Landing page design services in Dubai, from ad click to your CRM

Your Google Ads, Meta, email or launch campaign in Dubai gets a page that keeps the ad's promise. It asks for one action, nothing more. Our landing page development covers what decides the lead: spam-protected forms, GA4 tracking, leads sent into HubSpot or your CRM, and Arabic and English versions your team can edit.

  • +73% GMC leads, across our whole engagement
  • 98 Avg PageSpeed across client sites
  • AR/EN Arabic and English delivery

Platforms and clients

Landing page development on the platforms your team already runs

Your page is built where your marketers already work: WordPress, HubSpot CMS or Storyblok. They'll handle the edits after launch.

  • German Medical Center
  • The Reformery Clinic
  • Alma Laser
  • Roxana Aesthetics Clinic
  • Lamel
  • Dotline Studios

What we do

Landing page design and development for one offer and one action

Our landing page development in Dubai starts from one rule: every campaign gets its own page, built around a single offer. Say your ad promises a free consultation and the click lands on a homepage listing ten services. People drift off. You've still paid for every click.

  • Message match: the page repeats what the ad promised
  • Short forms that filter spam before it reaches sales
  • Arabic and English versions, each on its own URL

Every extra link on the page is an exit you paid for.

  1. Say what the ad said

Message match, the page repeating your ad's offer and wording, decides whether a click was worth buying. If someone tapped 'free consultation', those exact words belong in your headline. Google rates your page too, as one of three parts of Quality Score (its estimate of the quality of your ads, keywords and pages). You get one CTA, or call-to-action, repeated down the page, and no competing CTAs to pull people sideways. There's no menu to wander into.

  2. Leads that reach a person

A lead doesn't count until someone on your team can call it. So your form asks only for what sales actually uses, often just a name and a phone number. Most spam gets filtered out before anyone sees it. Your reports record a lead only after a submission goes through. Then the lead reaches sales with its campaign source attached.

  3. Yours to edit and duplicate

German Medical Center's campaign landing pages were rebuilt as native, editable Elementor widgets. Built that way, a page isn't a one-off. Your next campaign starts as a copy of the last one. Your team swaps the offer and the photo, then publishes, with no blank brief and no developer queue. HubSpot CMS modules do the same job. On a busy calendar, so does a headless build (content edited in one system, pages served from another).

How we work

How we design landing pages, step by step

Your page follows a step-by-step path: the one a lead takes from the ad to your sales team. Each stage of the design process needs your sign-off. By launch day, you'll have watched a test lead reach the people who'll call it.

Landing page creation starts with the ad

Send the ad copy or keyword list first. Your page gets written backwards from it. The brief pins down the offer and the one action you want. Success is defined as a GA4 key event (the action your reports count as a win). You'll also agree where leads go and who answers them, which sounds obvious until nobody does. Then the languages: English, Arabic or both.

  • Ad copy or keyword list in hand
  • The offer, the audience and one action
  • Success defined as a key event
  • Who answers the leads, and how fast

Phone-width layout first, colour later

Paid traffic often arrives on a phone, so the wireframe starts at phone width. You'll see your headline set against the ad text, side by side. Copy comes in each language you need. Proof and a short FAQ, which help users decide, sit near the one button that matters. Then you sign off a Figma design in your brand's colours before anything's built.

  • Drawn at phone width first
  • Headline checked against the ad
  • Proof and FAQ near the main button
  • Figma design for your sign-off

Wired up, then tested in each language

Your page is built in the CMS your team will edit. Your form gets spam protection, and every conversion event fires only on a successful submission. QA (quality assurance) checks every language version on mobile. Then there's the check people skip. A test lead goes all the way into your CRM, and nobody presses publish until it's there.

  • Built where your team will edit
  • Spam protection on every form
  • Conversions tied to real submissions
  • Form fields mapped end to end

Live with the campaign, then duplicated

The page goes live with your campaign, and someone checks the first leads where sales see them. It's cheaper to spot a missing field on day one than in week six. A/B variants come once traffic allows. Then your team gets a handover, so it can copy the page without us.

  • Live on the same day as the ads
  • First real leads checked by a person
  • A/B variants once traffic allows
  • Handover so your team edits alone

How we use AI

Where AI speeds up the work, and where people decide

01

Reading the ad and the data

AI does the reading first: your ad copy, the search terms report and whatever pages your competitors send clicks to. Out comes a rough brief. What do rivals promise? What do buyers object to? A strategist works through it with you and picks the offer and the angle. That call rests on your margins and your sales team, which no draft can see.

