AI SEO services in Dubai, built for how AI search reads you

AI search optimisation for Dubai businesses, so Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, ChatGPT and Perplexity can reach your pages and find accurate facts to quote. Our AI SEO services set crawler access bot by bot and align your business details in English and Arabic. You also get dated evidence of what the answers say about you.

  • 15+ years of experience
  • 140+ brands grown
  • AR/EN Arabic and English delivery

Where should AI search find you?

A senior person reads this and replies within one working day. No call centre, no drip sequence.

What we do

What AI SEO means, and what your business needs

AI SEO is the practice of making a business easy for AI search (Google's AI Overviews, ChatGPT search, Perplexity) to read and quote without mangling the facts. It also goes by AI search optimisation, SEO for AI or LLM SEO (after large language models). Its other meaning, using AI inside SEO work, is covered below.

  • Crawler access checked bot by bot
  • The same facts on your site, profile and directories
  • AI visibility measured with dated evidence

Nobody can promise an AI citation. We work on the reasons you get skipped.

  1. Being the answer (AEO)

'Which free zone suits a two-person trading company?' A founder types that, and Google may answer before anyone clicks. Answer engine optimisation (AEO) is the work of making your page the source of that answer, whether it appears as an AI Overview (Google's AI-written summary), a featured snippet, a People Also Ask box or a spoken reply. Most of it comes down to structure and plain answers. Our AEO page covers the method.

  2. Being cited or recommended (GEO)

An AI answer can name your company and never link to you. It can also link to your article, then recommend somebody else. Generative engine optimisation (GEO) deals with both: being the source that AI engines such as ChatGPT search, Perplexity, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot cite, and the business they suggest when buyers ask for a shortlist. Those suggestions often reflect what other sites say about you, so the work reaches past your own pages. Our GEO page goes deeper.

  3. The groundwork both depend on

Start with a blunt question: can the bot fetch the page at all? If a firewall turns away OAI-SearchBot (OpenAI's search crawler), or your services list only appears after JavaScript runs, no rewrite will help. After access comes identity: one set of facts about your business, the same on your site, profiles and directories, in Arabic and English. Structured data (code that labels those facts for search engines) then cuts the guesswork.

How we work

Our AI SEO process, from crawler access to AI visibility

Before an assistant can quote your page, a system has to fetch it and work out who you are. Only then does it look for a passage worth lifting. Your project runs in that order and ends with measurement you can check.

Let the right AI crawlers in

Your robots.txt (the file telling crawlers what they may fetch) sets rules per user agent, the name a bot announces. We read it, then check what it can't show: CDN or firewall rules that may refuse a bot first, and whether your text sits in the HTML before JavaScript runs. Blocking a training crawler won't take you out of AI search. Blocking a search crawler can.

  • Googlebot: Search, AI Overviews, AI Mode
  • Google-Extended token: Gemini use, not Search
  • OAI-SearchBot: ChatGPT search results
  • GPTBot: OpenAI model training only
  • PerplexityBot: Perplexity search index

One version of your facts, everywhere

AI systems build a picture of your business from many sources. To them, it's an entity (one thing they can identify), and mismatched details blur it. Say your trade licence shows one name, your Google Business Profile another, and a directory still lists the free-zone office you left. Which should an answer trust? Name, description, services and contact details get aligned on every profile you control, in both languages.

  • Business name and description, word for word
  • Google Business Profile categories and services
  • Directory and social profiles aligned
  • Organization and LocalBusiness schema
  • Arabic and English names that match

Pages AI search can quote from

A passage is easier to quote when it makes sense on its own, without the paragraph before it. So your headings use the words buyers type, the answer comes straight after, and every claim is one a reader could check: service areas, licence types, named projects, dates. Comparisons go in tables. FAQs match their schema exactly.

