Email marketing in Dubai, on the one audience you actually own

Every other channel rents you attention and can reprice or remove it overnight. Email is the list you own outright. Which makes it strange how many businesses treat it as a monthly newsletter nobody measures and nobody would miss.

  • HubSpot partner agency
  • +288% organic traffic, German Medical Center
  • Owned the only audience nobody can take away

Partners & recognition

The stack we work in, the clients we keep

The platforms we build and run campaigns in, and the clients whose numbers we publish with their names on. HubSpot is the one partnership we claim; the rest are tools we use, not badges.

  • German Medical Center
  • The Reformery Clinic
  • Alma Laser
  • Roxana Aesthetics Clinic
  • Lamel
  • Dotline Studios

The problem

The newsletter nobody would miss

One send a month to the whole list, opened by a shrinking fraction of it, reported on opens, and quietly landing in Promotions for most of the people it was meant for.

What is actually going wrong

  1. It never reaches the inbox

Authentication half-configured, a shared IP with poor reputation, or a domain burned by a purchased list two years ago. You cannot segment your way out of not being delivered, and almost nobody checks placement rather than delivery rate.

  2. Everyone gets the same email

A first-time browser and a three-time customer receive identical content. Segmentation is the single highest-return change on most accounts and it is usually skipped because the data to do it was never captured.

  3. Opens are the reported metric

Open rate has been unreliable since mail privacy protection started pre-fetching images. Reporting on it produces a number that goes up while revenue does nothing. Clicks, conversions and revenue per recipient are the metrics that survive.

  4. Nothing is automated

Welcome, abandoned browse, post-purchase, win-back and renewal reminders do the majority of the revenue work in a mature programme, and they run without anybody sending anything. Most accounts we audit have none of them.

What is included

What we run on email

Deliverability first, because everything downstream is worthless if the message lands in spam.

Deliverability and authentication

SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured properly, domain warming where reputation needs rebuilding, and inbox placement tested rather than assumed. Bulk sender requirements tightened across the major providers and a lot of UAE accounts never caught up.

List health and consent

Suppression of the unengaged, re-permission where it is warranted, and consent captured in a way that stands up. The UAE has real rules on unsolicited commercial messaging, and a purchased list damages the domain you need for years.

Segmentation

By behaviour, lifecycle stage, value and language. In this market the Arabic and English split alone often changes engagement materially, and almost nobody segments on it.

Lifecycle automation

Welcome, onboarding, abandoned browse and cart, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back and renewal. These run continuously and typically carry most of the revenue in a mature programme.

Campaign production

Templates that hold up in Outlook, copy written for a phone, and a proper plain-text part. A campaign that renders badly in Outlook is a campaign that fails for a large share of UAE corporate recipients.

Testing

Subject lines, send time, offer and structure, run so results are actually significant rather than declared after forty opens. Most lists are not big enough to test everything, so we test the things that move revenue.

CRM integration

Email tied to the CRM so sends react to pipeline stage and sales can see what a contact received. HubSpot partner, and we build this natively rather than through a connector.

Reporting that means something

Revenue per recipient, revenue per campaign, list growth net of churn, and deliverability trend. Open rate appears as a diagnostic, never as a success measure.

How we work

How an email programme gets built

Deliverability, then segmentation, then automation. In that order, because each one is wasted without the one before it.

Are you even arriving?

Authentication, domain reputation, inbox placement, list hygiene and current performance on metrics that still work. Usually the first month of gains comes from fixing delivery rather than from writing better emails.

  • Authentication and DMARC review
  • Inbox placement testing
  • List health and engagement decay
  • Baseline on revenue per recipient

Segments and data

What you know about a subscriber, what you should know, and how it gets captured. Segmentation is limited by data, so this stage usually means changing forms and events before any send changes.

  • Segment definitions
  • Data capture gaps closed
  • Lifecycle stages mapped
  • Language and locale handling

The sends that run themselves

Welcome, browse and cart abandonment, post-purchase, win-back and renewal. Built once, measured continuously, and responsible for most of the revenue within a few months.

  • Core lifecycle flows live
  • Triggers tied to real behaviour
  • Suppression and frequency rules
  • Revenue attributed per flow

The ongoing rhythm

A calendar that fits the business rather than a fixed monthly newsletter, with testing on the variables that actually move revenue and a monthly review against revenue per recipient.

  • Campaign calendar tied to commercial events
  • Structured testing programme
  • Monthly review on revenue, not opens
  • Deliverability monitored continuously

Why us

Why our email work pays back

Because we start with the boring half that everybody skips.

Deliverability before creative

Authentication, reputation and inbox placement fixed first. Nothing else in an email programme matters if the message is landing in spam, and it very often is.

Reported on revenue, not opens

Open rate stopped being trustworthy when mail privacy protection began pre-fetching images. We report revenue per recipient and per flow, which is harder and honest.

Tied to the CRM, not sitting beside it

HubSpot partner. Sends react to pipeline stage, and sales can see what a contact received before they call. Email that does not know what sales knows is a broadcast.

Arabic and English handled properly

Separate segments, separate creative, right-to-left templates that render, and send times that respect the working week here. Not one email translated twice.

Questions

Email marketing, answered plainly

Including cost, deliverability and the rules that apply in the UAE.

AED 6,000 to AED 30,000 per month covers most of what we are asked to build. The number moves on list size, how many lifecycle flows are being built or maintained, campaign volume, and whether Arabic is included. Anything quoted before those are known is a guess. We scope first, then price, and the scope document is yours whether or not you proceed. These are market ranges rather than a fixed rate card — the proposal carries the real figure.

A proper build — deliverability fixed, segments defined, and the core lifecycle flows live — is typically AED 25,000 to AED 90,000 as a project, then a monthly retainer to run it. Platform fees are separate and scale with list size. The setup is where most of the compounding value is created.

On most platforms, very little — often under AED 20 in platform fees. The cost is never the sending; it is the list, the segmentation and the production. Anyone selling you on the cheapness of a send is answering the wrong question.

Usually one of four things: SPF, DKIM or DMARC not configured correctly; a domain whose reputation was damaged by a purchased or stale list; sending to people who never engaged; or content patterns that trip filters. The audit tests placement rather than trusting the delivery rate your platform reports.

As a diagnostic, sometimes. As a success measure, no — mail privacy protection pre-fetches images and inflates it unpredictably. Clicks, conversions and revenue per recipient are what we report, and they are less flattering.

Consent should be captured and evidenced, every message needs a working unsubscribe that is honoured promptly, and the sender must be clearly identified. If you handle EU or UK contacts, GDPR applies to them regardless of where you send from. We build to the stricter of the two rather than the looser.

We will not run one. Purchased lists in this market are typically stale and unconsented, they generate spam complaints immediately, and the reputational damage to your sending domain lasts far longer than any campaign. It is the fastest way to ruin the channel you were trying to build.

HubSpot if the CRM and the sales process matter most. Klaviyo if you are an e-commerce business on Shopify or WooCommerce. Mailchimp or Brevo for simpler needs at lower cost. We will pick on your list size, your commerce stack and who maintains it, not on which partnership pays us.

Yes. The work is list and consent history, templates, automations, and warming the new sending setup so reputation carries across. Migrating without warming is how a healthy list suddenly starts landing in spam.

Deliverability fixes can show inside a fortnight and are usually the biggest single jump. Segmentation shows over a month or two. Lifecycle automation compounds over three to six months and is where the durable revenue is.
