What we do

Local SEO, built on Google's three ranking factors

Local SEO in Dubai helps nearby customers find you when they search, then pick up the phone. Three things decide the order: relevance, distance and prominence. You can shape the first and the last, while distance is wherever your door happens to be.

  • Verified, accurate and kept up to date
  • Reviews earned fairly, answered in Arabic or English
  • Calls, directions and website clicks tracked

Google says there's no way to pay for a better local ranking. We don't sell one.

  1. Relevance: say exactly what you are

Local relevance starts with one primary category, the most specific one that's true. Your services follow, named the way customers say them, which is local keyword targeting at its plainest. Your website should agree in both languages. If teeth whitening is in your services but nowhere on your site, the signals clash.

  2. Distance: be found at your real address

Someone searching from an office in Downtown Dubai is unlikely to see a clinic in Dubai Silicon Oasis first, however polished it looks. Distance can't be bought, and faking it with a virtual address puts everything at risk. What you control is whether it's measured correctly, which means a pin on your real entrance and one page per branch.

  3. Prominence: a reputation people can see

Google says more reviews and good ratings can help your local ranking. Prominence is your local authority, and it covers consistent business information across directories and mentions of your business in local news and social media. Our SEO and PR work also earns backlinks from local sources such as a chamber or community event. None of it happens fast, and your rivals face the same wait.

How we work

How we run local SEO for Dubai businesses

Your local SEO strategy runs in four stages, and nothing changes until you've read our written findings. Each stage leaves you something to open and check, from the local audit to the monthly report.

A written check of every place you appear

Access comes first, because the login sometimes sits with a former employee or an old agency. You should hold primary ownership. Then we check Google, Apple, Bing and the UAE business directories for duplicates and a misplaced pin. Finally we compare you with the businesses beside you in the results.

  • Ownership and access confirmed
  • Duplicates and old addresses found
  • Pin checked against the entrance
  • Name, address and phone compared everywhere
  • Nearby rivals reviewed

Google Business Profile, fixed and filled in

We fill in the fields that matter: categories, services, attributes and the description. Photos show the entrance as a first-time visitor sees it, not a brochure render. Special hours go in before Ramadan and Eid, so nobody turns up to a locked door. Apple and Bing then get the same edits.

  • Categories cut to the most specific
  • Services and attributes completed
  • Special hours set before Ramadan and Eid
  • Duplicates merged or reported
  • Apple and Bing kept in step

A page and schema for every branch

Each branch gets its own page, and that's the page its listing points to. Local business schema goes on every one, code that describes the branch to search engines. A UTM tag lets your analytics report those visits as their own source. Arabic pages are written by a person and paired with their English versions.

  • On-page local SEO on every branch page
  • LocalBusiness schema per location
  • UTM tag for clean reporting
  • Arabic pages and hreflang pairs
  • Speed checked on a mid-range phone

Reviews, replies and a monthly report

We build the review request into the visit itself, so your team asks every customer, not only the happy ones. Replies go out in the reviewer's language. Each month you get a report in calls, direction requests and WhatsApp clicks, by branch. Rankings are checked from several spots nearby, because position changes from one street to the next.

  • Review request at the right moment
  • Replies in the reviewer's language
  • Calls, directions and clicks by branch
  • Position checked from several spots nearby
  • Next month's strategy agreed with you

How we use AI

Where AI helps, and where a person decides

01

Comparing every mention

AI lines up your name, address and phone number across local directories and flags inconsistent business information. Some mismatches hide well, such as a building spelt one way in Arabic and another in English. A person checks each flag before anything is edited.

02

Drafting replies and posts

Review replies and posts get a first draft from AI, in Arabic and English. A person then edits every line, and nothing goes out unread. That edit matters most on angry reviews, where one stock phrase can turn a bad visit into a public argument.

03

Building pages and schema

Software gives your schema and each page outline a faster first draft. Schema markup is unforgiving, since one misplaced bracket gets the whole block ignored. So a developer validates it, checks the internal linking and tests every page on a phone before launch.

04

Reading the month

Once a month, AI sorts your call, direction and review data. It spots patterns in local engagement that are easy to miss, such as a run of reviews mentioning parking at one branch. It doesn't set the strategy, because your team and ours do that together.

Stage 01 / 04

Why us

Why choose Adnika as your local SEO agency in Dubai

We're a web and digital marketing agency with offices in Dubai and Stockholm, working in Arabic and English.

Arabic and English from one team

Your Arabic keyword research, pages and review replies are checked line by line by a person, never left to a translation tool. An Arabic reply that reads as machine-made tells potential customers how much attention they'll get.

Nothing that risks a suspension

Keyword stuffing in business names does turn up in local results, and some of those names rank for a while. We won't put that risk on your business, and proven local SEO doesn't need it. No bought reviews, no review gating and no virtual offices. Suspensions are slow to undo, and your calls stop while you wait.