02

Headline and copy options

How many ways can you say 'book a free consultation'? Plenty, and AI lists them fast, plus a rough first pass of the copy in both languages. Nothing ships as is. A writer rewrites the keepers in your brand's voice and holds each line up against your ad. The Arabic? A person reviews it before you do, because machine Arabic reads like a translation.

03

Testing forms and events

Submitting the same form for the twentieth time is exactly when testers start missing things. So AI drafts the test scripts. They send dummy leads through every language version of your page and check that each event fired and each field arrived where it should. A developer reads every script before it runs. And if a single lead goes missing, the launch waits.

04

Watching the first leads

Once the page is live, AI helps comb the form reports for patterns a busy inbox (or a dashboard nobody opens) hides: a spam wave from one country, say, or a field half your visitors skip. It flags. It doesn't decide, and there's no AI-powered autopilot editing your page overnight. Your team and ours look at the same leads and agree what changes, if anything.

Stage 01 / 04

Why us

Why choose Adnika as your landing page design agency in Dubai

Adnika's team has 15+ years behind it, 99+ projects delivered and 140+ brands grown, with offices in Dubai and Stockholm. Here's what that means for your campaign.

A result with a name on it

German Medical Center saw +73% leads and 2x conversions with Adnika. Those figures cover the whole engagement, so don't credit the landing pages alone. Why lead with it, then? Because you can check it. The case study is published and you can read it yourself, which is more than any 'happy clients' counter lets you do.

Pages your marketers can run

Can your marketers change a headline without filing a ticket? GMC's campaign pages, for one, were rebuilt as native, editable Elementor widgets. Put the same question to every agency you're comparing. If the answer's no, each small change joins a developer's queue, and your campaign won't wait for it.

From the ad to your pipeline, one plan

Leads often go missing in the gap between your ad and your sales pipeline, because nobody owns it. On the Concept Plus Real Estate and Arabland websites, a WordPress plugin pushes website leads back into Goyzer. Those are full sites rather than campaign pages. Same plumbing, though.

Arabic landing pages, down to the numbers

Mirroring an English page doesn't make it Arabic. Your page gets a right-to-left (RTL) layout and a font drawn for the script, and letter-spacing comes off, since it pulls joined letters apart. Phone numbers stay left to right, or the +971 ends up at the wrong end of the line. Tiny details. Visitors still notice when they're wrong.

Capabilities in detail

What our landing page design services include

The service runs from your headline to the moment a lead reaches sales. A quick English-only test needs a handful of these; a bilingual search launch feeding your pipeline needs most of them.

Google Ads and PPC landing pages

A page for each ad group usually beats a page per campaign. If someone searched 'teeth whitening Dubai', those words (or close to them) should be in the headline they land on. Google scores that relevance when it rates your ad, and drift costs you on every click. Bids and budgets? Those stay with our Google Ads management team.

Landing pages for Meta ads

Meta traffic is mostly cold. Someone scrolling Instagram wasn't looking for your brand five seconds ago, and your page will probably open inside the app's own browser rather than Safari or Chrome. So the offer has to make sense before you ask for anything. Social proof (a short testimonial, a client logo) goes above the form, where it builds trust before the ask. The ads themselves are run by our social team.

Launch, event and email campaign pages

A marketing campaign with an end date needs a page with an exit plan. Think of pages designed around an ecommerce sale, a product launch, a SaaS free trial, an event or an off-plan real estate release. Once it's over, the page switches off or waits quietly for next year. Email campaigns are the easiest to match. You wrote the email, after all.

Arabic landing pages

Your Arabic page should get its own URL. Then an Arabic ad lands on Arabic, not on an English page with a little toggle in the corner. The layout mirrors right to left, arrows and other directional icons included, while logos and play buttons stay as they are. Building a whole bilingual website instead? That's a different job, and it belongs to our Arabic & multilingual websites service.

Landing page copy that matches the ad

The copy starts from your ad and the searches behind it, so the headline answers the question people actually typed. Every claim has to be one you can back up. If you can't prove 'the UAE's favourite', it stays out. A person edits each language, and you approve every line. Got copy already? We'll tighten it for match and length rather than start over.

Mobile-first design and UX

Pages designed on a 27-inch monitor flatter themselves. A phone held in one hand on the metro is far less forgiving. So your design starts at phone width, and every control in the user interface (UI) has to work for a thumb. Can someone finish your form one-handed? That's what user-friendly means here. Your brand assets carry over untouched, and responsive design scales the page up to desktop afterwards.

Forms with spam protection

Say your B2B form asks for budget and job title, and sales only ever calls the phone number. Cut the rest. A honeypot field (a hidden box people never see but bots happily fill in) and server-side checks stop most spam. One rule doesn't bend: a speed plugin can delay scripts until a visitor first interacts, but never the form script on a lead page. Otherwise the form just sits there, dead, until someone taps.

