We will tell you HubSpot is the wrong system
It is excellent and it is not cheap, and below a certain size a simpler CRM plus a genuine process beats it. A partner paid on your licence cannot easily give you that answer.
HubSpot & CRM
Most HubSpot partners are paid by HubSpot when you buy a licence, which makes the recommendation easy to predict. We work in HubSpot constantly and we have talked companies out of it, because the cost only makes sense at a certain shape of business and below that a cheaper CRM plus good process beats it.

Support@adnika.comPartners & recognition
The platforms we build and run campaigns in, and the clients whose numbers we publish with their names on. HubSpot is the one partnership we claim; the rest are tools we use, not badges.
The problem
Six months in, sales are still working from a spreadsheet, the pipeline stages were never agreed, and the reporting shows numbers nobody trusts. The platform works fine. The implementation did not.
Where HubSpot implementations fail
Stages copied from a template rather than from how your team actually sells. If a rep cannot tell you what has to be true for a deal to move from stage three to stage four, every forecast built on it is fiction.
The portal is beautiful and half the team still works out of email and their own notes. Adoption is the whole project, and it is a change-management problem rather than a configuration one.
Duplicates, inconsistent field values, dead contacts and no owner. Migrating a mess into a better system produces a more expensive mess, and it is far harder to fix afterwards.
Deals close and nothing tells you which campaign produced them. That link is the main commercial reason to have a CRM at all, and it is the piece most often skipped because it is fiddly.
What is included
Implementation, migration and the ongoing work. Across Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS and Operations Hub.
Pipelines, deal stages, lifecycle stages, properties and permissions, set up from how your team actually works rather than from a default template.
From Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive, spreadsheets or nothing. Deduplicated and mapped before it lands, with a documented field mapping you keep.
The unglamorous part that decides whether anyone trusts the reporting. Done before migration rather than discovered afterwards.
Lead routing, follow-up sequences, internal notifications and lifecycle progression. Covered in depth on our marketing automation page.
Dashboards that answer what marketing spend produced what revenue, which is the reason to connect the two systems in the first place.
Your website forms, ad platforms, calendars, accounting, WhatsApp and whatever else already runs the business. Via native connectors where they exist and custom work where they do not.
Websites and landing pages on HubSpot CMS so marketing can edit without a developer. Detailed on our HubSpot CMS page under web.
Role-specific sessions for sales, marketing and service, plus documentation your team will actually open. Adoption measured afterwards rather than assumed.
Monthly work on what the portal is not yet doing, rather than a build-and-leave project. Most of the value in HubSpot arrives in year two if somebody keeps developing it.
Technology
The whole platform, plus the systems it has to talk to.
The platform itself.
Getting data in cleanly.
So it fits the business.
The reason to connect it all.
How we work
Process before configuration, clean data before migration, adoption before anybody calls it finished.
How your team actually sells and markets: the stages, what moves a deal between them, who owns what. Configuring first and asking later is how you get a portal nobody uses.
Deduplicated, normalised and mapped before anything moves. A documented field mapping you keep, so the next person can follow what happened.
Pipelines, properties, workflows, reporting and the integrations that connect HubSpot to the rest of your stack.
Role-specific training, documentation, then adoption measured — logged activity, deals progressed in-system, reports opened. Where adoption is poor we fix the process rather than blaming the team.
Why us
Because adoption is treated as the deliverable rather than as your problem after handover.
It is excellent and it is not cheap, and below a certain size a simpler CRM plus a genuine process beats it. A partner paid on your licence cannot easily give you that answer.
Built in your account with the field mapping and configuration documented. You can move to another agency without an archaeology project.
Attribution built so closed revenue traces back to the campaign that produced it. That link is the main commercial argument for the platform and the piece most often skipped.
Logged activity, deals progressing in-system and reports being opened, at thirty and ninety days. A portal nobody uses is a subscription, not a system.

Questions
Including the cost questions and whether you should buy something cheaper.
AED 18,000 to AED 150,000 covers most of what we are asked to build. The number moves on which hubs are in scope, whether data is migrating from another CRM and how messy it is, how many integrations, and whether ongoing optimisation is included. HubSpot licence fees are separate and paid to HubSpot. Anything quoted before those are known is a guess. We scope first, then price, and the scope document is yours whether or not you proceed. These are market ranges rather than a fixed rate card — the proposal carries the real figure.
It depends entirely on which hubs and which tier, and the honest warning is that the price scales with contact count and seats in ways that surprise people in year two. Get a projection at your expected contact volume rather than at today's, because the jump between tiers is where budgets break. HubSpot publish their pricing and we will model it against your numbers before you commit.
The core CRM genuinely is, with real limits. You get contacts, deals, tasks and basic email. What you do not get is automation, sequences, custom reporting or most of the things people actually want HubSpot for. It is a legitimate starting point for a small team and it is not the product being sold when someone says HubSpot.
Several, and for some businesses they are the right answer. Pipedrive and Zoho cost a fraction and do the sales pipeline well. What you lose is the marketing side being in the same system, which is the whole argument for HubSpot. If marketing and sales genuinely do not need to share data, you are paying for integration you will not use.
At the entry level usually yes, at enterprise scale often no, and the comparison is rarely like for like. Salesforce is more configurable and needs more specialist administration; HubSpot costs more up front and needs less ongoing expertise. The real cost difference for most Dubai mid-market companies is the administrator you do or do not have to hire.
We work in HubSpot daily across implementation, migration and ongoing optimisation, and we would rather point you at the work than at a badge. Partner tier is publicly listed in HubSpot's own directory, so if it matters to your procurement, check it there and ask us directly. We will give you a straight answer rather than putting a graphic on a page.
Yes, and the migration itself is usually the easy part. The hard part is deciding what not to bring: years of custom fields nobody uses, duplicate records and process that existed to work around a Salesforce limitation. We clean before we move.
Yes, and sometimes we recommend starting there. Setting up the free CRM properly and proving your team will use it before paying for automation is a sensible sequence, and very few partners will suggest it.
Four to twelve weeks for most mid-market implementations. A straightforward sales-only setup can be under a month. A multi-hub implementation with a messy migration and several integrations runs longer, and the migration is almost always what extends it.
Time from whoever owns the sales process, access to the current system, and one person who can make decisions. That last one matters most — implementations stall on unresolved process questions far more often than on technical problems.
Adoption first: are deals actually progressing in the system, is activity being logged, are the reports being opened. Then the commercial measure: can you now trace closed revenue back to the campaign that produced it. We check both at thirty and ninety days.
Yes, and it is a large share of what we do. We audit what is there, tell you honestly what needs rebuilding rather than patching, and give you the choice.

Next step
Tell us the problem rather than the platform. If HubSpot is not the right answer we will say so before you buy anything.