  • Headings in the words people ask
  • The answer before the background
  • Claims a reader could check
  • Comparison tables where buyers compare
  • FAQs that match their schema

Measuring AI visibility with a prompt log

Measurement starts with a prompt log: a fixed set of buyer questions, run by hand or with a tracking tool and saved with the date and the answer. GA4 (Google Analytics 4) then shows visits from perplexity.ai, chatgpt.com, copilot.microsoft.com and gemini.google.com, though some arrive labelled 'direct'. Search Console fills in the Google side, with a known gap around AI Overviews. It's a sample, and your report says so.

  • Dated prompt log, same prompts each time
  • GA4 referrals from AI assistants
  • Search Console limits stated plainly
  • Reports that include what didn't move

How we use AI

How we use AI tools in SEO, and where people take over

01

Question and prompt research

Say you're a JLT distributor selling industrial valves. Your buyers could put hundreds of questions to an assistant, and sorting them by hand is slow going. AI tools are quick at it: they group the queries and People Also Ask questions into clusters, then suggest prompts a buyer might type. Which clusters match what you sell, and which are noise? A strategist decides that.

02

First drafts of answers

Left alone, AI models will state a wrong opening hour as calmly as a right one. That's why AI only drafts here. It might rough out FAQ answers, meta descriptions or the text that goes into schema; an editor then rewrites the draft and checks each fact against your own records. If a person hasn't checked it, it doesn't ship.

03

Schema and crawl checks

Crawl exports can run to thousands of rows, and one bad line in a crawler rules file hides easily among the good ones. AI takes the first pass through all of that, and drafts JSON-LD (the code that carries structured data) from what's on the page. Nothing goes live until a developer has tested it, because Google expects markup to match what visitors can see.

04

Watching the answers

After launch, the same prompts run again on a set schedule, and AI summarises what dozens of answers say. Someone still reads the answers themselves, since a summary can skip the one sentence that matters. Which sources changed? What's the next fix? We decide that with you. If you want a label, that's AI-powered SEO: the software reads faster, and people make the call.

Stage 01 / 04

Why us

Why choose Adnika as your AI SEO agency in Dubai

Anyone can call themselves an AI SEO expert, so ask for specifics. Ours start with 15+ years of experience and offices in Dubai and Stockholm.

Dated evidence, even when nothing moves

Your report shows what the assistants said: the prompt, the date, the answer and the sources behind it. Had a flat month? It gets reported as flat, along with our best guess at why and what we'll change. One screenshot proves very little, because answers shift with the wording and the day. A trend is harder to argue with.

Candid about weak signals, our own included

We publish an llms.txt (a plain-text summary of the company for language models) and still wouldn't count on it: as signals go, it's a weak one. Our robots.txt allows every crawler, while our CDN turns training-only bots such as GPTBot away and lets search crawlers through. That gap is why we check both on your site.

Arabic and English, researched separately

Buyers don't phrase Arabic questions as translations of the English ones, so we research them in Arabic. Names and facts are different: those have to match exactly in both languages. Picture an English page listing three branches while the Arabic one still says two. An assistant reading both is left guessing which is right.

AI SEO that builds on traditional SEO

Google's AI results are built on the same index that ranks your pages. So technical SEO and content still matter most, along with the rankings you've already earned. As for us: 140+ brands grown, 99+ projects delivered. All 7 of our published case studies name the client, so you can check the work yourself.

Start a projectA URL and a few buyer questions are enough to start.

Capabilities in detail

What our AI SEO services include

Pick any of these on their own. The readiness audit near the end of the list is where you find out which ones your site needs, and in what order.

AI crawler access, bot by bot

Robots.txt is only half of it. The file says who's welcome; your CDN or firewall decides who gets through, and the two can disagree. Bingbot matters more than people expect, since Microsoft Copilot draws on the Bing index. ChatGPT-User and Perplexity-User are different again: they fetch a page because a person asked for it, and may not follow the file at all.

