Website copywriting in Dubai, written for a buyer and a query

Most website copy is written to fill a layout. It says the company is a leading provider of innovative solutions, which is a sentence that could sit on any site in this city without changing meaning. Copy that works names the reader, names their problem, and says something a competitor could not honestly copy.

  • 72 treatment pages written for one clinic
  • +310% organic traffic, Roxana Aesthetics
  • EN + AR written, not machine-translated

Tell us what you need

A senior person reads this and replies within one working day. No call centre, no drip sequence.

Partners & recognition

The stack we work in, the clients we keep

The platforms we build and run campaigns in, and the clients whose numbers we publish with their names on. HubSpot is the one partnership we claim; the rest are tools we use, not badges.

  • German Medical Center
  • The Reformery Clinic
  • Alma Laser
  • Roxana Aesthetics Clinic
  • Lamel
  • Dotline Studios

The problem

You can tell when nobody was talked to

Bad website copy has a signature: everything is a solution, every solution is innovative, and no sentence contains a number.

Where site copy usually goes wrong

  1. It describes the company, not the reader

Twelve paragraphs of history and values on a page whose visitor is trying to work out whether you can do a specific thing by a specific date. The About page is where company history belongs; the service page is not.

  2. It was written to fit a design

The layout has a 60-character headline slot, so a 60-character headline gets written. The argument follows the grid instead of the grid following the argument, and it reads exactly like that.

  3. Every page opens the same way

Nine service pages, nine identical openings with the service name swapped. Search engines read that as near-duplicate content and the reader reads it as a template. Both are correct.

  4. It was generated and lightly edited

Grammatically clean, factually vague, and completely devoid of anything only your business could say. Generated copy averages what already exists — which by definition cannot differentiate you from it.

What is included

What we write and how it arrives

Delivered per page with the headings, the metadata and the internal links already decided, so nothing has to be invented during the build.

Messaging foundation

Before any page: who each page is for, what they believe when they arrive, what they need to believe to act, and the proof that moves them. One page of it. Every other deliverable is checked against it.

Page-by-page copy

Homepage, service pages, industry pages, About, Contact. Written to a heading structure rather than into a design frame, so the argument holds even when the layout changes.

Search intent built in

Each page is written against a specific query and the intent behind it. Titles, descriptions and headings come with the copy rather than being retrofitted by whoever builds the page.

Proof and specifics

Numbers, named clients, dates, constraints. Roxana Aesthetics is 72 treatment pages written inside DHA advertising rules — that sentence carries more weight than any adjective, and it is the kind we go looking for.

Arabic

Written by a native Arabic copywriter, not translated. The argument that persuades in English frequently is not the one that persuades in Arabic, and a translated page reads as translated to the audience you were trying to reach.

Microcopy

Buttons, form labels, error messages, empty states, confirmation pages. Small, consistently neglected, and disproportionately responsible for whether a form gets completed.

Editing existing copy

Sometimes the argument is right and the execution is not. Cheaper than a rewrite and we will say so when it applies, rather than quoting for a full rewrite by default.

A style guide you keep

Voice, the words you use, the words you never use, how you handle numbers and Arabic terms. So the next writer sounds like the last one.

Technology

How we work with copy

Research and structure, then writing. The writing is the short part.

Research

Where the substance comes from.

  • Customer and sales interviews
  • Sales call review
  • Search intent analysis
  • Competitor messaging audit
  • Review and objection mining

Search

So the page has a job.

  • ValueSERP live SERP data
  • People Also Ask
  • Semrush
  • Google Search Console
  • Intent mapping

Delivery

In a form a developer can build from.

  • Google Docs with heading structure
  • Storyblok
  • WordPress
  • HubSpot CMS
  • Figma annotation

Languages

Written, not translated.

  • English
  • Arabic
  • Swedish

Quality

Before it reaches you.

  • Fact-check against source
  • Reading level check
  • Duplicate opening check
  • Second-editor pass

How we work

How the copy gets written

The research is most of the job. Anyone can write quickly once they know what is true.

Talking to people who know

Your salespeople, ideally a couple of customers, and whoever handles complaints. Sales calls are the richest source in any business: the objections are real, repeated, and almost never addressed anywhere on the current site.

  • Sales and customer interviews
  • Objection list from real calls
  • Review and complaint mining
  • Competitor messaging audit

Deciding the argument

Page map, the job of each page, the heading structure and the query each one targets. Signed off before a paragraph is written, because rewriting an argument is expensive and rewriting a sentence is not.

  • Page map with a job per page
  • Heading structure per page
  • Target query and intent per page
  • Internal link plan

Drafts, then edits

First draft, your comments, second draft. Two rounds included. If a third is needed the brief was wrong, and that is on us rather than on your budget.

  • Draft with headings and metadata
  • Two rounds of revision included
  • Second-editor pass before delivery
  • Facts checked against source

So it survives you

Style guide, the source research, and the reasoning behind the structure. Whoever writes the next twenty pages should not have to guess.

  • Style guide with voice and vocabulary
  • Research pack handed over
  • Metadata delivered per page
  • Guidance for future pages

Why us

Why our copy reads differently

Largely because of what we refuse to do.

We interview before we write

Sales calls, customers, complaints. The objections that come up repeatedly are usually addressed nowhere on the existing site, and answering them plainly is the single highest-value thing copy can do.

No generated filler

A person writes it. Generated copy averages what already ranks, which is a structural reason it cannot differentiate you from the pages it averaged. We use AI for research and never for the draft.

Written against a real query

We pull the live SERP for each page before writing, so the page targets what people actually search rather than what sounds right internally. Roxana ranks across 72 treatment pages on that basis.

Arabic written, not translated

By a native copywriter, with the argument rebuilt for the audience. A translated page reads as translated, and in this market that is noticed immediately.

Questions

Website copywriting, answered plainly

Including price per page and the question about AI.

AED 1,200 to AED 4,500 per page covers most of what we are asked to build. The number moves on how much research a page needs, whether it is a homepage or a service page, whether Arabic is included, and how technical the subject is. Anything quoted before those are known is a guess. We scope first, then price, and the scope document is yours whether or not you proceed. These are market ranges rather than a fixed rate card — the proposal carries the real figure.

Because it carries the whole positioning argument and every other page inherits from it. It is usually written last for that reason, after the service pages have proved what the argument actually is.

No. We use it for research, for clustering search data and for structuring notes. The draft is written by a person. Generated copy is an average of what already ranks, which is a structural reason it cannot make you sound different from the pages it averaged.

Two rounds. If a third becomes necessary it usually means the brief or the interviews were wrong, which is our problem to fix rather than yours to pay for.

Ideally two or three conversations: someone in sales, someone who handles complaints, and if possible a customer. Ninety minutes total. Copy written without that is copy written from your website, and your website is the thing being replaced.

Yes, and it happens often. We deliver a document with the heading structure, the metadata and the internal links marked up, so any developer or agency can build from it without interpreting.

Yes, written by a native Arabic copywriter rather than translated. Where budget only covers one language we will usually recommend doing English properly first, because a weak page in two languages is still a weak page.

Yes, though that sits under content marketing rather than here. Website copy and editorial content are different disciplines with different success measures, and treating them as one is why so many company blogs read like brochures.

Each page is written against a specific query with the intent identified from the live SERP, and the metadata is delivered with it. What we will not do is repeat a phrase to hit a density target, which stopped working around 2012 and reads badly.

Interviews and structure take one to two weeks. Writing runs about three to five pages a week after that, plus revision rounds. A ten-page site is typically four to six weeks end to end.
