A selected set the same night
Edited and ready to post while the event is still being talked about. That window is where event photography is worth most and it closes fast.
Video & photography
An event photographer's job is not really photography. It is knowing in advance which forty moments matter, being in position for each of them, and getting a usable set out while people are still posting about it. Live events do not have second takes.
A senior person reads this and replies within one working day. No call centre, no drip sequence.

Support@adnika.comPartners & recognition
The platforms we build and run campaigns in, and the clients whose numbers we publish with their names on. HubSpot is the one partnership we claim; the rest are tools we use, not badges.
The problem
An unedited dump of everything, delivered when the event has stopped being news. Somewhere in it are the twelve photographs anybody needed, and nobody has time to find them.
Where event photography fails
Nine hundred frames including the blinks and the backs of heads. Selection is the photographer's job, and handing over the raw take is handing over the work.
The window where event photography is most valuable is the same evening and the next morning. A set delivered a week later is a record rather than a communication.
The minister arriving, the signing, the sponsor's logo behind the speaker, the award handover. Miss those and the coverage failed regardless of how good the rest is.
A photographer who has not been told who matters photographs the room evenly. Half the value of event photography is knowing which twenty people must appear.
What is included
The moments, the people, the sponsors, and a usable set out fast.
Speakers photographed well, from angles that include the branding behind them, at moments when their expression is worth having.
The room working, which is what makes an event look successful in a way an empty-room shot never does.
The specific people who must appear, identified in advance with photographs so the photographer can recognise them in a crowded room.
Branding, activations and logo visibility, confirmed against what sponsors have paid for. Missing this is a commercial problem, not a creative one.
Choreographed moments where there is exactly one chance and the photographer needs to be in position before it happens rather than reacting to it.
The room before doors open, which is the only time it is clean and lit as intended. Essential for the venue, the production team and next year's promotion.
A selected, retouched set delivered the same evening for social and press, while the event is still current.
The complete selected set within a few days, organised and named, for the report and the archive.
Technology
Redundancy, because there is no reshoot, and an on-site edit because timing is most of the value.
Two of everything that matters.
The reason to book this way.
Where events are won.
Fast, then complete.
How we work
Almost all of the difference is made before the doors open.
Run of show, must-capture moments, sponsor obligations and who matters — with photographs of the VIPs, because recognising someone in a crowded ballroom is genuinely difficult without them.
Sight lines, lighting conditions, where the photographer can stand during the keynote, and the clean room shots before anyone arrives.
Photographing the event while selecting and editing between sessions, so the first usable set goes out during the event rather than after it.
A selected edited set the same night, the full gallery within days, organised and named so the report and the archive are usable.
Why us
Because selection and speed are treated as the job rather than as extras.
Edited and ready to post while the event is still being talked about. That window is where event photography is worth most and it closes fast.
Including the sponsor obligations and the people who must appear. There is no second take at a live event, and the planning is what prevents the gaps.
With photographs. Recognising the right twenty people in a full ballroom is not possible without preparation and it is half the value of the coverage.
Same brief, same shot list, no two crews competing for the same position in front of the stage.

Questions
Starting with how many photographs you should actually expect.
AED 2,500 to AED 20,000 covers most of what we are asked to build. The number moves on event length, how many photographers, whether a same-night edited set is included, and whether video is booked alongside. Anything quoted before those are known is a guess. We scope first, then price, and the scope document is yours whether or not you proceed. These are market ranges rather than a fixed rate card — the proposal carries the real figure.
Somewhere between eighty and two hundred selected, edited images is a reasonable expectation, out of perhaps six to eight hundred frames taken. The selected number is the one that matters. A photographer offering you nine hundred images from two hours is describing an unedited dump, and the selection is the part you are paying for.
A selected set of the key images the same night, usually within a few hours of the moment being photographed. The full gallery within two to three working days. Same-night delivery needs an on-site edit in the booking, which is worth specifying.
For anything with parallel sessions, a large venue, or a red carpet plus a main room, yes. One photographer cannot be in two places and events do not repeat. We will tell you honestly based on your run of show rather than upselling by default.
If the budget allows, and from the same supplier. The shot lists overlap heavily and two separate crews compete for the same position in front of the stage. Booked together it is cheaper and both sets of coverage are better.
The run of show, the list of must-capture moments, sponsor deliverables, and photographs of the people who must appear. That last one makes more difference than anything else and is the most frequently forgotten.
For venue photography, most Dubai venues have their own rules which we clear in advance. For public locations or drone work, permits are needed and have real lead times, so they are flagged early rather than the week before.
Most event venues are dark and the useful answer is fast lenses and careful flash rather than pushing the camera. Bounced flash used sparingly reads as natural; direct on-camera flash makes a ballroom look like a press conference, which is occasionally what you want and usually not.
The same-night set for social and press while the event is current. The full gallery for the report, the sponsor recap and next year's promotion. Individual speaker portraits as standalone content, which is consistently under-used.
Yes, with full usage rights for your marketing, press and internal use. We will ask separately if we want to include anything in our own portfolio rather than assuming.
Yes, across the UAE and internationally. Travel is added at cost and for some locations we will tell you that briefing a reliable local photographer to our shot list is the better-value answer.