AEO: being the answer

Google has four ways to answer a question itself: AI summaries, featured snippets, People Also Ask boxes and voice replies. The words usually come from a page that already ranks well for that question, so ranking matters as much as phrasing. Our answer engine optimization page has the method, down to how we track who owns each answer.

GEO: being cited in AI answers

Who gets suggested when someone asks an assistant for a fit-out contractor near Al Quoz? Generative engine optimization is about being in that reply, as a cited source or a named recommendation, in ChatGPT search, Perplexity, Gemini or Copilot. A lot of it happens off your site, in whatever sources those answers pick up. Citation monitoring and the rest of the detail have their own page.

Google AI Overviews and AI Mode

No special file or tag gets a page into Google's AI features. AI Mode (Google's chat-style search) and the AI summaries above the results both work from Google's index, so a page must be indexed and eligible for a snippet first. The controls are the standard ones: nosnippet, data-nosnippet and max-snippet limit what Google can show, and noindex removes the page entirely. Use them knowingly; they cut snippets in traditional search and AI features alike.

Entity clarity across the web

One sentence, copied everywhere. Write a one-line description of what you do and where, then paste it unchanged into your site, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, the main UAE directories and Wikidata, if you already have an entry there. It's dull work, and also the cheapest fix on this list and the easiest to skip.

Structured data (JSON-LD)

On its own, structured data won't buy a ranking or a citation. It does help AI systems read your facts without guessing, though. The usual set is Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList and Article with a named author, and every value has to match what's visible on the page. Star ratings you've given yourself? Out. Google doesn't show stars for those anyway.

Passage-ready content

Mostly, this is editing work on pages you already have. Plenty of service pages open with company history and leave the answer for paragraph four. We move it up, under a heading phrased the way buyers ask, and add a detail only you'd know: which emirates you cover, say, or what a typical job includes. New articles only come in where a question has no page at all.

Citable facts on your own pages

'Trusted by leading brands' leaves an assistant nothing to repeat. 'Campaign landing pages for German Medical Center, rebuilt as editable Elementor widgets' does, because it names the client and the work. Your pages get the same treatment: service areas, licences, dates and named projects, each one checkable.

Prompt and question research

Prompts read like a message to a colleague: 'we're a small clinic in Jumeirah, which booking software handles Arabic?' Keyword tools barely register those, so the research starts elsewhere. People Also Ask is one source and your Search Console queries are another. The questions your front desk answers by phone are often the best of the lot. All of it ends up as a fixed prompt set you can rerun on a schedule.

Arabic and English AI search

Translation isn't research. Arabic searchers phrase questions their own way; plenty mix dialect with Modern Standard Arabic, and some type Arabic in Latin letters. That's why the Arabic prompt set gets built in Arabic, from scratch. Then comes the plumbing: hreflang (the tag telling search engines which language version to show) and an Arabic business name that matches on Google Business Profile and every directory.

Reviews and third-party mentions

Assistants lean on what other people publish about you: Google reviews, directories, press coverage, industry lists, the odd forum thread. So the work is unglamorous. Real customers get asked for reviews, and the lists covering your category get checked for your facts. Anyone offering to write reviews for you is selling a risk. Link building plays a smaller part, and it's selective: nothing gets bought in bulk.

Pages readable without JavaScript

Try this: open one of your service pages with JavaScript switched off. If the services or FAQ answers vanish, some AI crawlers will see the same gap, because not all of them run scripts the way Googlebot does. The fix is server-rendered or static HTML, which search engines and AI crawlers can both read. Tabs and accordions can stay, as long as their content sits in the page source.

AI visibility tracking and reporting

Every round of tracked prompts ends in a short note: which ones produced an AI citation and who appeared instead. It also says what changed since last time, even if that's nothing. GA4 gets a channel group for AI referrals, so visits from chatgpt.com (often tagged utm_source=chatgpt.com) stop hiding inside 'referral' or 'unassigned'.