Leads straight into HubSpot or your CRM

Leads parked in a shared inbox go cold fast, sometimes by the afternoon. On HubSpot, the form hands each lead over natively. Other systems get a mapped integration through REST APIs and webhooks. Either way, every lead keeps the campaign source from your ad links, so sales can see where it came from. Need a bespoke connector? That's bigger work, and it goes to our CRM & system integration service.

GA4, Google Ads and Meta conversion tracking

Count button clicks and you'll count mistakes as well: double taps, and forms that failed validation and never sent. So the GA4 key event fires on a successful submission, and Google Ads and Meta take their signal from that same moment. Tidy reports are the small win. The bigger one is bidding, because both platforms learn from whatever you tell them to count. Feed them a sloppy signal and they'll buy you more sloppy clicks.

Mobile speed and Core Web Vitals

Our client sites average 98 on Google PageSpeed. For a single page, though, the targets that count are Google's own: LCP (main content visible) within 2.5 s, INP (the lag after a tap) within 200 ms and CLS (how much things jump) at 0.1 or less. Google grades those on data from real visitors, which is why nobody can promise a pass before launch.

WordPress and Elementor landing pages

Already on WordPress? Then that's where the page belongs. German Medical Center's campaign landing pages were rebuilt as native, editable Elementor widgets, and the same rule applies to yours: whatever your marketers will change gets built as a native widget. Code is kept for the form embed and the styling. Nobody should need a developer to fix a typo in a headline.

HubSpot CMS and headless builds

If your marketing already lives in HubSpot, build the page in HubSpot CMS and your forms and reports stay under one login. The other route is headless. Storyblok holds the words and images while an Astro front end serves the page. Worth the extra setup? Mostly when one template has to turn out dozens of variants, say a page per service in two languages.

A/B-ready variants

Which change moved the number, the new headline or the shorter form? If one test changed both, you'll never know. So sections are built to duplicate, and each variant changes a single thing. Every variant reports its own events, too. That's the groundwork for A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. Running the test programme is a job for our A/B testing team.

Landing page redesign

When a page gets plenty of clicks but poor conversion rates, hold off on redrawing it. Check the ad and the form first; the leak is often a headline that drifted from the ad, or a form that asks too much. Fixing that is landing page optimisation, and it's cheaper than starting again. If a rebuild really is due, the new page gets built to convert, starting from your offer.

SEO for evergreen pages

Some landing pages are meant to rank. An evergreen website landing page, say for a service you sell all year round, gets a proper title and structured data (JSON-LD), plus hreflang tags pairing each language version with its twin. Pages that only run on ads are different. They're kept out of Google's index on purpose.

One page or a campaign set

Scope mostly comes down to one choice. A startup testing one offer on one audience needs a single page, and that's it. Three offers in two languages is a campaign set: one scalable master template with six variants built from it. Comparing quotes? Count the variants, since each one needs its own copy and its own tracking checks.

FAQ

Landing page design in Dubai: frequently asked questions

Cost and timing usually come up first, so both sit near the top. The rest covers languages, ads, lead handling and what happens after launch.

The cost of a landing page depends on its scope, and you'll get a written quote once the brief is clear. What moves the number? Pages and variants, first of all. After that come languages, whether we write the copy, the platform, how deep the CRM integration goes and how much tracking you need. One English page is a small job. Two languages and four offers is a different conversation. Our web design pricing page explains how quotes work.

A landing page design service should cover everything between your ad and your sales team. Ours starts with a brief built from the ad. Copy and a phone-first design come next, then the build. The less glamorous parts decide whether leads arrive: forms with spam protection and tracking that only counts real submissions, plus one test lead walked all the way through to sales. Only need the build? That's fine too.

A landing page has one job: getting visitors from a single campaign to take a single action. A website has dozens. Your homepage is talking to clients and job seekers at once (and the odd supplier), while the page behind your ad talks to one person with one question, which is why it usually has no main menu. And a single-page website? That's something else, a whole site squeezed onto one scroll.

Sign-offs decide how long a landing page takes, far more than design and build do. Copy approval sets the pace. After that it's the second language, and waiting for access to your ad accounts (it's nearly always the ad accounts). Want it faster? Send the ad copy and the offer with your brief and name one person who can say yes. Your campaign date won't move, so we plan backwards from it.

Yes, ChatGPT or a free template in a page builder can get something live this afternoon, and for a quick test that's fine. Whether it brings in leads is another question. That depends on the offer and how closely the page matches the ad, plus tracking that fires on real submissions and a form bots can't flood. No builder checks any of that for you. Already have a draft? It might only need wiring up.

