Overview

Concept Plus Real Estate is a Dubai brokerage, formerly Arabland, that sells, rents and values homes and markets off-plan projects. Its listings, agents and enquiries live in the Goyzer CRM. Its website, cpre.ae, runs on WordPress with Elementor, and we designed and built it.

This page covers the plugin we built to join the two: what it reads from Goyzer, what it sends back and the admin the team works in.

The challenge

The website had to publish what the CRM held and send every enquiry back to it.

  • The stock lived in Goyzer

Every unit, price, photo and agent was already in the CRM. A website that needed them typed in again would always run behind the office.

  • Not every unit belongs online

The CRM also holds units that are sold, let or not meant for the website. The brokerage wanted to decide in Goyzer which units go live.

  • Enquiries had to reach the CRM

Viewing requests, valuations, mortgage questions and agent enquiries come in through different forms. Each had to land in Goyzer with enough context for a broker to call back.

  • Search engines read pages, not CRMs

Each listing needed its own page, title, description and structured data, and search engines needed to hear when a page changed.

  • The team works in WordPress

Developers, projects and services needed editing in wp-admin, and pages needed building in Elementor without code.

What we did

  • A plugin built for one brokerage

We wrote it for Concept Plus Real Estate. It joins Goyzer to WordPress and Elementor and carries the brokerage's own page templates and emails.

  • An admin inside WordPress

Dashboard, listings, off-plan, submissions, agents and settings screens in wp-admin, with a connection test and a sync button in the top bar.

  • Listings and agents from Goyzer

Units and agents sync in every hour. With the company-website gate on, a unit goes live only once the team ticks it for the website in Goyzer.

Sample listing cards in the plugin's admin, marked off-plan, sale and draft
  • Every enquiry, and what was sent

Enquiries from the site's forms go to Goyzer as leads with a note on what the visitor asked for and where. WordPress keeps a copy of each, with the emails and the note it sent.

The Submissions list in the plugin's admin, with sample enquiries
The note sent to Goyzer for a sample viewing request
  • Widgets for Elementor

Search, listings, map, off-plan, agents, guides and tools are Elementor widgets, so the team places them where it wants, and each can be switched off.

The plugin's Widgets screen, each Elementor widget with an on and off switch
  • Search details from the CRM record

Each listing, agent and project gets a stored search title, description and focus keyword written from its record, and listing pages carry property structured data. Anything a person has edited stays as they wrote it.

  • Changed pages announced

After each sync, only new, changed and withdrawn pages are sent to search engines through IndexNow, and a listing's last-modified date moves only when the listing changes.

What the brokerage has now

  • Listings and agents that arrive from Goyzer every hour, with nobody retyping them.
  • A company-website gate that lets the CRM decide, unit by unit, what goes live.
  • Enquiries that reach Goyzer as leads, carrying the property, the agent and the page they came from.
  • A record of every enquiry in WordPress, with the emails it triggered and the note sent to the CRM.
  • Search titles, descriptions and structured data on every listing, and change notices to search engines after each sync.

Why it worked

It works because the plugin keeps the CRM and the website in step

The brokerage's team keeps working in Goyzer. The plugin reads from it, writes back to it and shows both sides in wp-admin.

Nobody retypes stock

Units and agents sync every hour. Listings added by hand are left alone, and units that leave the CRM go back to draft.

The CRM decides what goes live

With the company-website gate on, a unit appears on the website only once it is ticked for the website in Goyzer.

Every lead arrives with context

The note in Goyzer names the enquiry, the page, the property and its reference, and the lead goes to the listing's agent. A push that fails is queued and tried again.

Pages search engines can read

Every listing gets its own page, title, description and structured data, and changed pages are announced after each sync.

Not as a public download. It was written around one brokerage's Goyzer account, brand and emails. If your agency runs on Goyzer, ask us about connecting your own website.

Yes. This plugin connects WordPress to Goyzer, and we have connected other client sites' forms to HubSpot. See our CRM integration service.