We know clinics and property firms

We've worked with clinics such as GMC and Roxana Aesthetics, and with real estate firms such as Arabland and Concept Plus. Separate practitioner pages and multi-branch set-ups are familiar ground. We don't publish ranking results for them, and we won't imply any.

Reported in calls, not screenshots

Result-driven local SEO shows up as calls and enquiries for each branch, logged in HubSpot CRM if you use it. The Adnika Dashboard: one live view of a client's ads, analytics and CRM data, with AI recommendations reviewed by the strategist. What you won't get is one flattering ranking, checked from the single spot where it looks good.

Capabilities in detail

Our local SEO services in Dubai, line by line

Every line below is a piece of work you can scope on its own. Your audit shows which belong in your strategy now and which can wait.

Google Business Profile optimisation in Dubai

Search your business name on your phone, and the panel that appears is where most people meet you first. Verification comes first, often with a short video of your signage. After that come a clear description, photos of your real entrance and holiday hours set early.

Categories, services and attributes

More categories won't help, and the rules say to use as few as possible, starting with the most specific one that's true. Services go in separately, in your customers' words. Attributes such as walk-ins or appointments only are small fields, and easy to skip.

Pins and Dubai addresses

Picture your pin on a tower's loading bay, or on the mall entrance furthest from your shop. Customers follow it, then phone you from the wrong side of the building. We check the pin against your Makani number, the code on your entrance plate. A plus code fills the gap where the address is vague.

Duplicates, ownership and suspensions

The business should own the account, and an agency should only ever be a manager on it. If an old agency or an ex-employee holds the keys, we help you request ownership back. Duplicates from a previous address get merged or reported. A suspension goes through the reinstatement process, and nobody can promise how that ends.

Google Maps results and the local pack

Most of this is a contest for the local pack, the few businesses shown in a box above the results. The local ranking algorithm weighs the three factors described above. Two people a few streets apart can see different businesses, so we check your position from several spots. Our Google Maps article explains how local rankings move.

Review requests that follow the rules

Ask when customers are most likely to say yes, and make it one tap. For a clinic that's often after a good appointment, and for a property firm it's the day the keys change hands. Google's fake engagement policy rules out paying for reviews, discount swaps and staff reviews. Inside those rules, ask every customer, every time.

Replying to reviews in Arabic and English

Reviews and reputation management start with answering each review in the language it was written in, and saying something specific. One template pasted under every review reads like nobody's home. Negative reviews get a calm public reply and an offer to talk offline. Reviews that break the rules are flagged through the proper process, though removal is Google's call.

Clinics, practitioners and property firms

Healthcare and property businesses work under rules most others never meet. Individual practitioners can be set up separately, which suits a polyclinic with several specialties. Replies can't confirm that someone is a patient, even a happy one. Your posts and offers are written with those rules in mind.

Landing pages for multi-location businesses

Every branch needs a genuine page of its own. Fill it with location-specific content: hours, parking, the landmark people navigate by and the services at that address. No copies that differ only by district name, and no 'near me' page for every neighbourhood. Our web design team builds them mobile-friendly and fast to load.

NAP consistency and UAE local citations

Your NAP (name, address and phone number) should read the same everywhere. Mismatched business information across online directories leaves everyone unsure which version is right. We set one format and use it on every site, down to chamber and sector business listings. That landline from your first office gets hunted down too.

Arabic and English local search

Arabic and English share one local market here, so your keyword research runs in both. Arabic typed in Latin letters is a different search again, with its own location-based keywords. Your Arabic pages are written by a person and paired with their English versions through hreflang. Your business name stays identical in both.

LocalBusiness schema on your website

Each branch page carries its own JSON-LD block with name, address, coordinates, hours and phone, using the most specific type, such as Dentist. That helps search engines read each location correctly. Self-serving review stars no longer show for local businesses, so don't expect them. For a whole-site check, see our SEO audits.

Apple Maps and Bing Places

Plenty of iPhone owners never open Google's app at all. Apple Business is where you claim the place card they see instead, and Bing Places can copy your details across, mistakes included. Setting them up is the easy part, and keeping all three identical every time your hours change is the real job.

Tracking calls, directions and clicks

Your Performance view shows calls, direction requests and bookings, but not foot traffic, so it's useful but partial. A UTM tag makes those visits show as their own source in your analytics, and WhatsApp clicks are tracked as events. Some calls will never trace back to a search, and transparent reporting says so.

Your details in generated answers

In some countries, Gemini now answers the questions the old Q&A section used to handle. Those answers lean on your details, photos and reviews, and often your site. Generated overviews can appear on searches for nearby businesses too. Neither can quote a detail that isn't there, so accurate attributes and descriptive reviews help.

One-off setup or ongoing management

Some businesses need a one-off clean-up of their pin, duplicates and old addresses. A single-branch shop with clean details is often one of them. Others need help managing local reviews and reporting month after month, like a polyclinic with several practitioners. If a one-off fix covers it, that's all we'll propose, and our SEO packages page shows how we scope wider work.

