One team owns the whole path
The people who plan the campaign build the page it lands on and configure the CRM it feeds. Nowhere for a result to get lost between suppliers.
Digital marketing
Strategy, demand and the system that catches it — planned together rather than bought from three suppliers. Published results up to +320% organic.

Support@adnika.comPartners & recognition
The platforms we build and run campaigns in, and the clients whose numbers we publish with their names on. HubSpot is the one partnership we claim; the rest are tools we use, not badges.
The problem
Campaigns get built before anyone decides what the business needs, and the reporting measures the campaign rather than the outcome. It looks busy and it moves nothing.
Ask what happens to an enquiry after it arrives — most agencies cannot tell you
A business asks for 'digital marketing' and receives Google Ads, because that is what is easiest to start and easiest to invoice. Nobody asked whether the site converts, whether search demand exists, or whether the sales team follows up. The channel was never the problem.
Traffic arrives on a page that loads in eight seconds, the form posts into a shared inbox, and the follow-up happens when someone remembers. Every party can prove their part worked and the business still has no pipeline.
Impressions, reach, clicks and engagement are all real numbers that tell you nothing about revenue. If the monthly report never mentions qualified enquiries, it is measuring the wrong thing — and usually on purpose.
What we do
The demand side of the business, each with its own page.
What to do, in what order, and what it should produce — written down so it can be argued with.
Being known before you are needed, which is what makes every later campaign cheaper.
The pieces that answer buyer questions and support the pages that sell.
Segmented and sequenced, measured on replies rather than opens.
Campaigns built against a qualified-enquiry target rather than a lead count.
Google, Meta and paid social measured on cost per qualified enquiry.
The organic asset that keeps working when the media budget pauses.
The system that catches what marketing produces.
Retention, lifecycle and referral — growth after the first purchase.
Every capability in one place — strategy, web, search, content, paid, CRM and creative.
Capabilities in detail
The detail behind the summary — every line is work we deliver.
Audience, positioning, channel mix and sequencing, with a written plan and a measurement framework attached. The part most engagements skip and later wish they had not.
Who ranks, who bids, what they say and where the gap is. In Dubai the answer is frequently that nobody has written the useful page yet.
What each buyer actually needs to know, in what order, so content and campaigns stop guessing.
Google Ads built around qualified enquiries, with negative keyword discipline and landing pages that match the promise.
Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok chosen by where the audience decides, not by where the budget is easiest to spend.
Architecture-led organic growth that keeps working when a campaign pauses.
Comparison, cost and expectation-setting content — what buyers search and competitors avoid.
Segmented lists, nurture sequences and lifecycle campaigns rather than a monthly newsletter.
Workflows that follow up in the hours after an enquiry, when the reply still matters.
What happens after the click, which is where most Dubai media budgets quietly leak.
GA4, GTM and conversion tracking verified before spend, so the reporting afterwards means something.
Qualified enquiries separated from sessions, with a written interpretation rather than a dashboard export.
For considered purchases where the decision starts long before the search does.
So your team can run what we build rather than depending on us to press the buttons.
Technology
What we have shipped production work on, not a list of everything with an API.
Where the paid budget actually goes.
How we know whether it worked.
What happens after the click.
How the organic asset gets built.
The follow-up layer.
How the assets get made.
How we work
Measurement and structure before media, because spending against a broken funnel burns budget at exactly the rate the plan predicts.
A written read of search visibility, site performance, campaign results and the route an enquiry takes after it arrives. Most engagements begin with a client certain the problem is traffic and end up fixing the funnel.
Whatever the diagnosis says comes first — usually site performance, page architecture and tracking. Media pointed at a broken base produces nothing very predictably.
Two budgets planned as one plan. Paid covers what search cannot reach quickly; search builds the asset that survives a budget freeze.
Lifecycle, retention and referral, plus the maintenance that stops a fast site getting slow. The cheapest growth available to most businesses is the customers they already have.
Why us
Not because we are cheaper. Because nobody can hide in the gap between disciplines when there is no gap.
The people who plan the campaign build the page it lands on and configure the CRM it feeds. Nowhere for a result to get lost between suppliers.
German Medical Center +288%, Bafco +320%, Roxana +310%. Named clients, measured in their own analytics.
Healthcare advertising in Dubai is licensed, property has Trakheesi. Planning to them beats a campaign pulled after the spend.
Small by choice. The person who scoped the engagement runs it, with no handover to a junior team after the pitch.

Questions
The questions buyers here search for — starting with the one every agency page avoids.
Retainers commonly run from around AED 10,000 a month for a narrow scope to AED 50,000 and above for a full programme across search, content, paid and CRM, with media budget separate. The number matters less than what it buys — a retainer covering a monthly report and four blog posts and one covering architecture, technical remediation and campaign management are the same line item and completely different products.
Less on media in year one than most businesses expect. The base — site performance, page architecture, tracking and CRM — is what everything else depends on, and media pointed at a broken base converts budget into nothing at a very predictable rate. Fix the base, then scale spend against a cost per qualified enquiry you trust.
They do different jobs. Paid buys the top of the page today and stops the moment you stop paying; in Dubai property, legal and aesthetics the click costs are among the highest in the region. Organic compounds and survives a budget freeze but takes months. Most businesses need both, weighted differently by how urgent the pipeline is.
Paid can produce enquiries in weeks, though the first month is usually learning rather than performance. Organic and content take three to six months to establish and compound after that. Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either targeting terms nobody searches or is about to do something that gets you penalised.
Often, and it is usually productive. The in-house team owns the brand, the product knowledge and the relationships. Where it goes wrong is when nobody owns the space between suppliers, so we agree that boundary in writing at the start.
Qualified enquiries first, then cost per enquiry, then the leading indicators — rankings, impressions, Core Web Vitals. If sessions rise and enquiries do not, the traffic is the wrong traffic and we change the targeting rather than celebrating the chart.
Conversion tracking verified before any spend starts, GA4 and GTM configured against real events rather than page views, and the CRM as the source of truth for what became a deal. Most accounts we inherit have tracking that has been quietly broken for months.
A growth check-up: a structured read of your search visibility, site performance, campaign results and enquiry routing, with findings written down and ranked. You keep them whether or not you go on to work with us, and they are specific enough to hand to another agency instead.
