Social media

Social lead generation, judged on what closes

Generating leads on social is the easy half. A frictionless form will produce them at almost any volume you ask for. The half that decides whether the campaign made money is what qualifies as a lead and how fast somebody calls, and neither is usually in scope.

  • Qualified the definition agreed first
  • Speed to lead measured, not assumed
  • Closed fed back into the campaign

Tell us what you need

A senior person reads this and replies within one working day. No call centre, no drip sequence.

Partners & recognition

The stack we work in, the clients we keep

The platforms we build and run campaigns in, and the clients whose numbers we publish with their names on. HubSpot is the one partnership we claim; the rest are tools we use, not badges.

  • German Medical Center
  • The Reformery Clinic
  • Alma Laser
  • Roxana Aesthetics Clinic
  • Lamel
  • Dotline Studios

The problem

Two hundred leads, four conversations

It is the most common outcome in social lead generation and both sides blame each other. Marketing delivered the volume it promised. Sales says the leads were worthless. Usually both are right.

Where the campaign actually broke

  1. Nobody agreed what a lead is

Marketing counts form fills. Sales counts people worth calling twice. Until those two definitions are written down and reconciled, every report will be argued about and no optimisation is possible, because the platform is being told the wrong thing to find.

  2. The follow-up took two days

Response speed matters more than almost anything else in the campaign, and it degrades fast — a lead contacted within minutes is dramatically more likely to convert than the same lead contacted the next morning. Yet speed to lead is almost never measured and almost never in the agency's scope.

  3. The form was too easy

Pre-filled instant forms produce enormous volume and very low intent. That is fine if the plan is a call centre and a disaster if a senior consultant is meant to work each one. Nobody made the trade deliberately.

  4. The outcome never reached the platform

The ad account optimises towards whatever you report as a conversion. If closed deals never go back, it keeps finding people who fill in forms, which is exactly what you asked for and not what you wanted.

What is included

What social lead generation covers

Definition, capture, routing, follow-up and feedback. Skipping any of the last three is why most campaigns disappoint.

Lead definition workshop

Agreed with sales, in writing, before a single ad runs. What qualifies, what disqualifies and what happens to the middle. Everything downstream depends on this and it takes an afternoon.

Form and offer design

Instant form against landing page, tested rather than assumed. Qualifying questions added deliberately, since one well-chosen question removes a large share of the waste at a modest cost in volume.

Platform campaigns

Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok where each fits. Detailed on their own pages, and run here against the qualified-lead definition rather than the raw one.

Routing and speed to lead

Leads into your CRM in real time, assigned, with an alert. Then the time to first contact measured and reported, because it is usually the single biggest lever available and nobody owns it.

Follow-up sequences

Automated first response within minutes while a human gets to it, plus a nurture sequence for the people who are interested and not ready. Both built rather than assumed to exist.

Lead scoring

Where volume justifies it, scoring so the sales team works the best leads first instead of the newest. Detailed on our HubSpot and CRM pages.

Closed-loop feedback

Qualified and closed outcomes returned to the ad platforms so campaigns optimise towards customers. This is the difference between a campaign that improves over six months and one that plateaus.

Reporting by outcome

Cost per qualified lead and cost per closed customer, by campaign and by creative. Raw lead count reported alongside, clearly labelled as the vanity number.

Technology

What we build this with

Ad platforms at one end, your CRM at the other, and the routing in between where most campaigns fall apart.

Capture

Where the lead arrives.

  • Meta Lead Ads
  • LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms
  • TikTok Lead Generation
  • Landing pages
  • WhatsApp click-to-message

Routing

The part nobody scopes.

  • HubSpot
  • Salesforce
  • Zapier and Make
  • Real-time alerts
  • Round-robin assignment

Follow-up

Because speed decides it.

  • Automated first response
  • Nurture sequences
  • Lead scoring
  • Call tracking

Feedback

So the platform learns.

  • Offline conversion import
  • Conversions API
  • Closed-loop reporting
  • Looker Studio

How we work

How lead generation work runs

Definition first, plumbing second, media third. Doing it in the usual order is why most of these campaigns disappoint.

With sales, in writing

What qualifies, what does not, and what happens to a lead that is interested but not ready. Signed off by the people who have to work them, because if they do not agree they will not work them.