FAQ

Local SEO in Dubai: frequently asked questions

Cost usually comes up first, then whether you'll show up where you are. Here are straight answers to both, and to the questions that follow.

Local SEO is priced by scope here, so the useful answer is what moves the number. Branch count comes first, since one salon and a retail chain are different jobs. Then it's how messy your details are, how many pages need building and whether you need Arabic too. Be wary of local SEO packages priced before anyone has looked at your business or agreed a strategy.

Local SEO is the work of getting a business found by people nearby who need what it sells. Regular SEO focuses on whether a page can rank for a topic, while local SEO asks if you're the nearest credible answer. These are high-intent local searches, often made by someone ready to call or visit. Small businesses with one branch can benefit from local SEO as much as a chain.

A complete service covers set-up, categories, review requests and replies, local citations, location pages and reporting. Ours adds Arabic and English, with Apple and Bing kept in step. Technical SEO and local link building sit in our wider SEO programme. We'll still flag on-page SEO problems if they're holding you back.

Results arrive in layers, and nobody can honestly promise a date. A corrected pin or category can register once your details are re-read, while reviews and citations build slowly. Competition matters too, and a busy district like DIFC is harder than a quiet one. So instead of a date, you get a monthly trend in calls and direction requests.

Make it complete and accurate, starting with the most specific business category, your real services and correct hours. Current photos help, and so do reviews you've answered. Posting every week won't lift your local search visibility while the category is wrong, so fix that first.

We can work on everything you control, but distance isn't one of those things. When someone searches in Deira, they mostly see businesses near Deira, because these are location-based searches. To help your business rank higher, fix the category, pin and hours first. Then build a steady run of reviews you've answered.

Nobody can, because Google says there's no way to request or pay for a better local ranking. Positions also shift with where each person stands. So be wary of firms promising to dominate local search results, and ask which street they measured from.

Ask every customer at the right moment with a one-tap request, and offer nothing in return. A QR code at reception works, and so does a short message after the visit. Asking only the people you're sure are happy is review gating, which isn't allowed. Then reply to every review, the critical ones first.

Choose on method and candour, not the size of the promises. If you searched 'local SEO Dubai' to find this page, you've met plenty of SEO companies saying the same thing. Ask who will own the account afterwards (it should be you), what gets fixed first and how results get reported. Stuffed names and bought reviews are red flags at any local SEO company, so get the answers in writing.

Each branch needs its own verified listing, its own page and an accurate pin. For clinic groups, the strategy can add separate practitioners too. What doesn't work is a stack of near-identical pages, one per district with only the name swapped. Those can be treated as doorway pages under the spam rules.

Only as a service-area business, and only where you genuinely serve customers. That's a business that travels to its customers within a specific geographic area, like an AC repair firm, so its address stays hidden. Adding a district doesn't mean your business appears there, because distance still counts. A Business Bay plumber covering Mirdif is fine, but a fake office in every district isn't.

Yes, they're the same product under a newer name. Two later changes catch people out: messaging was switched off, and the Q&A section has gone too. If someone still sells you either feature, ask why.

Yes. Arabic and English are handled by the same team, so your two versions don't drift apart. Reviews get answered in the reviewer's language, because an English reply under an Arabic review looks like nobody read it. Each language gets its own written pages, and the strategy usually starts with whichever brings most of your enquiries.

We judge success by measurable results: calls, direction requests and bookings, by branch. The built-in numbers can't tell which visits became enquiries, so we connect them to your analytics and CRM. If one branch gets plenty of direction requests but few bookings, that's worth a look. Positions come last, checked from several spots, never only from your office.

Yes, because those answers read the same details, reviews and citations you'd be fixing anyway. Generated overviews can turn up when people look for a nearby service. Thin or contradictory details leave them little to say, or let them say the wrong thing, such as last year's opening hours. A good local SEO strategy now has two readers.

You rarely have to pick one, because they do different jobs. Ads buy a place at the top of the page today, and it's gone the moment the budget stops. Well-kept local listings keep bringing local traffic between campaigns, and fixing them helps your ads too. Our SEO and PPC comparison on the blog goes deeper.

On its own, it can get you found, but your website has its own role in local SEO. Website content gives the algorithm more to match, and it holds what people check before visiting, like parking or the doctor's name. Without one, a single panel carries your whole online presence. Most of those checks happen on mobile devices, so speed counts too.

Only if it's part of your real-world name, the one on your signage. Adding a district or a service keyword that isn't there breaks the rules. Competitors can report it, and businesses get suspended for it. If the word is on your sign, it's fine, and if not, leave it off.

Briefly and politely, without confirming that the reviewer is a patient or mentioning any treatment, even one they named themselves. Thank them, invite them to call and take the detail offline. Don't add offers or promises either. A short, human reply builds more trust with the next reader than a long defence.

Yes, they're worth the small extra effort. Most iPhones open an address in Apple's own app by default, and Apple's business platform costs nothing. Bing can copy your details across. The hard part is upkeep, because if you update Google and forget Apple, someone drives to a closed shutter.