An AI search readiness audit

Start here if you can't tell which of these apply to you. The audit runs five checks: crawler access, entity consistency, structured data, passage-ready content and measurement. You get the findings as an ordered fix list, with a short AI SEO strategy attached. Expect some plain technical SEO problems too. A staging site that's still indexed is a classic, and so are canonical tags pointing the wrong way.

One-off fixes or a monthly retainer

Whether you need one-off fixes or a retainer depends on what the audit finds. A blocked crawler or mismatched profiles make a fix list: do it once, check it, stop. Shortlist answers ('which logistics firms in Jebel Ali handle cold storage?') keep shifting, so ongoing prompt tracking and content work make more sense there. Our SEO packages page compares phased work with a flat retainer.

FAQ

AI SEO services in Dubai: frequently asked questions

Cost and guarantees tend to come up first. Both are answered below, along with crawlers, measurement, Arabic and how to choose an agency.

AI SEO is search engine optimisation for AI search, making your business easy for Google's AI summaries and chat assistants to read and quote correctly. Confusingly, people also use the phrase for the reverse: using AI to speed up ordinary SEO work. We do both. On the second kind, the software drafts and sorts, but a person makes every decision and reviews everything before it's published.

AI SEO work gets your business ready to be read and quoted by AI search. Ours covers seven pieces of groundwork, with answer and citation work built on top. The groundwork: crawler access for each bot, matching business facts across your site and profiles, structured data, content rewritten so passages can be quoted, Arabic and English versions, reviews and third-party mentions, and measurement. Hardly any site needs all seven. A single-branch bakery with a tidy profile might need two; a group spread across three emirates usually needs more.

Traditional SEO focuses on one question: where do you rank? The AI version adds two more. What does the answer say about you, and whose page did it use to say it? Underneath, very little changes. Crawlable pages and useful content still do the work, because traditional and AI search engines read the same web. Scoring is where they part ways: a quoted passage, or your name on an AI-powered search shortlist, can count even when nobody clicks.

AEO and GEO are the two specialist halves of AI SEO, and ordinary SEO is the floor both stand on. Answer engine optimisation aims at the answers Google shows on the results page itself, such as an AI Overview or a featured snippet. Generative engine optimisation deals with the longer replies chat assistants write, and whether they cite you or recommend you by name. Both have their own pages, with the detail we've skipped here.

AI search optimisation also goes by LLM SEO, LLMO and SEO for AI, or ChatGPT SEO when the focus is one assistant. The first two are named after large language models, the systems behind chat assistants. You'll also meet AI search optimization in American spelling, and the slightly redundant AI SEO optimization. Some agencies sell answer and citation work as separate products. The labels differ more than the work does, so skip the name and ask what gets delivered.

Start with Google, where AI Overviews and AI Mode live, and let your own data decide the order after that. Search Console already shows which Google searches your pages appear in, and Google's AI features use the same index as those search results. Next, GA4. Are chatgpt.com, perplexity.ai or copilot.microsoft.com already sending visits? Put those assistants into your prompt log first. Everything else can wait until the basics hold.

There's no fixed price for AI search work, because a five-page clinic site and a bilingual property portal with hundreds of listings need very different amounts of it. Scope is the big one: how many pages and services, and one language or two. Developer time for access and schema fixes adds to it, and so does ongoing prompt tracking if you want it. You'll get a quote after the audit; our SEO packages page explains what changes an SEO price.

No AI assistant can run your SEO unsupervised, though AI tools like ChatGPT handle parts of it well. Need a meta description? You'll have a decent draft in seconds. Ask it what you charge for a site visit, on the other hand, and it'll guess. Confidently. Software can't earn you a review either, or decide which page matters most to your sales this quarter. People make those calls, and everything is human-reviewed.

Yes, SEO is still worth it. Generated answers are built from the web, and a page no search engine can crawl or rank rarely gets quoted; traditional SEO is how you earn the crawling and the ranking in the first place. Summaries like AI Overviews come out of Google's own index, and the chat assistants fetch live pages too. The click is what's changed. Some searches now end inside the answer, so enquiries make a better yardstick for your SEO strategies than visits.

