline, one set of numbers both teams trust.

  • 05

    Lifecycle automation

Nurture that carries a months-long cycle without depending on anyone's follow-up habits.

  • 06

    Arabic and English

Bilingual content built in parallel, because a serious share of UAE decision-makers work in Arabic.

  • 07

    Pipeline attribution

Pipeline and closed revenue by source, with CAC and payback reported honestly.

  • 08

    A senior team

The people who scope your work are the people who do it. No juniors learning on your budget.

How we work

Four steps, no guesswork

01

Growth health check-up

A full read of your current position — pipeline by source, CAC and payback, where deals stall, and whether sales and marketing agree on what a qualified lead is. You get the findings whether or not you work with us.

02

Analysis and strategy

We size the demand that genuinely exists for your category in the region, map the buying committee, and decide which channels earn budget and in what order.

03

Implementation

Campaigns, pages, content, tracking and CRM built and shipped, with the reporting agreed before spend starts rather than argued about at the first review.

04

Evaluation and optimisation

Real KPIs — meetings booked, pipeline created, cost per opportunity, payback period — reviewed on a fixed cadence so budget follows what closes.

Why Adnika

A HubSpot partner that understands long sales cycles

Adnika has spent 15+ years on growth marketing, with teams in Dubai and Stockholm. We are a HubSpot Partner, which matters in B2B for one specific reason: almost everything that decides whether a lead becomes revenue happens after the click.

Measured on pipeline, not MQLs

Leads are easy to generate and easy to waste. We report on meetings booked, pipeline created and cost per opportunity — the numbers your board recognises.

Sales and marketing on one system

Most B2B leaks happen at the hand-off. Permizon's 300% MQL increase came from fixing that seam, not from more advertising.

Built for the region as it is

Arabic and English in parallel, free-zone and mainland realities understood, and procurement-led buying treated as a route rather than an obstacle.

The full stack in one team

Design, build and growth sit together. Your site, your campaigns and your CRM are made by people in the same room.

B2B FAQs

Questions B2B teams actually ask

The practical questions we get from founders, marketing leads and sales directors across the UAE.

An agency whose work is judged on pipeline rather than reach. In practice that means building demand among a defined set of companies, producing material that persuades a buying committee rather than an individual, and connecting advertising to a CRM so a months-long cycle can be measured. The distinction from a general agency is not the channels — it is that the deliverable is a qualified conversation with a named account, not traffic.

Three differences do most of the work. The purchase is made by a committee, so you are persuading several people with different priorities. The cycle is long, so your reporting has to credit leading indicators or the budget dies before the revenue arrives. And the addressable market is small — often a few hundred companies — which makes reach a poor metric and account penetration a good one.

There is no honest single answer, and any agency claiming to be it is telling you something about their marketing rather than their work. The useful test is narrower: ask for a client in your sales-cycle length, ask what metric the engagement was judged on, and ask to see a number attached to a named company. A surprising share of agency pages in this market show case studies with no results attached at all.

ABM means treating a named list of companies as the market instead of a demographic. It is worth doing when your deal size justifies per-account effort and your realistic buyer list is countable. Tier it: one-to-one for the handful that would change your year, one-to-few for segments with a shared problem, one-to-many for coverage. If sales cannot name the accounts, you are not ready for ABM — you need positioning first.

By producing for each seat at the table. The technical evaluator wants specification and integration detail. The finance owner wants total cost and payback. The operational user wants to know what changes on Monday. The executive sponsor wants the risk framed. Most B2B sites answer only the first, which is why deals stall after a good first meeting — the champion has nothing to forward.

It works when the targeting is job titles and named accounts rather than interests, and when you accept the cost per click is high because the audience is small and valuable. It fails when it is used as a cheap-reach channel or judged on lead volume. Pair it with search, which catches the same buyer at a higher-intent moment, and judge both on meetings rather than downloads.

Yes, but the target changes. You are not chasing volume; you are trying to be present for the specific problem searches your buyers run while they are researching quietly. Those terms often have tiny reported volumes and enormous value. A page that ranks for the problem your buyer describes will out-earn a page that ranks for the product category you named.

They do, and most of the return is decided outside the three days. The pre-show outreach that books meetings into the calendar, and the follow-up sequence in the two weeks after, are usually worth more than the stand. If badge scans go into a spreadsheet and get emailed once, the exhibition budget bought awareness, not pipeline.

Meetings booked, pipeline created, cost per opportunity, win rate by source and payback period. MQL count on its own is close to meaningless unless sales agreed the definition — and if the two teams have different definitions, that disagreement is the first thing to fix, before any spend.

Imperfectly, and honestly. Multi-touch attribution in a long cycle is directional rather than precise, so we combine it with self-reported attribution at the point of enquiry and with holdout tests where the budget allows. What we will not do is present a single-touch model as truth, because it systematically over-credits the last click and kills the channels that created the demand.

It scales with how many segments you are competing in, how much production the work needs, and whether media is included. Rather than quote blind, we run a growth check-up first and scope from what your funnel and demand actually justify. One thing worth insisting on with any agency: media spend and fees separated, and the metric the engagement will be judged on named in writing.

Paid channels can produce meetings within weeks once tracking and targeting are right. Pipeline that closes takes as long as your sales cycle takes, which is the honest answer nobody enjoys. We sequence deliberately: fix measurement and the sales hand-off first, because that is where the fastest gains are and it costs nothing in media.

Yes, and in B2B that is often the better arrangement. We frequently handle strategy, CRM, tracking and demand generation while an in-house team owns product content and customer relationships. The growth check-up will tell you which parts are worth outsourcing and which you already do better than we would.

For a meaningful share of UAE business it does, particularly with government, semi-government and family-owned groups. Machine translation is worse than English-only because it signals you did not take the audience seriously. We build bilingual content in parallel where the audience warrants it, rather than translating at the end.

Indirectly but materially. Tenders are won on submission quality, but you have to be on the shortlist first — and that depends on supplier registration, visible credibility and being known to the people compiling it. Marketing's job in a procurement-led sale is presence and proof before the tender is issued, not persuasion after.