We do, and each Arabic version is built as its own page, right to left, so someone who clicked an Arabic ad lands in Arabic. The typeface is chosen for the script; numbers still run left to right. Every line gets read by a person before it goes live. Does every UAE campaign need both languages? Not always. That's your audience's call.

Yes, and the two shouldn't share a page, because people arrive from them in different moods. Someone on Google typed a question, so your headline answers it in close to their own words. Someone on Facebook was watching a friend's holiday video a second ago and owes you nothing; for them, proof goes first and the form stays short. Both pages count one moment, a successful submission, which lets GA4 compare the channels fairly.

Pages that convert well start with an offer worth the visitor's time. Design matters, just less than most people expect. Next, check the message match with the ad and how fast the page loads on a phone. Proof should sit near the form, and the form should have as few fields as sales can live with. Every element that doesn't help someone decide is a candidate for deletion. Even the best landing page can't rescue a weak offer, though.

Pick an agency that can show you a named result you can check, and that can explain exactly what happens to a lead after the form. Then ask the awkward questions. Who edits the page once it's live? Where do leads go after spam is filtered out? If you need a right-to-left version, how is it built? Whichever landing page design company you choose, keep the logins in your own name.

Off-plan launches are a natural fit for this work, as long as the leads reach your agents while the buyer still cares. The plumbing for that already exists on two client sites. On the Concept Plus Real Estate and Arabland websites, a WordPress plugin syncs listings from Goyzer every hour and pushes website leads back into it. Those are full websites rather than launch pages, but a launch page needs exactly the same connection.

Yes, without a developer, and that's the whole reason to build where your team already works. German Medical Center's campaign pages, for example, were rebuilt as native, editable Elementor widgets. On a headless build, Storyblok gives your editors the same control. So your next campaign doesn't start from a blank screen. It starts as a copy of your last successful landing page.

Each lead goes straight into your CRM, tagged with the campaign it came from, unless an ad blocker strips the tracking (some will). HubSpot forms do this natively. Other systems connect through an API or a webhook (an automatic message fired the moment a form is submitted); Goyzer is one we've connected on client websites. 'Seamless' is an easy word to promise. So before launch, a test lead runs the whole route while you watch.

Spam form submissions get stopped in layers, starting with checks your visitors never see. A hidden honeypot field catches the lazy bots. Server-side checks then look at what was actually sent (on HubSpot forms, HubSpot's own spam filter handles that bit). A visible challenge, the 'click every bus' kind, only comes in if those fail, because it annoys real people too. Why bother with all this? Spam buries your qualified leads, and if your ad account counts it, bidding goes looking for more of it.

The main conversion is a successful form submission, logged as a GA4 key event. Google Ads and the Meta pixel count that same moment, usually a thank-you page loading or a confirmed submit. Why not count button clicks? A click also counts the person whose form failed. One small detail: thank-you pages are kept out of Google, so stray search visits can't inflate the count.

We'll write the copy in English, Arabic or both, starting from your ad and your offer. Our website content team does the writing, and nothing goes live until you've signed off every line. Prefer your own copywriter? Fine by us. We'll build the page around their words and flag any line that wanders away from what the ad promised.

A landing page needs SEO only if it's meant to be found in Google, and most paid campaign pages aren't. Those carry a noindex tag, telling Google to leave them out of its index. Otherwise you can end up with five near-identical pages competing with your own service page. An evergreen page that should rank gets the full treatment, from a proper title to hreflang tags linking its language versions. Where it lands in the results is still Google's call.

We can redesign it, though a struggling landing page often needs a fix rather than a rebuild. Start with the evidence: the ad it serves and what the traffic data says. Then try the form on a phone. A slow first load can sink a page that looks perfectly fine, and so can an offer buried below the fold; neither needs a new design. If it's the whole site that's underperforming, website redesign is a separate service.

If you'd like us to stay on after launch, yes. It starts with a person reading the first leads as they arrive, which is how a broken field gets caught while the campaign is still young. Once there's enough traffic to read a result, A/B tests compare conversion rates one change at a time. Plenty of smaller campaigns never reach that point, and that's fine. Judge those by how many leads sales actually calls back.

No. Nobody can honestly guarantee more leads from a page, since the offer is yours and the traffic comes from your ads. What you can fairly ask for is evidence. Ours: German Medical Center saw +73% leads and 2x conversions with Adnika, across the whole engagement rather than from the pages alone. Your return on investment (ROI) hangs on the offer and the media spend as much as on the page. Anyone quoting a number upfront is guessing.