Allow the search crawlers in robots.txt, and decide on the AI training ones separately. You can't do without Googlebot. Block it and Google stops reading your pages: no AI features, and at best a bare link in Search. OAI-SearchBot feeds ChatGPT search, and blocking it keeps you out of those answers (OpenAI says pages can still appear as navigational links). PerplexityBot plays the same role for Perplexity. GPTBot and ClaudeBot collect training material, which makes blocking them a policy choice; Google-Extended controls Gemini's use of your content and doesn't touch Search. Two caveats: user-triggered fetchers like ChatGPT-User may ignore the file, and a CDN can overrule it.

An llms.txt file helps a little at most; on its own it's a weak signal. The format is still only a proposal: a plain-text summary of your site for language models, kept at the root of your domain. We publish one. Will it fix a blocked crawler, or a services page that never says what you do? No. Sort those first.

No agency can guarantee a ChatGPT citation or a place in AI Overviews, because nobody outside OpenAI or Google controls those answers. Run the same prompt twice, an hour apart, and you may get two different replies. Change one word and you'll likely get a third. So the honest promise is a smaller one: the work itself, and a dated record of what changed.

AI visibility is measured from three sources, and each one has a blind spot. Your prompt log only covers the prompts you picked. GA4 catches referrals from the assistants' websites, but some visits, from apps especially, arrive with no referrer and land in direct traffic. And Search Console? It won't tell you which queries triggered an AI Overview, or how many clicks one sent. Side by side, the three show a trend across AI platforms. None of them gives you a full count.

How long AI SEO takes depends on systems outside your control, which is why we won't put a date on it. Unblocking a crawler works the moment the change is live. No answer moves, though, until the page gets fetched again, and Google, OpenAI and Perplexity each recrawl on their own schedule. Sites with little authority tend to wait longer. Reporting starts from a baseline prompt log, and our guide to how long SEO takes in the UAE covers the search side.

You need Arabic pages for AI search if your buyers search in Arabic, and plenty in the UAE do. A page written in Arabic for those buyers uses the words they type; a machine-translated copy of your English page often doesn't. Hreflang then pairs each Arabic page with its English twin, so the right version shows. One more check: your Arabic business name. Use one spelling on your site, your Google Business Profile and every listing, because three spellings can look like three businesses.

AI search optimisation applies to local businesses too, and they often start ahead: assistants answering 'near me' questions rely on sources you can influence. Ask one for a good physiotherapist in Al Barsha and the reply tends to draw on map listings and reviews. That's where to start, then. Fill in your Google Business Profile properly and keep one name, address and phone number on every listing. Reply to recent reviews, too. Local SEO covers the same ground in more depth.

Look for an SEO agency that shows its working before it promises anything. A few questions help here. How does GPTBot differ from OAI-SearchBot? What does the report say in a month when nothing moved? Who checks AI-drafted copy before it goes live? Guaranteed placement, '#1 in ChatGPT' or featured snippets inside 30 days are all red flags. Plenty of marketing agencies and SEO experts now sell SEO and GEO services; the best AI SEO agencies in Dubai answer those questions plainly.

Clicks are the wrong test here, because a page cited by AI may not bring more traffic to your website. Some people read the answer and never click. Others see your name, then search for you a week later, and that shows up as branded traditional search with no AI referral attached. So look at enquiries instead. Watch AI referrals in GA4, then check how many of those leads your CRM marks as qualified.

Google doesn't penalise content just because it was generated by AI or drafted with its help. Its guidance looks at whether a page is helpful, however it was produced; the spam policies go after pages mass-produced mainly to manipulate rankings, which Google calls scaled content abuse. For you, the bigger risk is a confident mistake. Anything AI drafts for us gets rewritten and fact-checked by a person, and whatever can't be verified comes out.

No questions match — try another search.
