Video & photography

Corporate headshots that match across the whole team

A leadership page where six people were photographed in six different places, in six different years, on six different backgrounds, tells a visitor something you did not intend. Consistency is the entire job, and it is an operational problem rather than a photographic one.

  • Consistent the whole team matches
  • 5 minutes per person, on site
  • Repeatable new joiners match later

Partners & recognition

The stack we work in, the clients we keep

The platforms we build and run campaigns in, and the clients whose numbers we publish with their names on. HubSpot is the one partnership we claim; the rest are tools we use, not badges.

  • The Reformery Clinic
  • Alma Laser
  • Roxana Aesthetics Clinic
  • Lamel
  • Dotline Studios

The problem

Six people, six different photographs

One is a cropped wedding photo. One was taken against a window. One is from a conference lanyard. Together they make a leadership team look assembled rather than led.

Why company photography drifts

  1. Everyone was photographed separately

Different photographers, different years, different backgrounds and lighting. No amount of retouching makes those match, and on a grid the difference is immediate.

  2. New joiners break the set

A consistent set was shot two years ago and nobody documented the setup. Every new hire is photographed differently, and within eighteen months the page is inconsistent again.

  3. It took too long per person

A session that needs twenty minutes per person cannot get through a company. People cancel, the shoot spreads over weeks, and half the team never gets done.

  4. People hate their photograph

Which means they replace it with something from their phone and the set breaks anyway. Most people are uncomfortable being photographed and getting a usable result quickly is a direction skill, not a lighting one.

What is included

What corporate photography covers here

Headshots first, because that is what the term overwhelmingly means, then the rest of what a company needs.

Team headshots on site

A repeatable setup brought to your office, running through the team at around five minutes each. Consistent background, lighting and crop across everybody.

Leadership portraits

More time and more consideration for the people who appear in press, reports and speaking profiles. Usually a separate session with a different treatment.

A documented setup for new joiners

The lighting positions, background, lens and crop written down, so someone photographed next year still matches. This is what stops the set drifting and it is almost never provided.

Office and workplace photography

Real spaces and real people working, for the website, careers pages and press. More useful than stock and considerably more credible.

Team and group shots

Departments and whole-company photographs, which are harder than they look at any size past about twelve people.

Environmental portraits

People in the place they actually work, which suits some brands far better than a plain background and reads as less corporate.

Retouching to an agreed level

Consistent and restrained. Agreed once so one person is not noticeably more retouched than the next, which is visible on a grid and awkward.

Delivery in every crop

Square, circle-safe, landscape and vertical, sized for your website, LinkedIn, presentations and press. Delivered together so nobody is cropping by hand later.

Technology

How we shoot a company

A portable, repeatable setup, because the point is that it can be reproduced.

Capture

Repeatable by design.

  • Portable studio lighting
  • Consistent background systems
  • Tethered capture
  • Fixed lens and crop per set

Direction

Because most people are uncomfortable.

  • On-camera direction
  • Immediate tethered review
  • Short sessions per person
  • Posing guidance for non-models

Consistency

So it survives new hires.

  • Written setup documentation
  • Measured light positions
  • Colour and crop specification
  • Reference frames archived

Delivery

Every crop, once.

  • Square and circle-safe crops
  • LinkedIn and web sizes
  • Print resolution files
  • Organised and named per person

How we work

How a company shoot runs

Set up once, move people through quickly, document it so it can be repeated.

Before the day

Background, crop, treatment and how formal. Decided once and applied to everyone, including the leadership team, so the set is coherent.

  • Background and crop agreed
  • Formality level decided
  • Retouch level agreed in advance
  • Reference frames approved before the day

One room, one setup

A room in your office turned into a repeatable studio. Lit and measured so it stays identical from the first person to the last.

  • Lighting measured and fixed
  • Same setup for everybody
  • Tethered review on screen
  • Schedule run in short slots

And direct properly

About five minutes per person, with direction and immediate review so nobody leaves worried about the result. The people who dread it most are the ones this matters for.

  • Around five minutes per person
  • Direction for people who are uncomfortable
  • Immediate review, reshoot if needed
  • Schedule built around their day, not ours

So it can be repeated

Every crop, named per person, plus the written setup so a new joiner next year matches the set rather than starting a new one.

  • All crops delivered together
  • Named and organised per person
  • Setup documented for future sessions
  • Reference frames handed over

Why us

Why this set will still match next year

Because the setup is documented rather than remembered.

One setup for the whole company

Including the leadership team. A consistent grid is worth more than any individual photograph being slightly better lit.

The setup is written down

Light positions, background, lens and crop, handed over. So the person who joins in eight months matches instead of starting the drift again.

Around five minutes a person

Which is what makes it possible to get through an entire company in a day or two rather than spreading it over weeks and losing half the team to cancellations.

Directed, not just photographed

Most people dislike being photographed and produce a poor result when left to themselves. Direction and immediate review is the difference, and it is a skill rather than equipment.

Questions

Corporate photography, answered plainly

Including how long it actually takes to photograph a company.

AED 3,500 to AED 25,000 covers most of what we are asked to build. The number moves on how many people, whether it is one location or several, whether leadership portraits and office photography are included, and how many days it needs. Anything quoted before those are known is a guess. We scope first, then price, and the scope document is yours whether or not you proceed. These are market ranges rather than a fixed rate card — the proposal carries the real figure.

Overwhelmingly, yes, and it is worth being direct about it. Every company ranking for this term in Dubai leads with headshots and portraits. If what you need is office photography, event coverage or product work, those are different briefs and we do them too, but the term itself means headshots to almost everyone using it.

Around five minutes each once the setup is running, including a quick review on screen. That pace is what makes photographing a whole company practical. Leadership portraits take longer because they are usually more considered and used more widely.

A significant number at five minutes each, and the real constraint is scheduling rather than shooting. We work with you on a slot schedule so people come down for a few minutes rather than waiting in a queue, which is what causes cancellations.

Yes, and it is usually the right answer. We bring a portable studio setup and need one room with a bit of space for a couple of hours to set up. It is far easier to get a whole company photographed in their own building than to send them to a studio.

This is why the documented setup matters. We record the lighting positions, background, lens and crop so a catch-up session weeks later still matches. Without that, latecomers start the inconsistency again.

We send a short guide beforehand: solid colours, avoid fine patterns which can shimmer on camera, and keep it consistent with how you would present to a client. We do not prescribe a uniform look unless you want one, and it is worth deciding rather than leaving to chance.

Restrained and consistent, agreed once and applied evenly. The failure mode to avoid is one person appearing noticeably more retouched than their colleagues, which is obvious on a grid and uncomfortable for everyone.

Usually yes, and it is efficient. Headshots in the morning while people are available, office and working photography in the afternoon. It needs planning so the spaces you want photographed are presentable at the right time.

Square, circle-safe for platforms that mask to a circle, landscape and vertical, at web and print resolution, named per person. Delivered together so nobody is cropping by hand for a press request later.

Yes, and we would encourage it as a standing arrangement rather than an occasional scramble. Because the setup is documented, a short session for a handful of new joiners produces photographs that match the original set.