  • Qualification criteria written and agreed
  • Disqualifiers listed explicitly
  • Ownership and response targets set
  • Nurture path agreed for the middle

Before spending on media

CRM routing, assignment, alerts and automated first response. Tested with real submissions end to end, because a broken route is not visible in an ad report and can run for weeks.

  • Real-time CRM routing tested end to end
  • Assignment and alerting configured
  • Automated first response live
  • Speed to lead instrumented

Optimising for the right event

Campaigns live, with the platform optimising towards qualified leads rather than raw submissions as soon as there is enough volume to support it.

  • Forms and offers tested against each other
  • Qualifying questions tuned on evidence
  • Platform optimised to the qualified event
  • Creative tested continuously

So it compounds

Qualified and closed outcomes pushed back to the platforms, and reporting on cost per closed customer. This is what makes month six materially better than month one instead of the same.

  • Outcomes imported to ad platforms
  • Cost per closed customer reported
  • Speed to lead reported every month
  • Creative judged on closes, not clicks

Why us

Why these leads turn into business

Because the parts outside the ad account are treated as part of the campaign.

The definition is agreed before we spend

In writing, with sales. Almost every disappointing lead generation campaign we have reviewed skipped this, and it is an afternoon of work.

Speed to lead is measured

Time to first contact, reported monthly. It is frequently the largest single improvement available and it is almost never anybody's responsibility.

Outcomes go back to the platform

So the campaign optimises for people who buy rather than people who submit. Without it the account gets better at finding form fillers, which is what you told it to do.

We report the vanity number too

Raw lead count shown next to qualified and closed, labelled. Hiding it would be as misleading as leading with it.

Start a projectTell us your current cost per lead and your close rate on them. That pair of numbers usually shows immediately where the problem is.

Questions

Social lead generation, answered plainly

Starting with what this search term actually returns, because it matters.

AED 6,000 to AED 28,000 per month covers most of what we are asked to build. The number moves on how many platforms, whether CRM routing and automation need building, whether creative production is included, and how many languages. Media spend is separate. Anything quoted before those are known is a guess. We scope first, then price, and the scope document is yours whether or not you proceed. These are market ranges rather than a fixed rate card — the proposal carries the real figure.

Because almost everyone searching it wants tactics, not a supplier. The first page is iubenda, Sprinklr, respond.io and half a dozen other guides, with no Dubai agency on it at all. We are telling you because it is the honest read: if you arrived here looking to hire, you almost certainly came from somewhere more specific, and this page is written for you rather than for the article readers.

It depends on what you sell and it is worth resisting a general answer. Meta produces the most volume at the lowest cost and the widest quality range. LinkedIn produces fewer, far more expensive, and for high-value B2B they frequently close at a rate that makes it the cheapest channel per customer. TikTok is strong for younger consumer categories. We usually test two.

Test both, because the right answer depends on whether your constraint is lead volume or sales team capacity. Instant forms convert at a much higher rate and produce lower intent. Landing pages qualify harder and cost more per lead. If a senior person works each lead, the more expensive route is usually cheaper overall.

Yes, and in this market it often outperforms a form. Click-to-WhatsApp campaigns work well for consumer services here, with the caveat that the conversation has to be answered quickly and the lead still has to reach your CRM or it exists only in someone's phone.

Minutes rather than hours, and the drop-off is steep. The single cheapest improvement available to most campaigns is an automated acknowledgement within seconds plus a human call inside the first hour. We instrument it so you can see what your actual times are, which is usually a surprise.

That combination almost always means the campaign is optimised for form fills and the form is too easy. The fix is to add qualifying friction, redefine the conversion event, and feed closed-won data back so the platform learns what a good lead looks like. Cost per lead will rise and cost per customer usually falls.

Cost per qualified lead first, cost per closed customer second, and speed to lead as the diagnostic that explains most of the variance between them. Raw lead count is worth reporting and worth never managing against.

For this to work properly, yes. Without outcome data the campaign cannot optimise beyond form fills, and reporting stops at cost per lead. We can work read-only if that suits your governance.

It is the most common blocker and it is worth solving before spending on media. Sometimes the answer is a lighter process rather than more discipline. If closed-loop data genuinely cannot happen, we will say plainly that reporting stops at qualified leads rather than pretending otherwise.

Yes, and we usually recommend scoping it in. Routing, alerting, automated first response and nurture sequences are where most of the improvement sits, and they sit outside the ad account where nobody normally owns them.

No questions match — try another search.
