Event videography, delivered while it still matters

An event film delivered three weeks after the event is an archive record. Delivered the same night, it is marketing, because the people who were there are still posting about it and the people who were not are still hearing about it.

  • Same day social cuts before you leave
  • Multi-camera the keynote covered properly
  • One crew film and stills together

Tell us what you need

A senior person reads this and replies within one working day. No call centre, no drip sequence.

Partners & recognition

The stack we work in, the clients we keep

The platforms we build and run campaigns in, and the clients whose numbers we publish with their names on. HubSpot is the one partnership we claim; the rest are tools we use, not badges.

The problem

The film arrived three weeks later

By then the conversation has moved on, the attendees have posted their own phone footage, and your beautifully graded highlights reel gets a fraction of the attention it would have had on the night.

Where event coverage goes wrong

  1. Nothing is delivered on the day

The window where an event film has its highest value is the first twenty-four hours. A crew without an on-site editor cannot use that window, and it is the single biggest difference between event coverage that works and coverage that archives.

  2. The keynote was shot on one camera

One angle, no cutaway, and every stumble and pause is unavoidable in the edit. Two cameras and an audience angle make a speech cuttable, and it is the difference between usable content and forty unedited minutes.

  3. The audio came from the camera

Camera microphones in a ballroom pick up the room, the air conditioning and the person behind. A feed from the sound desk plus a backup recorder is the difference between usable and unusable, and it costs almost nothing.

  4. Nobody agreed the shot list

The sponsor logo, the specific handshake, the minister arriving, the product reveal. Miss any of those and no amount of editing recovers them, because live events do not have a second take.

What is included

What event coverage includes

Covering the moments that matter, and getting the useful cuts out fast.

Multi-camera keynote and panel coverage

Two or more angles plus audience cutaways, so speeches are actually cuttable. With a feed from the sound desk and an independent backup recorder.

Same-day social cuts

An editor on site producing vertical clips during the event, delivered while it is still running or that evening. This is the deliverable that changes what event video is worth.

Highlights film

The two-to-three-minute film for the website, the next event's promotion and the sponsor report. Delivered within days rather than weeks.

Attendee and speaker interviews

Short interviews captured in a quiet corner during the event. Consistently the most reusable footage from any conference and the easiest to forget to plan.

Sponsor and stakeholder deliverables

Specific coverage sponsors have paid for, agreed in advance and confirmed on the shot list. Missing a sponsor's moment is a commercial problem rather than a creative one.

Stills alongside

A photographer working with the film crew, covering the same moments. Detailed on our event photography page and usually booked together.

Live streaming

Where the event has a remote audience, with the encoding and redundancy that a live feed actually requires rather than a laptop and hope.

Permits and venue liaison

Filming permissions, venue rules and drone approvals where relevant, handled before the day rather than negotiated at the door.

Technology

What we bring to an event

Enough redundancy that a single failure does not lose the coverage, because there is no reshoot.

Camera

Multi-angle, always.

  • Multi-camera keynote setups
  • Roaming documentary coverage
  • Gimbal and handheld
  • Drone with UAE permits

Sound

Where events are usually lost.

  • Sound desk feed
  • Independent backup recorders
  • Radio microphones
  • Ambient and room capture

On-site post

The reason to book a crew like this.

  • On-site editor
  • Same-day vertical cuts
  • Rapid turnaround highlights
  • Live captioning where needed

Delivery

Fast, then complete.

  • Same-day social files
  • Highlights within days
  • Full speech recordings
  • Raw footage handed over

How we work

How event coverage runs

Most of the work happens before the day, because on the day there are no second chances.

With you, in detail

Run of show, the moments that must be captured, sponsor obligations, who matters, and where the crew can and cannot go. The specific list, not a general brief.

  • Run of show reviewed in advance
  • Must-capture moments listed explicitly
  • Sponsor deliverables confirmed
  • Venue access and restrictions checked

Before doors open

Sight lines, power, sound desk access, lighting conditions and where the interview corner goes. An hour of recce prevents most of what goes wrong on an event shoot.

  • Venue recce before the day where possible
  • Sound desk feed arranged and tested
  • Camera positions agreed with the venue
  • Backup recording running independently

Editor on site

Crew covering the room while an editor turns around vertical clips during the event. First files out while the event is still running.

  • Multi-camera on the main stage
  • Roaming coverage of the room
  • Interviews captured between sessions
  • Social cuts delivered the same day

Fast, then complete

Social cuts on the day, highlights within a few days, full session recordings and raw footage after. Everything organised rather than dumped on a drive.

  • Same-day social files
  • Highlights film within days
  • Full sessions delivered separately
  • Raw footage organised and handed over

Why us

Why this coverage is worth more

Almost entirely because of when it arrives.

An editor is on site

Vertical cuts delivered during the event and that evening, while attendees are still posting. A crew that shoots and leaves cannot use the window where the footage is worth most.

Multi-camera as standard on the main stage

Because a single-angle keynote is not cuttable, and forty minutes of uncut speech is not content.

Film and stills from one booking

Same brief, same shot list, no two crews competing for the same position in front of the stage.

Redundant sound and recording

Desk feed plus independent backup. Events cannot be reshot, and audio is where they are most often lost.

Questions

Event videography, answered plainly

Including how fast you can realistically expect the files.

AED 6,000 to AED 45,000 covers most of what we are asked to build. The number moves on event length, crew size and camera count, whether an on-site editor and same-day cuts are included, whether live streaming is needed, and whether stills are booked alongside. Anything quoted before those are known is a guess. We scope first, then price, and the scope document is yours whether or not you proceed. These are market ranges rather than a fixed rate card — the proposal carries the real figure.

Vertical social cuts on the day, usually starting within a couple of hours of the moment being captured if an on-site editor is in the booking. Highlights film within three to five working days. Full session recordings within a week. Without an on-site editor, everything moves to the standard post-production timeline.

Two minimum on any stage content, so speeches can be cut. Three if there is a panel or a large stage. Plus a roaming camera for the room, which is where most of the reusable footage comes from. One camera is only sensible for a very short, very simple event.

Yes. Most Dubai venues have their own filming rules and some locations need permits arranged in advance. Drone work has separate approvals with real lead times. We handle it and flag the deadlines early rather than discovering them the week before.

Yes, with proper encoding and redundancy. It is worth scoping honestly: a reliable stream needs its own crew capacity and a tested connection, and treating it as an add-on to a film crew is how streams fail publicly.

Almost always, and from the same supplier. The shot lists overlap heavily, and two separate crews end up competing for the same position in front of the stage. Booking together is cheaper and produces better coverage of both.

Worth planning for. A quiet corner, a lit setup and fifteen-minute slots with speakers and attendees produces the most reusable footage from any conference, and it is consistently the thing nobody scheduled.

Yes, organised rather than dumped. It matters for events particularly, because there is usually far more usable material than any highlights film can carry.

Social cuts immediately while the event is live. The highlights film for next year's promotion and the sponsor report. Individual sessions published separately as content, which is the most under-used asset from most conferences. Speaker interviews as standalone posts.

Reach and engagement on the same-day cuts against your normal baseline, registrations for the next event, and whether sponsors renew. The last one is usually the decisive number for a commercial event.

Yes, across the UAE and internationally. Travel and accommodation are added at cost and we will tell you when hiring a reliable local crew to our brief is the cheaper answer.
